It seems, no exchanges are offering no-fee trades because they want to make a profit from the fee.
I think even in the recommended exchanges, they applied some fee for trades and I think that is no problem for us especially if we can make a profit from the coins.

As the ICO's have not trust by investors and hesitate to invest in ICO and also most of ICO's scam and investors lost their funds and now you will most of ICO's that was launched in 2018 noa launching their IEO in different exchanges,Investors have more trust on IEO's.
I think the trend now has changed and the investor has left the ICO and try are moving to IEO in the exchanges. Maybe they are tired to see and invest in the ICO because the last time they invest their money, they cannot make a profit and they are only stuck to hold the tokens. They need some changes to be back to make a profit again, and the present of IEO gives new hope to the investor, and I see that some of them are making a profit from the IEO. Yes and if we break 10k USD level, then it should be easy to go to the new ATH price. Still allot of resistance to battle until we see a new ath and it wont be easy. Bitcoin preforming like it is doing will benefit the alts for sure but they still have to preform on there own. I guess the price will moves to the higher and lower price in this week because we already stay at $9k. If in this week, the price can stay or increase to $9500, then we might see the price can increase and break $10k or more in the next week. I still waiting for a good moment to sell my bitcoin at the highest price because right now, I only see the red candle came to the market although we will see another green candle will comes too. |

This is normal in bitcoin why we need to be afraid? Look at the price increase from the beginning of the year compared today. It's a small amount while the price already increase more than 100%.
