4961  Economy / Gambling / Re: MintDice – Bitcoin Casino With Online Slots, Bitcoin Crash & Bitcoin Investment on: October 19, 2019, 04:09:28 PM
Seuntjie would be a great addition for some people, I am not one of those people because I don't really understand the purpose of a bot to do my gambling, I like to gamble myself and have fun myself, a bot gambling for me means I am both going to lose my money (even with bot, you can't beat the house edge) and not even have fun gambling so I find it useless. However there are TONS of people who love it, so we will definitely see a sudden influx of many people coming in and playing here, which is awesome for the investors as well.

Plus, the new provably fair getting out of the way would mean the next stop is new games and I love new games, doesn't matter what it is, I will definitely try it a bit and try to have some fun because playing the old games gets a bit boring after a while and a new fresh game is awesome.
4962  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will be the Faith of Casino business owners? on: October 19, 2019, 07:30:49 AM
Gambling is indeed a very big industry that it made it impossible to ban in some other countries but in other countries whose religion believes that gambling is a sin then ultimately they are going to ban it because it is against their belief. If OP is worried about the banning of gambling sites or casinos in their country and he don't want to do that then might as well migrate to a country where gambling is fully legal, as simple as that. On the other note, if that law will be implemented then I think the faith of casino owners will be unfortunate and that they really have to close down.
First of all, I think the OP is wrong for only considering the fate of casino owners alone if it ever suffers permanent ban which I think it's never going to be possible. What happens to gamblers who are also beneficiaries of gambling here in the forum or the public out there?

The so called religious countries that have tried countless times to ban gambling never succeeds completely with its implementation because in one way or the order, a number of its citizens still gamble secretly which they are aware of but cannot put a stop to it. Gambling is one game that will definitely live for as long as there is an existence of earth.
4963  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling activities correlates with Bitcoin's price? on: October 18, 2019, 06:41:09 PM
They will convert it to cash regularly and I think every casino has their ceiling amount that when they reach it, they will convert their money into fiat.
I guess that you are forgetting the fact that most crypto gambling operators are true believer of bitcoin's future and they hardly go for encashing their bitcoins. I blame whale gamblers for fluctuations of bitcoin markets and definitely not the gambling houses. There could be many exceptions like a famous gambling house may start a crypto gambling business and may encash their BTCs time to time.

In every crypto gambling house, you may notice a whale who is dominating in terms of huge wagering and I believe most whales are good in market manipulations. When a whale is good in prediction of market fluctuations, then I believe it would be much easier for them to manipulate even in gambling houses with their vast BTC hoarding.
4964  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If Gambling Doesn't Ever Exist, What Will You Be Doing Right Now? on: October 18, 2019, 11:58:15 AM
I wouldn't have lost a big amount if gambling hasn't existed. Also, I would've lived my life without pressure as now. What I lost through gambling now stands in front of me as debt and loans. My earnings were going on as interest for the loans and the debt caused out of borrowing. With hope moving forward, someday I'll get back my old days.
Exactly, I think we should even wish it never existed because a lot of us would have been saved from so many shits the game has caused us at the moment.

I have spent money that has been kept with me For an important project and I did that hoping I would make back the money and quickly return it but unfortunately for me, I lost it all and this has caused me troubles . I honestly wish there was never anything like gambling because I would have had a better life than I am living now. You can just imagine how I feel about this at the moment, I have seriously being unlucky with this game and the only question I ask myself is the reason I ever started at first because it has been nothing but loses.
4965  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♨️🎲 WINDICE.io 🎲 0.3 BTC Wagering Contest 🔰 Progressive Faucet💰 Jackpots 🎁❤ on: October 17, 2019, 03:33:06 PM
I think the top spot is also depending on the second spot and third spot as well.

After all, we are talking about a contest so people wouldn't bet more than needed most of the time, sure sometimes a whale comes in at the right time and bets a lot just because he wants to and wins the whole prize but considering yoloer is not a person who just happens to be here and just wants to win the competition and has been doing fine as well we are looking at a guy who will work towards being the winner juuuuust with enough wager.

That is why I think it is quite important to check the top 5 in general, the more they wager the more top person will wager as well, 10 btc may increase or decrease depending on others, if the second place is 1 btc, then first place would be at most 3 btc, if the second place is 5+ btc then the first place will of course be 10 btc or close to it.
4966  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Margin Trading at Binance on: October 17, 2019, 01:06:59 PM
Margin trading on binance isn't that good. If you want to go margin trading then I suggest you to look at Bitmex and Okex. Both exchanges are good for margin trading, but as for me I prefer Okex. Here I described key points https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5168885.msg51951061#msg51951061
I expected binance margin trade to actually be better than it is now, but it is unfortunate that in this aspect, they are not the king as okex is still very much better than them when it comes to margin trade, though I have only trade twice of binance margin trade and I don’t know if it was my lack of skill that affected my trade, but I have actually seen so many people complain of it too which is why I concluded that it is not from me.

I have used okex countless times also before I recently stop going into margin trade, and I think okex has really been a very good platform in this aspect, but for now, I am not using any of them again as I think that margin trade is a time bomb really, it would allow you to hit good profit but will take it back at the end.
4967  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading BAKKT with physical delivery on: October 17, 2019, 06:20:58 AM
I do not really understand how this bakkt platform do operate because really, they don’t have much details on their website which make the platform not much user friendly, a user friendly platform should at least be able to help people navigate the platform without the assistance of people, and I am not sure this bakkt has the standard as much as we expected, which is why they could not even have effect on the market.

How would there be traffic if people are facing this challenge of not being able to reach them, because I have also severally tried to reach them by mail which is to no avail, till date, no response to my way and I keep wondering who the people trading there are and what qualifies them to really get the attention of the team member.
4968  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITCOINRUSH CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK - Best Margins - Est. 2013 on: October 16, 2019, 04:37:59 PM
Sometimes it happens, this is software after all, you can't expect it to work %100 of the time, sometimes it works %99 of the time and we should be fine with that. If you are worried about your games now getting through than the best case scenario is to play a bit before the game, as early as possible, refresh the page to see if you have the bet, if not wait 5-10 minutes and refresh again and see, if its still not there and your money stands than you can try again and than you can see it, if not than repeat this until it works, if it still persists clear your cookies.

Now, I am telling you to do all of this because I believe it could be a problem on your end as well since I never had this kind of problem myself but even if its server related you can try couple times, just make sure you are not doing it 5 minute before the game.
4969  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to be profitable in sports betting? on: October 16, 2019, 08:26:30 AM
Technically, luck is the most important factor in dealing with gambling and sports betting is another kind of gambling. The other factors that could help you to increase your probability of winning are to make an analysis for both teams and then compared them. Dig for their most recent play, popularity could also matter because they won't be that popular if they are not good and last, is after comparing go for the odds, choose the team who is on advantages.
I think that you are absolutely right on this mate. In addition, the easiest method which is for lazy gamblers but yet effective is to follow the opinion of majority concerning the matches, because sometimes, opinion could rally matters a lot even if it requires us making some verification first when it is necessary and convenient.

This strategy might not be 100% accurate but it is highly effective to a very good extent. I have had the opportunity of meeting some people who used this and have recorded good results in the past and in the present. A friend of mine isn't even a good gambler at all, but he has been able to achieve so much from gambling by using this method.
4970  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Get into the $8600 Zone? on: October 15, 2019, 06:24:19 AM
I think we can broad into $8600 zone all of this year, bitcoin looks to be prime to explode soon but at the same time it looks like it will end up the year very strong as well, by the end of 2019 and start of 2020 we could be way back above $10k and reach to a new yearly highs. 2018 had a yearly low of 3200 dollars, because that trickled down to 2019 we had a yearly down of $3.4k on 2019 as well but we did moved around $4k half of the year, now on 2020 we gonna have at least $8k+ on the bottom, I doubt it will go under that price again in all of 2020 because halving is coming so the bottom is basically doubled.

It is just such a great feeling to see bitcoin grow so much, it is like watching someone grow, we knew it as a baby a decade ago and now we get to see it grow to be something big.
4971  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we looking at Bitcoin down to $5K? on: October 15, 2019, 05:12:48 AM
Looking at how we have been waiting for a bear run for a long time and instead of going down bitcoin actually went up a little bit, I would say the 5k fear is gone for now.

It is bitcoin and we may never know when it will come back and surely I will be afraid of 5k once again if the price goes under 8k again, however for now I feel like I am more pumped about 10k+ because we were there just a month or so ago and its looking like there is no big wall or anything in our way to reach back there, so I would assume bitcoin could go above 10k easily without any hassle from any indicator neither. 5K was a real threat tho, like seriously it looked like we would be going under 5k and reach back the prices pre-April times like 3.4k-4.2k levels but now that looks gone thankfully.
4972  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Hold on: October 14, 2019, 04:46:01 PM
as long as you hold, there would be nothing to lose as I think it is the safest thing to do in this market. But that requires a lot of patience and devotion since only then you'll be able to maximize the profit from it because more the time spent, more would be the profit...
In bitcoin investment, no one is a loser until they panic sell their coin, but for anyone that sold without panic selling, they are also not a looser because they would have eventually made their profit, but for Long-term holders, I think that they are still the ones that will enjoy bitcoin the most because bitcoin in future will still eventually get to a price value where every investors that has currently put money from the time of bear till now will all have some profit to make.

I know that most people that are quite worried now are the ones that still have their money locked in the $19800 of the last bull run, but they have still not missed out as the price of bitcoin in the next bull run will surely go 3x of that amount, so the op has really made a very right choice at her age.
4973  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com | The Most Popular Bitcoin Casino | V2 & New games out now! 👽 on: October 14, 2019, 12:18:30 PM
8 dollars? 10th billion bet reward was 100k satoshi? As in 8 dollars? Wooow, thanks stake, glad I didn't win man, I would be sooooo dissappointed that all I got for the 10th billion bet of the whole website is 8 dollars. Maybe I would go see a movie.. all by myself..without any snacks.

When we are talking about a website that paid probably millions of dollars just for the domain, and got to a 10 billion dollar level, one would assume they would give away something more than 8 dollars for something like this. I would have expected at least 250 bucks or even more with some rules depending on it (250 bucks no questions asked able to withdraw, or more with some rollover type of stuff).

Well, it is their own job, not like we have any say in this, stake should continue to giveaway 8 dollars, it will definitely help them in the long term...
4974  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win a Lamborghini Huracan LP 580-2!! on: October 14, 2019, 10:56:01 AM
Considering what a large operation this is and how massive the user base is, it is astonishing that it is doing this well. Most large IT operations usually have a support ratio of 1:200 for Tech support to users, but that includes desktop support.

Also considering that it is one of the top ranked sites based on views, one would think that it would consist of a whole organization with a corporate structure of people running the site.  Grin
You are right but I guess they are keeping things confidential. Now, freebitcoin is a long running a faucet-cum-gambling site and I just want to recall the early days to remind the new people here. When it first started none of it was like this, a lot has changed since the first days.

I remember this being a huge faucet website back in the day, like not even betting or lottery or dice, just pure faucet (there was dice and lottery as well but not used as much) because it gave like hundreds of satoshi, if you were using this websites faucet back in the day and saved all the free money you got from them, you could basically be rich all thanks to their free money.

However, that doesn't mean we can't have another support here helping thequin out, he helps everyone out and he is super active here but that worries me that he works too much, we wouldn't want him to burn out and quit one day, dude is a beast when it comes to fixing stuff and that is why he needs to be fresh all the time.
4975  Economy / Economics / Re: 4th industrial revolution and what part in it blockchain might play on: October 13, 2019, 07:34:12 PM
Of course, it can be extended and improved, bitcoin itself is the extended and improved version of money. However, just because blockchain can extend and improve it doesn't mean people will pick it over wiring money right away. It will take time, some people will find out about it, test it and will like it and do that while others won't even touch it.

I have been a freelancer who worked for himself for the past 3 years and whenever I talk with someone about a job you know how they react when I tell them I work for bitcoins? There are still tons of people who think that is literally illegal, like not even risky investment or something, they think it is literally illegal.

So, we have a looooong way to go for people to see bitcoin as an alternative to anything which also goes for blockchain. If we don't care about bitcoin and what happens to it then we can separate the blockchain idea from bitcoin and maybe market that but I doubt that is in our interest.
4976  Economy / Economics / Re: How did the Bakkt launch go? Quick recap on: October 13, 2019, 06:56:21 PM
I believe bakkt-launch will get better with time, people are not giving bakkt enough time to develop, bitmex didn't become who they are overnight neither, they became who they are overtime, which is why I think we should give bakkt a bit more time.

Sure, they are not doing as well as expected, they are not doing well at all and that is something we should be worried about and I understand that but it has been just two weeks or so since they started, after 6-7 months if they are still not pulling their weight then I would totally understand calling it a failed attempt but until then I think we should not rush into calling it a fail right now.

Let's wait and see, maybe they will do marketing better and maybe they will get more attention via mainstream, maybe they will get support from other big places, all those could make them super high on volume one day.
4977  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Creating a gambling platform, follow the journey on: October 13, 2019, 04:25:45 PM
I'm pretty sure that you are going to do good here because you have an idea what a good gambling site is and you have asked the gambling community for feedback and recommendations after it is finished and comes out good, allocates a budget for bounty campaign, you need this for people to know how good your gambling site is.
It seems there is a lot of money made from gambling because in the last few days, I have seen alot of people with proposals and plans of creating a gambling site. I don’t think this is a bad idea anyway but I honestly gambling is a dirty job that should be avoided at all cost.

I read through the post and every point he made sound quite reasonable but we can’t conclude yet because it’s still a written document, waiting for execution and implementation but I hope it comes out a successful project and as many with plans of owning a gambling site, I wish you luck but for me, I am just cool with been a regular gambler and no intention of owning a site because in as much as gambling operators make money, I would say the money is not pure because it’s gotten from the loses of others.
4978  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crowded Casinos - Play or not? on: October 13, 2019, 03:15:06 PM
Great casino there right? I think Macau is one of the best places to gamble especially if you are an occasional one to play. I have been there and it's a very huge place and seeing that being full of crowded people, I don't know if I would ever want to play. Being around so many people that I don't know and going near to my personal space, oh no. I'm just a casual gambler if that makes any sense and somehow an introvert.

Considering that Macau has been legalized since the 1850s [1] it's definitely the Gambling Capital of the World. Almost everybody wants to be there. AFAIK, they only do landbased casinos, not online. Maybe they could venture on that one?
I think this is my greatest dream, I am so eager to visit this place because I have heard a lot of great things about gambling in a crowded casino and Macau house specifically is the best place to be, I am so sure that it will be an experience that I will never forget in my life.

There are some people that would never visit crowded casino houses and they have their reason but we all reason differently especially as gamblers, I have only been playing privately  online which I  have actually really enjoyed doing but gambling is for exploring and doing it on a crowded casino house would definitely be a great experience for me and I believe that the experience will also make me be a better gambler.
4979  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino Affiliate Programs on: October 13, 2019, 02:10:31 PM
https://www.betbit.com/bitcoin-affiliate-program up to 40% revenue share. Life-time commissions on your referred players.  no monthly minimum. They do carry over the negative.
It doesn't matter where you send your affiliates to, there are tons of places that gives out these affiliate profit sharing but at the end of the day if you can't find people to gamble and if you do not have a certain amount of capital to use that into marketing than you are not going to make any leeway at all.

It doesn't even matter how rich you are btw, like you can have 10k dollars to spend on marketing and if you fail to do it properly than you will not get any good results in return and may not even make your money back, but if you know what you are doing you can start with 100 bucks and reinvest your earnings back into your methods and make a lot more. So all in all, money is required, a good method is required and knowing optimized marketing is very very required.

^^ You guys deserve a little break time to time, maybe you should be doing this as a two man job instead of just quin doing it all by himself, after all every single second freebitcoin grows bigger (at least it feels that way, thequin can say if it is actually growing all the time or if there are bad days as well) and that means there needs to be some help, wetsuit used to do it himself all the time and wrote here but running the website and also being the support and community manager all got too hot for him so he got help now but now we are growing even bigger so I would say we need even more help, another person helping out thequin would be lovely, not for us, dude reaches out to all of us perfectly and he is an awesome person who does everything in his power, but there needs to be help for him so that he can take times off here and there.
