I'd say the rise up to the recent peak was more staggering. Whenever you see those phenomenal price rises (100%+) it is natural to see a correction. People will get nervous when the peak starts dropping and there is a domino effect - landing around the $2,000 per bitcoin like right now is still a great thing.

I still wouldn't trust them again necessarily, seen a lot of scammers here who will pay off the people that complain in order to keep other customers coming in. Glad you got your key though

Where are you meant to ban it? If bot trading gives you any advantage, people will move to the country without those laws and make more money than any competitor. The world is not a simple place like you want it to be, there is not one government - there are many. Bitcoin hard to control than most high frequency trading commodity because it is massively decentralized with real authority.

It's too late now, but unless you received a message on bitcointalk from monbux then it was foolish to believe a random skype person claiming to be that user. What is the point in involving an escrow if you don't actually confirm who they are?
It's probably true, but the thread link that you posted has no evidence of Foxy282 in it? Did they delete their post after you linked to it or were all communications through private message?

Got to love seeing such blatant fraud play out in the forums. There was a lot of "I, me, myself" in the apology post from Xiao - like somehow they are the victim of this nasty disease called gambling. No. You can gamble as much as you like with your own money, when you start using other peoples money it is called theft and any sympathy goes out the window. Lying on top of that to cover your tracks and admitting it later to relieve your guilt is no better. Then again, Betcoin has plenty of it's own scam accusations so should be avoided by all players.

When you type "advcash scam" into google, there are quite a few results and it suggests the problem has existed for a while. If they do not accept a passport or drivers license it is a huge warning sign. You need to be careful who you share this kind of documentation with in future, because scammers can potentially use it to claim things in your name. One good indicator of whether they are trustworthy is having a verifiable physical address and published contact details.

Adsense has been around for a long time because it has the largest marketing reach, partly through it being the default search engine for a large part of the world. Bitcoin might make it easier for new advertising platforms to set up, but Google has a massive advantage with their historical data, marketing experience and technology. Unfortunately they pay low because they are so reliable and are geared towards mega volume visitors.

If you hang around in a community called "blackhat world" then you should expect to get stung. It looks look this person already has a negative reputation against them here, so that should be enough to warn people off them in future. The bitcointalk account might have been sold recently too

You should not believe in any "gurus", chances are they will be getting rich off their followers and may even be doing to opposite of what they are preaching. There are many cryptocurrencies and like penny stocks of years gone by, people will be pumping and dumping them (aka creating a bubble).

Isn't this illegal to sell?
I don't think it is necessarily illegal, depends how sophisticated it is, but you have to assume that anyone selling "nulled scripts" is not afraid to bend the rules. You should assume every nulled script has some nasty code or exploit introduced - besides the fact the original script creator might come for you in the courts.
|
|
|
That seems like a small amount of money for such a sophisticated script, have you looked around for any premade scripts that do something similar to what you need? I'm pretty sure that steam banned any sort of gambling on their platform a year or two ago. Do you have the skills to check the script for backdoors?

Do shutterstock even allow reselling of their image licenses? If someone bought an image, published it online, then Shutterstock could still come after you for illegal usage and copyright infringement.

You should be very careful about buying these giftcards around here. I don't know how anyone could sell these physical items in bulk at anything less than face value?

|

New lowest ever bitcoin prices on these items, get them while you can!

Sounds like people are abusing their "securities trading" platform with a simple bait and switch scam. Have you done any research into people behind it at all? Your post will help other people in future, but it's so easy to fake an identity on the internet and hide over the internet that you have probably lost your money. What made you test this platform in the first place, did you see an advert for it somewhere? Do they have a website or is it purely a phone application?

Good find, I'm sure the admins could do something about this if they really wanted.. It would be easy to prevent links for posters below 10-25 post count. I think they're already restricted in certain things like posts per day to prevent spam.
