Digital edition.. so they will get a voucher for it instead from a store or what? Undecided
These just stated a release date of November 12th w/ your price 10x the price. Cheesy

"Share All sharing options for: The PS5 will launch on November 12th for $499.99. Sony has announced that the PlayStation 5 will cost $499.99 when it launches on November 12th, alongside the $399.99 Digital Edition. Preorders will begin on September 17th at “select retailers.”

4962  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: September 17, 2020, 05:57:27 PM
I received nice message from Sportsbet after they signed a massive 3 year deal with FC Arsenal as official betting partner.
I got two free bets for this weekend if I place a qualifying bet Smiley
This is sweet I must say!
Thanks Sportingbet and congrats for Arsenal deal!
Arsenal is a big team and if it wasn't Liverpool then this would be the next best thing all because they will host their home games in the emirates stadium and will have more eyes watching those sportsbet.io logos go by on the background.
They even won the FA Community shield from LFC so they have that to poke them about. Grin

They are looking spot on their game this season so far within the first game done and dusted.

4963  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: [Free Raffle] Win $25 in Ethereum on: September 17, 2020, 05:47:54 PM
but usually I saw threads like yours on Games and Rounds section.
On-forum altcoin giveaways (like this one) are not allowed. It can get OP and everyone who joined banned.
I tried to have this rule changed but as far as I know it's still in effect.

If you'd do the same with $25 in Bitcoin, it's totally fine in Games and rounds. If you pay in altcoins, you're not allowed to give people an incentive to post in the thread.

TL;DR Cool initiative, but risky Tongue
They will have the OP and all participants who posted for this giveaway banned for a set amount of weeks. All because it a giveaway of an alt-coin.
The moderators are quite strict on these rules as there was one in the gambling section which got the OP banned for two weeks even if it was in bitcoin.
The participants were not banned though I believe because it was not done via an alt-coin and was one to do with bitcoin.
But if not posted in the proper section such as games and rounds it will have the poster banned most definitely hence the prizes will probably not be paid out.
4964  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: September 17, 2020, 04:27:07 PM
^^
Agreed. Wink
It does incentivize those who are hesitant to post their picks pre-match to do it so they can join in the fun of watching the table! Smiley
Will be posting mine so I can put in my predictions for this weeks multimaster up because I do not believe in superstitious causes for my betslip to lose.
4965  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 17, 2020, 03:04:21 PM
They've been pretty good so far and am looking forward to the second series of Leeds United Take Us Home which is out tomorrow and I recommend watching if you haven't already.
I haven't but I've heard quite good things too. And strangely (or not) I actually haven't brought myself to watch much of Being Liverpool. First episode didn't really get my juices going...
I'll keep an eye on yellow caps from round to round, congrats rdbase for the first one
Nice job. I made one round last season, should be able to challenge quite well once I get my picks all racking up those points. I expect scores to get funky once teams get tired with the packed season... *blows finger gun*
Thanks big_daddy! Would give send you a merit but just ran out of them, so next time! Wink

Yeah buwaytress, this is what I expected from this season as well.
That is why I picked high scores for some if not all the matches of the teams first games because they are going to start strong then usually slow it down so to keep their stride up during the rest of the season.
Atleast this is what I was hoping would happen. Cheesy

epoch 374.. it seems this is the end for 4 Gb ?
my 470 got 1.5 MH/s
Same! Embarrassed
I think the time has come to say goodbye to your 4gb cards mining for ethereum.
Noticed my rig turning off for no reason with it running stable for the past 2 months non-stop. Undecided
4967  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Navi 21 next generation of rdna better to mine than current navi cards? on: September 17, 2020, 02:56:37 PM
should be interesting, second gen tsmc 7nm vs samsung 8nm.. seems nvidia went with the more power to make up for the lower efficiency design
MSI gaming is having a livestream of the 3080 specs and it has been running for about an hour now so should be over soon.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AI1aUmsKiZk
The AIB cards are being advertised by almost all gaming youtuber from here to timbuktu over the past 12 hours. Cheesy

I'll just wait til the AMD cards start rolling out(sooner than later now!) since they have showed some leaks of what the cards will look like so to compete with these rtx3000 series cards from Nvidia. Smiley
4968  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: September 17, 2020, 01:51:48 PM

Wow indeed! Smiley
So will they be getting the BTC logo on the airband area just like the other teams in the sponsorship deals?
Where will the sportsbet.io logo appear since they already have the front area occupied with emirates. Embarrassed
4969  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 17, 2020, 01:48:33 PM
I got my yellow cap! Grin

Congrats rdbase!
Please PM Steve with your Sportsbet.io user name to claim your Yellow Cap (if you haven't already done so).  Wink

Yes I have and received it so thanks to you, steve and sportsbet.io for a good start in the round of 38. Unless the season will be cut short of the 38 games played for some odd reason or another. Undecided

Looking forward to the next one just a day away. Have already put in my picks early a few days ago just to get a head start of the group. Wink

paypal agrees to link these gift cards
you know of other payment processors, where you can do the same Shocked
There is a service I just heard about https://www.cardcash.com
They are new so never tested them out so be wary.
Also worth mentioning they are more targeted towards people who are in the united states, so this might be a problem for you if you aren't.
4971  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 15, 2020, 03:37:34 PM
Great, thank you! I have directly created favorites for FlashScore + SofaScore.
SofaScore also has a really great iphone app. So I'm looking forward to the next game day Cool
Since it fits now well I would like to mention www.livescore.com because that also works really good on my mobile.

And congratulations rdbase. Have fun with the hat Grin
Thanks everyone for the congratulatory messages, It was all beginners luck really! Cheesy
So my question is how many yellow caps do you need to really make a dent in the prize pool? Smiley

As I didn't know you receive one for reaching 1st every week and remember someone saying (I think it was bitcoingirl) who mentioned we needed 18 games correctly predicted to have a hat donned on you.
But this is great to know so to make a better effort in the predictions for next week's round.

As for the score sites: I like sofascore because they show player prop points live during a match, so this feature is an added bonus for those who have certain players in their pools.
I've used flashscore but their interface makes it difficult to find things at times. Haven't tried their app so can't comment one that aspect of the site.
Haven't tried livescore and might check them out to see if I like them better than sofascore.
Thanks mole0815! Wink
4972  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Proud partner of Southampton FC 🚀 on: September 15, 2020, 01:12:32 PM
^^Are you sure they will be trading Deeney to west brom?
He is the captain and they rarely have any team trade those type of players unless they are doing a reorganization of the entire squad.

They released a sportsbet.io app just before the match started and I downloaded it and it is quick and easy to use.
But two problems with it:
-It didn't put an icon on the phone screen after the download so to just click on it to start the app.
-The vip tier system is missing from the app when you login so you don't know how your progress is going.

I just reached gold tier level 2 and received my reward just before the game started and didn't see it available until I opened the site on my desktop instead of the app.
After getting use to the app I noticed these two issues I had when I first downloaded the addition and can be resolved rather easily:
The app icon can be placed on the phone main screen by just finding where it was installed in the search apps list.
Once found can be dragged as a copy to the main screen. Not a big deal. Smiley
To get to the vip status rewards page you just need to click on your balance under your username and at the top of the screen it will show your current clubhouse tier and by clicking on the Show my progress arrow will display your rewards page.

Just need to do some searching around for these features but they are there within the app.
4973  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 14, 2020, 09:21:26 PM
If Chelsea ends with a 3-1 score then this would give me a close result with 1.5 pts.
So I will end week 1 with 11.5 score on the leaderboard.
Stevebitcointalk was on a roll at the end and was catching up fast on the leaders in the top 5 fast.

He managed to get upto 2nd place in no time Wink

I got my yellow cap! Grin
4974  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 14, 2020, 05:13:29 PM
Whomever had Wolves to score over 2 goals had their dreams come true within the first 10 minutes of the game.
They lead 2-0 already! Wink

It will be very tough for Sheffield to score in this game. But I have them 2 goals so I hope so. Sad
4975  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Navi 21 next generation of rdna better to mine than current navi cards? on: September 14, 2020, 03:14:47 PM
^^
I am imagining the same scenario the way this is going to play out for this generation of cards being released by each manufacturer of their camps.
With Radeon VII(since discounted) having the HBM memory they will need to pony up the next evolution of this chipset to even compare to the ampere at this point.
4976  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Navi 21 next generation of rdna better to mine than current navi cards? on: September 14, 2020, 02:26:57 PM
Just checked the tech spec sheet on navi 21 the next amd iteration of their rx6000 lineup and it states it will have 12gb of ram onboard.
Yet this leak has 16gb labelled on the card itself. So this might be the testing for the next navi they could be releasing after 3090rtx is dropped after September 24th potential release date?
Or could be just like what nvidia is doing with the 3000 line releasing 3080 with 10gb and 3090 24gb.
4977  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbee: Is bitcoin a real currency on: September 14, 2020, 01:01:20 PM
The US courts did declare it a form of money in Washington back at the end of June of this year. Embarrassed
So to the states it is a seen as a real currency thus this is why there is strict regulation for any business to obtain a license for trading or anything to do with bitcoin & cryptocurrency. There was a whole documentary about it two years ago about this very thing.

This is a good color coded map showing which countries view bitcoin legal to use in their respective regions.

4978  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Navi 21 next generation of rdna better to mine than current navi cards? on: September 14, 2020, 12:49:37 PM
Excellent video released today regarding the different tiers of AIB involved with graphic card processing.
Also a leaked pic from a chinese tester of Navi 21 with a potential 16gb of gddr6 ram onboard.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BR70xbcwB6U

Now I am beginning to have my doubts this release by AMD sometime in October will contend with rtx3090 from Nvidia being released later in the month.
4979  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 12, 2020, 09:15:07 PM
What a way to start EPL. I certainly didn't see Leeds scoring 3 goals here. And that's why I only got 2 points (Superbru) after three matches.  Grin
Current Top 5. The Cream of the Crop after those matches.

Nobody and I mean NOBODY saw Leeds scoring 3 goals let alone almost setting up a draw only if Salah didn't score that penalty thus allowing him to complete his hat trick.
So we going to call him Mo-Pensalah for the rest of the season? Cheesy

Just checked the leaderboard,
I missed watching this game due to some technical issues I had with a small project of mine being the weekend and all.

Was surprised to see I'm on top of the leaderboard after day one. Shocked
If Liverpool had just kept to the script and kept the scoreline 3-1 (I tuned in when it was 3-2) I would of been over the moon with today's result after my first time participating in the EPL pool hosted by Sportbet.io.
Thanks goes to them and hilariousandco for messaging me when it started.

Bring on tomorrow's matches! Wink
4980  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: September 12, 2020, 04:15:13 PM
Southampton just about a draw with Ings right infront of the box but the Crystal Palace's goalkeeper had a game saving deflection at the 6 minute mark into injury time. Shocked
They deserved the 3 pts this day.
Wilfred Zaha scored the only goal and almost put it away with 15 mins left to play but it was ruled offside.
There goes my saintly offer bet on Southampton to draw. Wink
