4961  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you selling your altcoins so soon? on: November 23, 2018, 08:44:54 PM
This usually happens when people see that the price of bitcoin is falling. When the price of bitcoin starts to fall, the price of altcoins also starts to take a dip, but much deeper dip than bitcoin. Thus, as soon as they see any sight of red signs in bitcoin, they start selling all their altcoins as soon as possible. This causes further price dropping of the altcoin, which is more or less like the domino affect.
4962  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't bite more than you can chew on: November 23, 2018, 08:38:32 PM
Yes, I also hold this opinion. I believe that this is an excellent and useful advice for people who are trying to invest all their free money, and then start to panic in the period of falling prices. You need to understand - there is always the risk of loss and falling money. Therefore, you need to invest only the amount of money that you can afford to lose.
Do you really think that there is an "amount" of money an individual can afford to lose? Are there are actually any such thing? No one wants to lose anything. If you want to make something, you will have to take risks of losing everything you have. Without risk, there is no profit in these kinds of crypto investment. Instead of saying invest only the "amount" of money that you can afford to lose, you should be suggesting people to invest as much as you can but do it wisely.
4963  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will 90 percent of the coins die? on: November 23, 2018, 08:29:38 PM
Not sure what the exact percentage will be, but most of the altcoins out there will eventually die. This is because, those coins are just clone to some other coins. They do not share any new features or anything. They will slowly by eventually die. Again, there are shit tons of scam coins, that are just made for the purpose of pumping and dumping. Those coins are the ones the dies within few weeks. Just be careful when choosing a coin to invest at.
4964  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should I do now on: November 23, 2018, 07:54:19 PM
I prefer to sell it when the token that we hold has a high increase because if we only rely on the hodl it will be of no use because it's only delaying to get profits even many tokens that have got the best value at that time and after that don't get it again and need longer time to return to the best price, of course it is a loss if we continue to hold the token until now because not all new tokens will also get an incredible price.
This is how it works. The longer you hold, the greater are the risks you will be bearing but the higher the profit will be. You need to take risks to make higher profit. The tokens are whole different story. It is better to hold them initially. This is because, when a token gets listed in an exchange, the price starts to get dumped for a while due to most tokens holders who received them without investing anything tends to sell them as soon as possible to cash out their money. So, it is better to hold them for longer term to see their real value.
4965  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC - The unbeaten King on: November 23, 2018, 04:58:15 PM
Obviously bitcoin is going to remain on the top of all crypto currencies. It was the first crypto currency to be invented. People heard more about bitcoin than any other alt coins. Heck, when you say crypto currency, the first thing that comes on peoples mind is Bitcoin. It is more widely spread than any other coin. Again, the prices of other coins are also related with bitcoin. If bitcoin rises, alt coin rises too. If bitcoin crashes, altcoin crashes much more.
4966  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP really better than ETH??? on: November 22, 2018, 10:33:37 PM
Is the XRP really better than ETH ?? can be seen now ETH descends to TOP 3 sites https://coinmarketcap.com and XRP goes up to TOP 2. how do you think it is true XRP is better than ETH
Just because XRP came out to be second, does not mean that the ETH is bad or XRP is better than ETH. Those are just some random rankings based on the price. The price does not always determine the potential of the coins. Do keep in mind that XRP is some what a centralized coin (large portion of the premined coins are under Ripple), thus chances of surviving on the crypto market is extremely small.
Just wait for the price to stabilize, we will see the ranking of Ethereum go back to second.
4967  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be deceived... on: November 22, 2018, 10:25:42 PM
I agree, the prolonged downtrend shakes all hamsters from the market, but be smarter and do not let yourself be fooled. If you have bought a cryptocurrency and are worried that your coins have fallen in price, then leave the panic, this is a good check for you. Just keep your coins and wait for the new bull run to start.
Not really. It is sometimes better to let go off your investment if you want to minimize your loss and risk. Another reason to let go off your investment is when you find some coins more profitable than the coins you are currently holding. Sell off your coins and invest on the coins that you think is going to make more profit. Just make sure you don't fall for those shitty scam coins.
4968  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin 4500 or 4000 $ ??? on: November 22, 2018, 10:18:36 PM
Do you think bitcoin will pass the 4500 or 4000 mark or go even lower. what are you counting on?
how many people expected this? And for others, how bad is it? I do not have the opportunity to buy bitcoin now, it's a pity. Because I didn't have time to sell. That would be great.
At the same time, I see that ripple is leading in terms of sales at Binance, what is happening?

We cannot predict what is going to happen to the price. Right now, we have a very strong support at around $4,500 USD. Based on the market situation, experts are hoping that the price will go above $6,000 USD within the end of the year if everything goes right.
Do not sell your coins right now. Just keep holding it. You still have the same amount of coins left with you. It is just the price that has dropped.
4969  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Last quarter hope? on: November 21, 2018, 10:09:57 PM
I think the bull died and we ate it. In February, $ 19,000 is now 4,300. This gigantic decline: /
If that is how you are going to compare the price, then why not compare it with the price of previous years like 2017 and 2016? Look at the charts and you will see that the price is up by many times. Compare long term price and you won't be disappointed at all. You will see that we are still on the green zone. We might not see anything exceptional this year, but maybe next year. Just keep holding and your fingers crossed.
4970  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Nobody Buying Cryptocurrency :( on: November 21, 2018, 10:00:31 PM
Just hold on and wait for a bit. Let all those events that currently took place to pass by  (BCH fork related). We might see a slow recovery, but it eventually will recover. Just hold on to your coins. Take this opportunity to invest more coins and maximize your profit. Keep investing as much as you can as the price starts to dip. Keep in mind in the long run, the price will eventually rise.
4971  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To all bounty hunters around the world, you'll need to see this on: November 17, 2018, 01:27:07 PM
For a bounty hunter like me that hasn't even earn a dime doing bounties been a bounty manager is no easy task for me ,even been frustrated for just been a bounty hunter due to not been paid after weeks of joining campaigns,we need cryptopolice for help reduce this first
This is a decentralized market. The services provided are also decentralized. So there is no such thing as "crypto police". No central authority to control the market, thus it is your own responsibility to be safe and not fall for the scam. It is also the responsibility of the whole community to make sure people are made aware of such scams.
4972  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN DROPS TO $5,600. HOLD OR SELL? on: November 17, 2018, 01:23:12 PM
As at yesterday, we all saw the value of Bitcoin depreciate to $5,600. what is your advise to BTC holders

should we sell of in order not to incur more loss?

or should we HODL with hope that the bull run is coming soon enough?
I would start investing more. Why not take the upper hand of this price fall? The year is about to come to an end. We might see a bit more of dumping coming soon as some investors might start cashing out their profit/investments. A new year is about to start, we might see new investors taking advantage of this price fall and enter the market. This in turn might cause the price to recover and gain back its momentum.
4973  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happened to the Crypto market? on: November 17, 2018, 01:10:37 PM
I think that crypto market is not stable but it will be more stable in the nearest future and we need to wait for this. To my mind, crypto is going to experience great changes in 2019
You are saying that we will be experiencing a great change on 2019. So how did you come to this conclusion? I mean, based on what facts are you saying that drastic changes will take place? Just a random will guess I assume since we didn't not see anything special happening this year. Well, sadly this might not happen (or may) since this is the crypto market. Everything is unpredictable. And price stability is something we might not be seeing anytime soon. Remember, the price depends on the demand and supply. Demand is unlimited (assuming every people born will be using crypto currencies) but the supply is limited (not all though).
4974  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading tension about Ethereum on: November 17, 2018, 12:34:19 PM
Ethereum now down position number three coin of coinmarketcap. XRP now top two number currency. So what is your thinking about Ethereum trading? Now I am hopeless. Maximum time I trade by Etheum. So Now I am disappointed for downfall of ethereum

Keep investing on Ethereum. It is way better than XRP. Keep in mind that Ripple holds most of the XRP and shit tons of XRP has been premined. This makes XRP kind of more like a centralized coins. Banks are also getting involve with this currency. Crypto currencies were meant to be decentralized. Just keep hold of it until the market starts to recover and stabilize again. Ethereum will go back to its initial position. So will XRP.
4975  Economy / Speculation / Re: This is not the end of bitcoin on: November 17, 2018, 12:24:05 PM
Those charts says everything. People should know that crypto currencies are extremely volatile, but in the long run, the price will always tend to go upwards. Compare the price with last two years and you will see that we are still on the green zone and the price rose multiple times. This fall is temporary and people should be taking full advantage of it.
4976  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happened to the Crypto market? on: November 17, 2018, 12:17:39 PM
I don't think BCH hardfork can affect to crypto market that much Smiley. Last year, when BTC hardfork happened, it even could affect to market that much so how do you think BCH hardfork can? I think it's not the reason for this dump maybe it's just another trap in this year.
Just saying, well known forks can actually affect the price of the markets. People might start trading their coins for lets say BCH, so that they can take advantage of those forks and get some free coins. This a result will cause the price of the coins that are being traded to get dumped and fall temporarily. But, once when the fork is over, they sell off their forked coins and starts investing back to the coins they had, but this time they buy it cheaper.
4977  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your destiny is in your hands on: November 17, 2018, 12:07:08 PM
That's right buddy, it reminded me a year ago when I was faced with a decision that I thought was not easy. I have to stop working to focus on Bitcoin or keep working but can't focus on Bitcoin and my decision is to quit my job and focus on Bitcoin, and sure enough, my decision is right, I get big profits that I get from Bitcoin. since that, I realized that our destiny is in our hands...
Wouldn't say that it was the best decision taken by you. In fact you ended up putting yourself into financial risk. You job (no matter how shitty it is) used to give you a constant flow of cash/salary/income. This is not the same in case of investing/trading/earning crypto currencies. Huge risks involved and you might end up suffering very badly financially when the price starts to crash.
4978  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to identify a legit ICO from a scam? on: November 16, 2018, 11:19:58 PM
If there is a new ICO and there are hype going around it, how do you tell that i is a legit one and not just a scam?
How to tell if an ICO is a scam?
There are already a lot of articles out there that teaches you to identify scammy ICOs. First of all, read the whitepaper. See what is it all about. Ask yourself if it is possible to achieve what they are trying to sell. Secondly, look at those developers. Go through their background. If they are some well known developers, then chances of them scamming is very low. But, if they are some unknown developers or try to remain anonymous, just stay out of it. They are highly likely to scam everything out of you. Thirdly, believe your own intuition. If you have a feeling they might be a scam, then just don't invest.
4979  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who actually invests in ICO's? on: November 16, 2018, 11:14:11 PM
To be honest, most of the people over here invest in an ICO just for making some quick profit out of it. If they see a project with huge potential, they also see a hefty amount of profit with it. Thus, with the hope of making huge profit they end up investing on those ICO. Again, there are some people who are genuinely interest on those project and thus invests on the ICO to help the developers.
4980  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the fear of crypto-currencies legit? on: November 16, 2018, 11:08:54 PM
What kind of scam are you talking about? It is quite normal to be scared of getting scammed, but if you take necessary steps and precautions, chances of you being scammed is extremely small. You just got to be careful and instead of jumping to any kind of fishy offers, you have to make sure that those offers are legit. If you fall for those dumb scams, then that means you actually deserved to be scammed.
