Its not because of entertainment why most people gamble, Its all about the money because if it wasn't, they would have played online gambling games without spending or winning any money just like OP said.
Money makes people more interested on a specific things so I think gamblers still choose to gambling because of this. Online games are the best in terms of self satisfaction but without earning money I think its hard for a gamblers to shift on that. I really only see Faster payouts as an option. With FIAT casinos you usually have to wait a few days until you can receive your winnings, more often than not you can also cancel pending withdraws which is terrible for an addict. So for me, faster payouts is the only thing, all the other options is kind of meh and should not be that different to any other casino. IMO ofc.

Holding our tokens would be the safest way, selling it would just gives us nightmares when the price is pumping up again. In selected countries, bitcoin is legal because their government approve bitcoin and they made an order about it that is allowing bitcoin to be used in their country and also to the stores to accept it so that is why bitcoin is legal but for the majority of the countries in the world, it is either bitcoin is illegal or still not determined if legal or illegal.

Airdrops for me are not profitable because there is no assurance that you will earn from them since they are just creating a new and giving it away to the people in the cryptocurrency community and the value is just based on hype and most of the times, the developers are not serious about their project since it is just created for free.

I don't think that bitcoin loses its popularity because bitcoin only lose its hype and that is the reason why we are seeing that the market is going down because there is no demand from the hype that is sustaining the price so when there is a higher amount of sellers than buyers then simply apply law of demand and supply and you will end up looking at a sinking market.
