501  Bitcoin / Press / Re: 2021-05-27 China to socially blacklist Bitcoin miners in Inner Mongolia region on: June 04, 2021, 01:18:56 PM
This appears to me as something that bitcoins news media likes to sensationalize. Similar to this article I will share, the writer appears to have interviewed Matthew Graham, however she does not write about what Matthew has been telling everyone on Twitter. Matthew has tweeted that China’s new policies is not about only bitcoin. China is not attacking bitcoin. The new policies are routine policies made to protect the environment, protect consumers from excessive speculation and others. The policy makers are not meeting to have a plan to ban bitcoin.

As China-based crypto VC Matthew Graham told me: “We certainly hold the view that Liu He's comments indicate that the Chinese government has concerns about excessive speculation, including in crypto. We can anticipate that the government will be taking a ‘close look’ at this issue.”

actually news about bitcoin in China is very significant because of what ..? because news and information emphasizes the emotional sensationalism of the readers so that it looks wow....
while the government policy in China may have several reasons such as maintaining the existence of the environment and the safety of citizens, but...!? I wonder why it got big when the bitcoin price grew,...
so that there was a herding of public opinion that seemed to bring down
502  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: He said Bitcoin is a Scam: See What happened to Him on: June 04, 2021, 01:09:45 PM
It is not easy sometimes to convince people as there are two kinds of people. Those who are in fact listening to your arguments and may or may not like them. And those who won't listen to your arguments anyway. For them it is scam and period. Not the smartest words will help to make them at last listen to you.
this is the reason why they say scam because they don't know and understand about the bitcoin system and in fact they are just looking for a way to drop bitcoin with some wrong arguments on bitcoin, and a small part of them are people who enter the world of cryptocurrency / bitcoin online blindly so that a lot of money is lost because of his stupidity and make the excuse is bitcoin a Ponzi scheme but..!!! as much as they can corner bitcoin, then bitcoin will grow and develop towards more than that
503  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2021-06-02] Here’s How China’s Crypto FUD Will Play Out on: June 03, 2021, 05:29:42 AM
I have no idea....
In fact, the Chinese government's actions are not the first time that cryptocurrency shocks have made the market weak.
whether it's a security or manipulative for the market in sheep's clothing, but...!!! this is a horn that might test crypto's defensive capabilities for the future
504  Other / Meta / Re: Whats the point of this website? on: June 03, 2021, 05:21:36 AM
This website seems to be similar to reddit except with an older UI. It's obviously more focused on the topic of bitcoin but I can easily find a group on reddit to talk about bitcoin.

The forum is different from Reddit. The forum already has it name as bitcointalk. So it here we talk and promote Bitcoin. As a newbie it is important that you post this kind of trends in beginners and have. It is there before will be very patient to answer your question. But to see this kind of topic in meta will make some people not to be patient with you, even if you ask the question to learn. Finally, this forum is all about Bitcoin and other topics. There are many things to learn and to donate here about bitcoin, altcoins and other topics. Here you will also know the ideology of Bitcoin in other countries because many countries are here, contributing and promoting bitcoin business.
this website is very different from the others and this is clear if we can examine it, no excuse if on Reddit or other web/social media we can also get a discussion about bitcoin; then we likened the website to another website... come on friends.... try to think and be more mature so that we can know and understand better
505  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No One Can Shut Down Bitcoin on: June 03, 2021, 05:12:29 AM
until whenever bitcoin will always run with time, because bitcoin is a very difficult time to be cornered the more governments prohibit and make rules that want to bind bitcoin, the times will get bigger and move off from its capabilities
and we know that until now in some countries there are still differences of opinion and perception about bitcoin and this is what makes bitcoin continue to strengthen from year to year
506  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin and Dubai on: June 03, 2021, 05:04:44 AM
@NotATether

Well, there are some platforms that are compliant with the Sharia with ethics and morality. At least, there is Onegram based in Dubai and another one based in Bahrain (I don't remember its name) and it's surely not the only one, otherwise, it's an interesting niche for any company looking for a cash-cow.

When I searched about it I learned there are cryptocurrencies that they consider Halal, and some others are in a grey area (it means, it depends on how it suits them), while some like Monero are considered 'Haram'.

There are also some DeFi platforms that they don't allow and consider it's 'Haram'. For example, yearn.finance
In fact, this kind of attitude does not occur in the Dubai government in other countries, many may also distinguish between very strict religious laws which are strictly obeyed by the people there so that some programs/coins are not allowed, such as those that lead to gambling, for example.
507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is BNB the new ETH killer on: June 02, 2021, 10:48:54 PM
the erc20 network is no longer widely used for most cryptocurrency projects at this time so it is possible to be displaced by BNB which incidentally is superior to several aspects of world development. cryptocurrencies and better offerings for users.
so that in the years to come BNB could be in the top 3 lines of the coin unless erc20/eth reforms the transaction system to be more effective and efficient, especially in terms of transaction fees
508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is UNISWAP the future of DEX? on: June 02, 2021, 08:27:28 AM
Swap trading is a very popular thing in the present which may be an alternative way of trading in the future, which may also; it will swipe some markets where the gas cost is too large, will be displaced by swap trading which of course with the support of very low fees.
Or will this be temporary fame due to the intense competition
509  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoins kill Central Banks? on: June 01, 2021, 10:36:11 PM
actually a question like this is not the first, the answer; it is definitely difficult to happen because of the many reasons that digital decentralization cannot fulfill for the people of the countries of the world and the government will not provide opportunities for that...?! Roll Eyes
510  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2021 starting to look like 2013 more than 2017 on: June 01, 2021, 10:29:04 PM
It is hard to compare the market as of this day to the market before, even though we can see the same pattern with such years, there are still a lot of changes, just like the number of users, 2013 was really new for bitcoin so basically, there are only a few people who know about it and the volume is not that high compared to the volume as of this day.
I agree with you.....
it seems that the difference in market conditions is very much compared to the previous year, although some bull&run movements seem to have similarities with the previous year but some other reason is that nowadays newcomers are very different they are smarter so the market correction this year may only be around 40-50%
511  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are there so many negative posts about BTC lately? on: May 08, 2021, 09:08:21 PM
I've said this before but I think a lot of the new people that are joining the Dogecoin community are not very intelligent. They just care about their bags getting pumped and have taken the fun out of dogecoin with their toxic behavior.
maybe they will cry after this Dogecoin bubble stops green market at just 1-2 $ after that will happen ... a big bubble burst that will make the market flush and make newcomers screwed up which will add to the gap of the doge journey
512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DOGECOIN (DOGE) is only HYPE! Better to leave before the BUBBLE BURST on: May 08, 2021, 09:00:10 PM
I totally agree with you, few days ago, a friend of mine whom I introduced to crypto of recent was all hyped up about buying dogecoin, he's pretty new and doesnt know how to buy cryptos yet, so he contacted me to help him buy some doegcoin, I knowing fully well that he's about to go the road which he might end up regretting, I gave this same advice, to avoid dogecoin, that it's just a bubble which might burst pretty soon, and when it burst, alot of people are gonna loose a lot of money, but he didn't believe me, though I understand that he's disbelief is because he's new in the space and hasn't experienced what a loss in crypto really mean, next time he comes for me to help him buy dogecoin, am gonna open this thread and show him to read, maybe this will make him understand what am trying to let him know.

Most of the newcomers in crypto only heard of bitcoin and dogecoin.Everybody wants to buy the coin. But i agree its a bubble.Probobly between 1-2$ will be price range for this coin and after that a dump will accure and most of the newcomers will cry becuse of the losses. But yeah people should wait until at least  0.95$ and cashout before a huge dump accurs
I have no idea...!!! but until now the doge can still change and walk in the green fields of the market and we can still take advantage of this bubble to blow the balloon and release it when the red balloon pops
513  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My feelings after 11 years with crypto. on: May 08, 2021, 08:54:33 PM
when one gets to know cryptocurrency it is very difficult to leave it; this is a fact of life that may be very touching and empathetic but we must be able to thank God to still be able to rise from that pain ... Take the lesson and continue to live life stronger because we believe that happiness is just one step ahead.
514  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Profits from gambling with crypto (UK tax question) on: May 08, 2021, 08:46:58 PM
What is clear is that when there is a bitcoin transaction confirmation, maybe you are sure to get a taxpayer as the rules in your country, but if the winnings are still on the gambling site there will be no tax imposed on you ...
515  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you guys happy if bitcoin will dropped to $10k? Why? on: May 07, 2021, 09:36:21 PM
instead they are afraid of BTC_ $ dropping at 10k because this price is too low even though it might happen after the market correction, and no one imagines to take a chance at this price and will tend to drive them out of the market and we can tell that the bull market is on. underway and the price is still able to take
516  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are there so many negative posts about BTC lately? on: May 07, 2021, 09:28:56 PM
Bitcoin haters come out immediately after the price starts going down at a high rate. But it's not only them of course. There are many people whose opinions change about Bitcoin very easily depending on its bad and good times.
When Bitcoin price starting to improve then all Bitcoin supporters promise bitcoin positively but when market crashing/crashed then supporters through a lots of negative comments. Just a common phenomena in cryptocurrencies market.
Typical thing that you can see into this market where those kind of words would really be neither residing with Bitcoin or into alts basing on the current trend that we are seeing.
We know that human being would really be having that common behavior on where they do give out positive words into something which is gaining momentum or simply in a
bullish manner but when things turns out to be a mess or crashing then you would really expect those negative words will just pop out and it isnt surprising.
If you are a type of investor or trader then dont let these words affect you because this would really be messing up into your decisions that you would made.
true .... not all interested trading traditions follow the trends and arguments of some traders and expose others in the competitive market their trading will always be loyal to their trading path because they believe in the course of the competition and the growth of the market. keep going to make market corrections
517  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saving asset in bitcoin is much more better than saving in banks on: May 07, 2021, 09:22:22 PM
do not deny investing our funds in $ BTC or others is an attractive thing and promises greater returns than the Bank 🏦 but giving it all for assets in digital I do not agree with this opinion; because we cannot predict future prices and needs so this will force you to sell your assets regardless of the price but ... !! having funds in this bank makes your funds safer and makes it easier for you to transact when something happens in the future you are not easy to sell digital assets, because there are still other assets (our money is in the bank)
518  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin and Dubai on: May 07, 2021, 09:12:18 PM
I am happy to hear that, with the large number of transactions it is clear evidence that many people are involved in the world of cryptocurrency and the neutral attitude of the country (not prohibiting and providing legal facilities) is a natural thing because 40% of countries in the world still declare neutral, and Dubai is one of them. one of the developed countries in the Arab continent which may be one of the transitions of modern life which is an example of an Arab country, ...in the development of the digital world at this time
519  Bitcoin / Press / Re: 2021-03-30 TheVerge - PayPal will let US users pay with Bitcoin on: May 05, 2021, 10:16:52 AM
Paypal might issue their own stablecoin. Before anyone says this is a scam, issuing a currency for the internet was Paypal’s original vision when it was founded by Elon Musk and the other members of the Paypal mafia. However, issues with compliance stopped them because they would have certainly become another Liberty Reserve.

Also, I speculate that Paypal is noticing a very low usage of bitcoin through their site and that this might not improve. I also speculate a removal after the bull market.

PayPal is exploring the launch of a stablecoin, The Block has learned.

Four sources with knowledge of the situation told The Block that PayPal has made the rounds among some of the industry’s stablecoin protocol developers — suggesting the payments giant may be leaning towards working with a third-party company.

maybe Paypal's step is a big step for cryptocurrency and one way to strengthen and expand the use of digital money technology but to do the next steps, stable coins are a solution and a natural thing that might have to do, because this will better protect paypal users in transactions and value of digital money which at some time will undergo market correction
520  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Incorporating BTC the way forward for most companies? on: May 05, 2021, 10:04:17 AM
companies that actually use cryptocurrency technology are still not fully used, while as it is said, they are only still within the investment limit, not the open use of digitalized money in the company's system
