Все гораздо проще, открыв дэльту в адресной строке заменяете после символа # тикер в паре с эфиром на адрес смартконтракта Wepower. Обновляете страницу, и, бинго! Вроде обещали открыть после Ico первую таблицу , менеджер первой компании нормальный был поэтому думаю все учтется, но как он писал 90% что в твиттере что в фейсе не выполняли условия Да,проблема в том,что многие просто не выполняют условий,или же просто не учитывают всех пунктов ,а потом предъявляют какие-то претензии . Если уже на дельте х3 то дальше должно быть веселее, может как поверледжер будет со старта в рост идти.
