501  Economy / Speculation / Sellers have done their job. Let us do ours. on: December 19, 2014, 04:42:12 AM
Honestly, dear fellas, I think it is time to buy them back. Smiley

I don't think Bitcoin is going to crash anywhere near $270. I want to be in it, when it hits $500.

BUY or HODL

Edit:
502  Economy / Gambling / Re: House of Chance - a Game of Thrones inspired game with no house edge! on: December 19, 2014, 04:29:23 AM
Huh

I have trouble with the game.
I made 15000 bet. I got double. My balance was around 19000. So, I can make just 1 spin?
It came, I don't have enough balance Huh

EDIT: I checked. It is not so. At least in free play. You don't have to pay for additional spin on double. So, I think I lost it because a bug?

Hi Watoshi, I'm back and am looking into your problem. The bets and payouts seem correct to me. Is there a bet in particular you think didn't payout correctly? The bets are listed here:

https://houseofchance.net/bets

The payout table is here:

https://houseofchance.net/faq#a9_1

Also, if you want to verify the correctness of the spins that you saw, you can go to the main slot machine page and open up the fairness window by pressing 'f', or by pressing on the tick icon in the betting box. Then click "randomize" on the server seed. This will allow you to verify the correctness of all past sequence of spins that you saw.

I hope that helps, but if there is still confusion please let me know, I'm happy to help. And thanks so much for playing!

Sorry, I think the mistake is on my part. I thought I got a double. ie type 2.
But when I verified I got type 0.
503  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTCOracle.com - Lost BTC. What is happening? on: December 18, 2014, 11:25:18 AM
BTCOracle : http://btcoracle.com/

I made a big bet for the 1 week UP.

The bet doesn't show up. Sad
I check the date. The last bet shown till 14th December only.

Contacted support. No response.

Huh
Did it suddenly run away with the money? Or?

I hope I didn't lose the money. Sad

EDIT: IT IS WORKING NOW. AFTER 3 DAYS.

Good thing to hear that. Smiley

What did support tell you about what happened?

I have not yet received a reply from support.

The starting price and everything is shown as "Pending". Dunno what is happening.

I am experimenting with signatures. I just want to know what is the problem with ASCII characters.

Are the following ASCII chars?

Is it safe to use them in signatures? Which OS/browsers does not support it?

Hi, Im on XP
I can see all ASCII chat without any problem at all

Yes, I am also able to see it in everywhere I tried.
But here are some quotes which is the reason why I am asking this:

Mine works okay, right? I will post the code tmrw. But I don't think I use any ASCII chars.
btw, mine does not use ASCII chars, right?

You are using ASCII chars. You have plenty of them inside of your sig.
If you don't want to use ASCII chars you need to stick to those chars which you see on your keyboard buttons.

On windows 8.1 , chrome :

That's why I did two versions :  Dice+ Flowers     and Flower Only for Chrome Lovers Cheesy

I'm on XP,
But
I suggest that Roslinpl using the common symbol since  not of all people using windows 8.1 (include me  Grin )

2. That's why I did two versions :  Dice+ Flowers     and Flower Only for Chrome/XP Lovers Cheesy

Thanks Grin , but if the OP choose the first one the chrome or XP users will not see it properly .

So I gave the choice to the OP. He can choose second one if he want to.

Thing is that there is NO signature around the forum (with ASCII chars) that works same on XP/7/8  Android/iOS.
Even winner of the latest LedgerWallet contest was obligated to make it works on every OS - but it isn't working Tongue There is no way to make a ASCII chars signature which will work everywhere the same. No way Smiley

The problem is, even I am not able to see the chars used by rosinpl. But he says both of the symbols used by me and him are ASCII. But I have no issues with mine.

Why is that?

• (bullet point) does not render if browser detects unicode encoding. The symbol in the last line is somewhat offensive; I would not use it in a signature as it is a way to turn possible buyers away.

卍 is The swastika (also known as the gammadion cross or cross cramponnée) is a symbol that generally takes the form of an equilateral cross, with its four legs bent at 90 degrees (as a Chinese character: 卐 or 卍). It is considered to be a very sacred and auspicious symbol in Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism.

Just google it.

Just because some guy, called Hitler, who doesn't know of its meaning, used it on his own accord, does not make it an offensive symbol.
It is considered sacred in many countries.

Anyway, this is how I used it: (_)ノ-=≡≡
511  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 17, 2014, 01:36:58 PM
I am seeing a downward trend on okcoin and upward trends on bitfinex and bitstamp.
But the price is not going up because of some ask orders.
512  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 17, 2014, 01:29:04 PM
I am going to buy as much as I can.
I can't miss the bull run. Cheesy

I hate it when it happens without me. How worse can it be?

Congrats to lilisong, izanangi for winning this. Smiley

P.S. I had not completely done my signature set. No problem, anyway. I misunderstood the deadline.
515  Economy / Services / Re: Trust Service - Earn Free Bitcoins with your rank! on: December 17, 2014, 05:08:33 AM
lol, I am sure no one is going to use this one.
OP will run away with the money. Smiley

For all the trouble taken by OP to troll here, I will give a negative feedback totally free too. And that too, is is FREE!

Can you put an exact date to the deadline? My design will need around 24 hours more. It is night here. So I have to work the rest tmrw.

He already did:

On it. When is the deadline for submission?
Let's say in about 24h

I have a problem with calculating how many hours are there to go?

Did he post it a few hours ago or was it yesterday? I am in a different time zone than the one I see (I put it in default).

Edit: Got it. Correct me if I am wrong. So around 22 hours left?

Minesweeper is registered trademark , you may get problems with domain.
Anyway can I get invitation code?

Copying the mechanics are ok then. Yeah, there might be a problem with the domain.

I don't think he gave an invite to anyone till now.
520  Economy / Gambling / Re: BalloonBit.com Is really Paying?? on: December 15, 2014, 01:34:02 PM

And please do NOT deposit more than 0.1BTC in any scenario.

hmm why are You saying this?
probably to prevent you losing more than what you can afford to from a scam rather than from your gamble.

yeah and I think their bankroll is low. They are able to pay 0.1BTC alright. But if you win 100BTC, don't even dream of getting it in your wallet.

Try by depositing a small amount proportionate to the amount you are willing to lose to your bitcoins.
