I remain positive about bitcoin. It has come a long was, stood the test of time and has come to stay. It is amazing how very many people are embracing it each day. Where it is, in terms of price now, is not an issue because bitcoin is known to have overcome similar situation in the past.

Bitcoin can never go down to $1000 and the basis you used for your analysis is not justifiable. Bitcoin has been around since 2009 but what percentage of people has adopted it? As people continue to understand bitcoin, the adoption will increase. You have to know that bitcoin has a very strong community.

Thank you for this thread/topic. The price of Bitcoin we currently have is still a great margin compare to what the price was around this time last year (2018). People are just being unnecessarily overzealous, hoping to get rich the moment they invest in bitcoin.

I strongly agree with you on this. The kind of crash we are currently experiencing gives opportunity to new investors to invest in bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and buy cheap. This has happened several times and so should not surprise anyone. The price of Bitcoin will go up with time.

No one can categorically tell you the next price of Bitcoin at which you can invest. In fact, there are several investment you can do in bitcoin at any given price so if I need to advise you, I will tell you that the time to invest in bitcoin is now.

Beware of hackers. I store my bitcoin in a wallet, this is the safest way of course, I also use multiple wallets to be more secured and not be a target of hackers. If you really want to be more secured, use a paper wallet or a cold storage so you cannot get hacked by someone. Don't loose your coins to hackers.

Everybody has his different reasons to love and embrace bitcoin. For me the decentralized nature of bitcoin and the thought of being able to send coins to anybody in any part of the word, no third party, no regulation makes life very easy for me. I am my own bank.

We now know why the several attacks on bitcoin. Government wants to bring bitcoin under control but it is meant to be decentralized. Government fears that cryptocurrencies will take the nation's economy away from its grip and now they want to own the cryptocurrency they can control. It won't change the fact that people have settled for Decentralization.
