Not a wrong concept in saving, but their goals are different. There are those who save for the short term, for example saving from spring to meet winter. Some are saving for the long term, for example they are preparing for their old age. It doesn't mean money can't be used, even if there is a emergency need, the savings will definitely be used if the monthly spending money is insufficient.
Whatever the term we choose, short or long term I think a saving will still define as a money that we set a side for a while, in use for later. Our primary goal on why we save is to secure our future so that we will have a peace of mind but life is unpredictable. We are living a healthy life right now but who knows we might experience a sudden pain which can be life threatening if not treated ASAP? We are now forced to use a portion of our saving to treat it. The same goes if we get into accidents. It's useless if you will save but you won't still use it at the end because you are now gone in this world, unless if the saving is intended to your kids and other family members. |

I looked up Binance but they have loads of bad reviews with people saying they can access their monies for withdrawal.

I don't know from where you saw those loads of bad reviews about Binance while it is the best centralized exchange of the world at the moment. Their P2P trading platform can easily let you convert your USDC to USD or any other currency without any issues if you do Level 1 identity verification which isn't much of a lengthy process and also doesn't take much time. I've been using Binance for 2 years now and I've never faced any issues with it. Give yourself a break.
This is one measure or strategy I use in my gambling technique to curtail losses upon more losses. Immediately I realize I have made many streaks like about 5 to 7 streaks for the week and I haven't made any win at least out of these numbers of streaks the next action is to give it a break for another new week to come. There are certain ways where a transaction can be hacked or hijacked. There are malware that can change the pasted address so that is one of the proof that wallet tranfer can be hack or hijack. Do not play Tome of Madness if you want to hunt for big multiplier, it has 2,000x max multiplier only if I remember it correctly. If you look for more bonus rounds, it is good game because the the bonus round comes out more than other games, based on my experience. However, easy to catch bonus round but it is really hard to hit big multiplier. Maybe you'll only get 100x-300x in average for the bonus round in Tome of Madness. What if he/she only wants to play the game for fun? And this was the real essence of gambling anyway so we shouldn't restrict him/her but anyways, I think 2kx multi is already huge but if this was its max multi then hitting it can be a pain in the ass while I don't mind getting 100x and 300x more often because for me, those multis are still decent even on a minimal bet. The Series B are a good league in Brazil also after the Serie A the main league and I find it surprising that some players were bribed to commit penalties for just 29.000 dollars,I am assuming the pay of the players in this Serie B is not that good if the players agreed to fix things.I have always known that game fixing exists but not in such a big manner in the bigger leagues,for example what I thought to be a league that fixing game would be easy is 7th or 8th division in Denmark and Norway,they have a lot of such divisions and the players there are amateurs.

Ihsanullah has not played any T20 International match for Pakistan side but if he gave few performances like this in current season of PSL then it's very likely he will get a chance to play T20 International for Pakistan. Quetta has some good names in batting like Roy, Guptill, Hafeez but none clicked yesterday. Quetta need to learn from this match if they wanna stay in competition otherwise they will be eliminated quite easily. All the Gambling, Casino & Betting sites I have used so far have no Android application. However, websites have been made mobile-friendly through different browsers.
