Timelord2067, YOSHIE, you know me for couple cases here, I did some mistakes in past, but I reported real cheaters and always supporting investigations and banning people from my campaigns, because of such investigations and even doing my own. In this case Anh (peteranh910) asked me for help, because we are familiar from several projects, like Ferrum, Cartesi and ThunderCore. I'm sure he is a real Vietnamese person. He working as a Vietnamese community manager and handling large active communities. What about connected accounts? Firstly, when I found his team in Cartesi's spreadsheet I banned them as julerz12 did. BUT! Later I just watched their videos and had seen many different faces and heard many different voices. For me this is not the cheating, in my campaigns only multi accounts are prohibited, not real teams. Like you, in practice I meet many cheaters and scammers in my campaigns and always make decisions based on evidence. We are not talking about the quality of their videos here (it’s not high). I know Anh as a good community manager, I watched every single video from his team in Cartesi campaign and I'm sure this is not the one person (it's obvious). Anh and his team are developing the Vietnamese community, which is not very widely represented on this forum (they don't even have their own section) I know how everything looks, another Vietnamese scammer with a bunch of accounts, but I ask you to check carefully, not relying only on forum and wallet activities. Yes, they all post the same way, yes, they send tokens to each other, yes they participate in the same campaigns, but this is YouTube campaign - you can just watch their videos. If it is a question that participation in the bounty campaigns by the team is prohibited - there should be no negative feedback for this and this should be indicated in the rules. Of all the points that represent this team as one person I have already told them, I agree that this is extremely suspicious. I'm not saying that we should listen to the excuses of every cheater saying that these are his friends, but there are always exceptions and in my opinion this is it. Is there going to be a bounty campaign for this project, it looks pretty interesting?  Bounty campaigns are most often carried out before or during fundraising to draw attention to the project. ThunderCore has already completed a successful IEO on Huobi, so it is unlikely that we will launch a full-fledged bounty campaign. You could bring value to the world by donating quality coders to development of ETH 2.0 just saying  I love ethereum, but I think they will do a great job with the development on their own, I don't see anything wrong with having many different projects on the market.
