501  Other / Archival / Re: Why has bitcoin adoption failed in El Salvador? on: September 01, 2022, 10:41:46 AM
According to reports, Bitcoin hasn't altered El Salvador's economic realities, in part due to the protracted "crypto winter" that has plagued the sector since the beginning of 2022.

Secondly, government-held BTC has seen a loss of roughly 60% of its estimated total worth following the most recent market crisis.

Due to Bukele's inability to draw in new cryptocurrency investors and a fall in the number of Salvadorans using Bitcoin, the nation's economy is being drained.

With these results, the Bukele administration's critics charge that it has shortcomings, dubbing it dictatorial and image-focused while raising questions about the practicality of its lofty goals to transform El Salvador.

You sound like you are just making shit up.
The thing is, if we tend to say or look for data and substances that surround El Salvador and its Bitcoin adoption agenda and how the move has impacted the citizens and the economy. We should not that Bitcoin global adoption has witnessed a high rate of citizen participation and being in a country like El Salvador where Bitcoin is made a national currency there will be a wide acceptance of the digital currency as an alternative to the dollars and a pedestrian to other economic development.

If folks decided to look at the whole scenario from the angle of market value we may tend to lose focus as to what we want to become the outcome of this policy as regards its effect on the citizen.  And in the present time, El Salvadorans are beginning to be more aware of Bitcoin and how Bitcoin innovation can support small business and personal usage

503  Economy / Gambling / Re: Some Crazy Fun Facts About Casinos And Gambling You Might Not Know. on: August 30, 2022, 10:27:52 AM
The fact that Macau is the gambling capital and not Vegas surprised me. I always had the impression that Vegas was the gambling capital of the world. I never knew Macau has already replaced it. The funniest was the mobile casino at the back of a London cab. I was wondering how many gamblers can actually fit in the back of that London cab. The craziest fact was peeing on the gaming floor, was wondering what level of addiction these gamblers have to embarrass themselves in front of everyone.
Macsau have come top on the list for a while now but that could be base on assumption as I don't really believe in group survey to make a general decision because, in terms of active participation, Vegas still come top due to the volume of gambling coming from that city.

On the topic of the taxi casinos, London is a busy town and could experience some traffic so the cap man may have customers who are active gamblers so offering them those services will make extra cash.

Financial Breakthrough? But Man, I ain't see no secret Mate.
I'll say, one really should be financially educated financial literacy and how to make money work for you. Go check out on the book { Rich Dad Poor Dad } Take your time to let that slide in, pick up a book and jot things down, writing em would make you recall quickly, that's if you're not good at memorizing and recalling stuff's fast.

Good Luck Mate, Bigger You and see you at the top my friend. xx 🖤
Hey mate you have spoken we'll and I like your ideology on financial mastering, I a personal experience with a newbie friend recently who got to know me when his investment have failed because of a lack of experience to properly manage his portfolio, experience there say is the best teacher and that applies to all facets of life.

I agree with you that to manage finances properly one needs some level of education and training skills once you can minimize your risk, your growth becomes visible.
505  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dip, Dipper, Dippest on: August 30, 2022, 06:56:20 AM
Bitcoin plumbing to $11k is just an imagination of funds makers that want to buy back at relatively low price and just as frankly have said rightly, there have sold out the holding to take gain at earlier price and they hoping to cause the weak hand to sell off the Bitcoin at a cheaper price.

There is no way possible Bitcoin will pull back to 11k I don't expect that in Bitcoin history again we have gone beyond that price range and nothing could force Bitcoin to lower down to that price. But if you are looking for the lowest Bitcoin can go for now then it will still be in the range of 20k and judging from events in the price for the past 2 to 3 months you will agree with me on that.

Some Gambling Addicts Pee All Over the Gaming Floor.
I actually laughed when I first read it but in reality, it is really happening. Some gamblers can't even urinate because they won't leave their spot just because they want to focus on their gameplay. It's funny but really happening to those who can't resist excessive gambling. I guess online gambling which is now available via mobile is more convenient for them and they don't have to pee all over the gaming floor.
I remember a thread recently when a gambler Poop  inside casino house and that made me think that upon desperation and with losing too much? this is the way they can show their revenge in those machines, it sounds like funny but it is a sign of desperation to get back against them.

That is a funny revenge, and peeing in the slot machine hole is a bad way to revenge after all the gamblers being addicted will always come back to that machine to play again since he can't go away from playing.

The collection in ops writing are l funny and fun facts about the behavior of some addicted gambler and I have witnessed a scenario in my a physical casino some time ago where a customers was being chased out of the casino because he brought soap and water and clothes for changing that he is going to. spend a whole week playing in the casinos so he came prepared and the casino management did not allow him to do that because they said it is against the law to accommodate a payer over 12 hours.
507  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The September effect on: August 29, 2022, 08:15:24 PM
Ops you tend to get things wrong this way if you analyze the market with this kind of mentality and data, in the next coming weeks we are going to see a lot of recovery for Bitcoin even if US stock continues to fall Bitcoin is at a rebounding stage and with that a lot of uptrends is expected.

If you study the data of previous years correctly you will see that your pattern for analysis and the data you used may mislead you into more confusion about which direction to go either to buy or sell but I will advise we all hold and but more Bitcoin because the 200 weeks of winter are gone.
508  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mastering the market movement is what aid profits and not the price. on: August 29, 2022, 07:54:47 PM
I have a friend who told me that he made his highest trading profits in last weekend's market conditions even though most crypto of holders were lamenting the price fall that saw many assets losing billions in value and volume all due to the market crash.

The most important thing in trading is skills and mastery once you cultivate those two qualities trading become easy and fewer losses and more profits.
509  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Resisting the below twenty thousand level on: August 29, 2022, 06:08:21 PM
snipped...
True, there is a lot of fear in the market right now, and investors see it as too risky to participate. Personally, I believe we have reached the bottom, but in this market, the unexpected always happens. Because that is the formal resistance level in 2017, $20k appears to be a strong support level. If the level is broken in the bear's favor, $14k may be in play.

And I'd never think about $14k - we have done with the bottom already, that is what I see and this dropping scenario won't take so long
I'm not hoping we'll make it to $14k, but anything is possible in this field. Because this is the third leg on a weekly chart, I expect larger investors to enter now. I believe the bottom has been reached, and recovery can begin immediately.
Everyone is waiting for the bottom price to fill their bag, I bought some at 20100 to open a trading position and I will be buying some more down if the decline in Bitcoin price continues.

Many bitcoin price analysts forecast a more favorable market for Bitcoin this week, and if all things being equal with the delays in payment of 140,000 Bitcoin to MT. Gox customer's payment which is what caused the panic selling over the last week, but since the payment to customers of the exchange has been delayed with procedure and process of payment and through what exchange has not been made public, we will see more stability for Bitcoin this week since the bottom has already been reached.

510  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: mine a Bitcoin or buy a bitcoin? on: August 29, 2022, 02:36:43 PM
I will still prefer to mine Bitcoin than to buy it, because on mining Bitcoin one gain a lot of technical knowledge and is able to solve complex mathematics using computers eve as fun as that sound, the difficulty level is high compare to buying.

Buying bitcoin is the easiest way to own Bitcoin since one does not need to have required knowledge on Bitcoin technicality to hold Bitcoin and considering how hard and difficult it has become to run a mining ring.

When you talk about the cost of both then I will say buying Bitcoin is less costly than mining Bitcoin, since in mining Bitcoin one need to get the latest equipment and devices to get a good operation and these tools cost money even the cost of shipping them to your location and restrictions make this venture a no go area for norbs.
511  Economy / Gambling / Re: Some Crazy Fun Facts About Casinos And Gambling You Might Not Know. on: August 29, 2022, 06:39:46 AM

urinating all over or just wear diapers lol. urinate this time in vegas, you'd be kicked out and ban for life.
but this is the worse addict. they just don't want to miss on deal, they rather not leave their chair and keep going. no intervention for these guys already.

in prison, they can bet just about anything like literally a rat race can be done but its more fun with a real casino. you'd learn casino skills when you get out.  Cheesy
I would be livid if I sat in a wet seat. I cannot imagine how I would feel if I later found out that it was urine. Casinos should probably look into a different type of material for seat than cloth so that liquids run off the seat vs soak in.
An excellent idea may be something lather or lather fabric that has soak resistance and can easily be seen, I think that act is evidence of poor management by the casino, and if the upgraded casinos most especially in the post-covid-19 era a lot of cleaning and health practices have been put in place.

In modern casinos, I don't think that is possible to happen because there is high competition in the business casinos need to be well equipped to give players maximum comfort since they going to be spending a lot of time playing.
512  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Resisting the below twenty thousand level on: August 28, 2022, 07:13:34 PM

At the moment Bitcoin is at a decisive level to either level up or pull back below the 20k dollars level, in the next coming day Bitcoin price will witnesses a lot of volatility we should be prepared for that and make a lot of speculation that can help analyze the market and it grows.
You said everything wrong, after 24 hours nothing changed literally nothing. Just now I checked the last 24 hours price change which is 0.2% that is too much negligible for bitcoin and it remains at 20K so there is no decisive day and no one can predict which day will be that day so better not to waste your time to find the perfect moment.
I hope you have not misunderstood my point, but from what you have said, you are absolutely right no body can predict the direction the price will go and if we are sincere with our self we are in for a long-term Bitcoin bear market and this has been witnessed in the price over the weeks past.

But at this point when Bitcoin touched the below 20k price yesterday before it quickly reband back to 20k, it shows some resistance level up which points to the fact that 20k is a strong resistance level.

For those of you rejoicing too much in regards to selling a chunk at $60k-ish, that might start feeling like Bawb's selling of a million or so at $15k in November 2020.. felt good at the time, but we never even came close to returning to those kinds of numbers.. and really we ONLY came down to about $30k.. which is about double $15k.. the last time that I checked.

maths.

and

science, too....

that didnt age very well....

(You know I still love you jay... I only bumped it because it was right below the post I searched for, LOL)

Hey buddy you look amazing in that selfie, I wonder how you look after collecting the BTC royalties from bunch of noobe like myself to the wall observers thread, when the price finally make it back to 30k or even 100k. I ma be the first to make the royalty payment for the good job in taking such a wonderful selfie in winter.

519  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: August 27, 2022, 08:14:12 PM
The Saturday weekend games ended in the favor of most of the big clubs, Liverpool Arsenal and Chelsea all won their games today which is what most of those clubs fans have been waiting for, there have been a lot of underperform From most of those clubs most especially Liverpool needed this winning more than any other club in the EPL right now as the club has been on it lowest stage since the league started some weeks ago.

But with their 9 goals winning in today's game I'm happy to see the club making it way back to the top of the table even if Liverpool don't top the table with just one match in favor of the club, a lot of changes will be seen in the table standing for Liverpool.
520  Economy / Speculation / Bitcoin Resisting the below twenty thousand level on: August 27, 2022, 05:40:14 PM
A lot of speculation has been ditched out in the last 48 hours since Bitcoin battled to retain the 20 thousand dollars price even though some expect has predicted a more bearish market in the next month, and some others are of the view that the 20 thousand dollars price is the bearest minimum Bitcoin could fall back to.

At the moment Bitcoin is at a decisive level to either level up or pull back below the 20k dollars level, in the next coming day Bitcoin price will witnesses a lot of volatility we should be prepared for that and make a lot of speculation that can help analyze the market and it grows.
