501  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Trading, ICO, Lending, Bounty. Which one should I do ? on: November 17, 2019, 01:14:49 PM
You have listed a fairly wide range of activities allowing you to earn money in the crypto market, however, the main thing to understand when you are a beginner is that it is very easy to get lost in all this diversity and waste such precious time and effort. The main thing is to decide what you like and dislike, those things that give you pleasure definitely deserve your attention. Take your time, read the feedback from the participants, thoroughly study each area and spend a little time testing each one. And only after that you can easily decide what you like best.

OP was last active on 28th Nov 2018 so it's almost a year( a newbie account), So I don't think that he/she is still looking for the options among Trading, ICO, Lending, Bounty.

Perhaps you are right, but there are still beginners who will read this topic.
502  Economy / Economics / Re: Millennial generation are screwed! on: November 16, 2019, 06:33:43 PM
You guys put some labels to a imaginary kind of people, but you see on tv and internet
The real life is different, people are working, yes these "millenials" are working, studying and doing the same as everyone else, it's wrong to put a label on this people
People will always change, the world is changing and it's better to focus on yourself than look to another people and point their issues

Totally agree with you. Everyone who hangs up labels, as a rule, are adults with their own prejudices,
although this is strange because we interact in the crypto sphere that erases the boundaries of the familiar.

But at the same time, people remain prejudiced about other people, in this case, young people.
I believe that all people are the same, they differ only in their values and beliefs, which can easily be changed.
503  Economy / Economics / Re: Millennial generation are screwed! on: November 16, 2019, 05:50:54 PM
Personally, I do not see any problems with how the younger generation spends time. Rather, on the contrary, due to the fact that we now have the Internet, the young generation of the whole world is growing on the same values, due to the fact that all interactions occur on the Internet, and therefore grow on the common values broadcast on the network.
Literally tomorrow, people will not feel much difference between each other even if they were born in completely different parts of the planet. And this is wonderful because there is nothing better than a united society grown on shared values.
504  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of banking industry in blockchain on: November 16, 2019, 03:44:06 PM
This is a very interesting question.
The current financial banking system itself is rather poor. So in the future it will be reformatted, that is, it will either be completely destroyed or reconstructed into something new. Now you can observe the attempts of the cryptocurrency world to find new ways of creating financial systems, however, it is obvious that banks just will not give up their piece of the pie, which means they will try in every way to build their future activities in such a way as to remain in the system at the highest levels.
505  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is diversification really a good advice for Newbies? on: November 16, 2019, 01:13:45 PM
The "diversify your investments" advice mostly came from the 2017 bull run as far as I remember, as almost everything is going up in price anyway. Obviously, that certain advice didn't work well if your diversification is with other coins/tokens rather than what it should actually be- with other assets in other industries and sectors(stocks, index funds, real estate, businesses, etc).

For some reason though, even with the very bad past results, I'm sometimes still hearing the "diversify with other coins" advice.

10/10

Totally agree with you. Diversification within the framework of the cryptocurrency market alone makes little sense, by and large, all movements in the cryptocurrency market occur synchronously.
I would consider diversification in the cryptocurrency market only in two-part format, one is Bitcoin, the second is altcoin, for example, Ethereum, in a ratio of 70 to 30, this will be enough. T
rue diversification begins only when you place your assets in various unrelated areas, or related to each other only indirectly.
506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunters do not need to wait for altcoin season on: November 16, 2019, 12:11:24 PM
Some bounty hunters quit because altcoin market is not in good shape but very few new projects still manage to enter this space in this so called bad time, my point is if new projects can take the risks why not same with bounty hunters? altcoin market of this year is poor no doubt but some bounty projects still become a success

Why waiting for altcoin season?

First of all, because the bounty takes quite a lot of time, which can be spent on other things and needs, able to generate income much more than coins of new projects.
Look at the statistics, most projects do not even enter the market, and those that come out have time to close before any serious movements in the market.
The bounty altcoin market crashes.
507  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The NO-BS guide to earn free cryptocurrency on: November 15, 2019, 06:59:35 PM
Nothing happens for free. In any case, you invest something, be it money or your time, which is much more valuable than money. There are no 100% guarantees anywhere, this must be understood.
If you are promised the golden mountains with a guarantee of return - think about it. Why would anyone write a guide on how to earn $ 1000-2000 $ while revealing the secrets of their strategies for free.
This does not happen.

Your guide, by the way, also does not say anything specific regarding earnings, dead figures which tomorrow may no longer reflect today's reality.
508  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate? on: November 15, 2019, 06:36:26 PM
It is best not to spend all BTC being a real stock investment. If you have 20 BTC, then invest 10 BTC into stock. So you have two business areas. Because most likely the price of BTC will rise high in the future.

I would also not invest all the savings in only one environment such as the pret market.
In addition, this is contrary to the rules of diversification, which may adversely affect your investment in the future.

It is better to divide the assets into several parts, not into two, as you say, but into more,
in order to increase the girth and thereby reduce the risks associated with investments and those things around them that are beyond control.
509  Economy / Economics / Re: Paypal Drops Pornhub Support, Pornhub Is Now Exploring Cryptocurrency Options on: November 15, 2019, 05:19:26 PM
To be honest, I don’t see much point for such a large site as Pornhub in switching to cryptocurrency.
What is the point, if the dollar will be used primarily in payment, because of this, something very fast and reliable should become the main payment system.

Cryptocurrency could be used as an additional means of payment but not as the main one.
This is the porn industry, anonymity and speed are important there.
510  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Protect your personal computer/smartphone - Save yours coins from hacking! on: November 15, 2019, 04:24:20 PM
Personally, I do not welcome such a technique, when we need to install something on our mobile system in order to secure it.

However, there is no guarantee that the installed application will not be compromised in the future through an unknown vulnerability.
Therefore, if you have an android, it is better to refrain from using mobile to access your wallets.

As for the personal computer, MAC is a good choice.
For Windows users, the built-in antivirus is quite suitable, as well as the absence of hacked programs in the system.
511  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Let's talk about Privacy on: November 15, 2019, 09:29:46 AM
I would add and suggest everyone to try using Qwant search engine.
I tried all possible alternatives, but Qwant is most complete solution so far, with Qwant Maps included:
https://www.qwant.com/

Bitcoin privacy wallets like Samurai and Wasabi are also good option for privacy.

PS
You should remove Encrypted Google as it is not active anymore.
It is now integrated in normal google website

Thank. I have long wanted to try this search engine, but there was no convenient opportunity. I think the time has come.
It seems that this search engine is really very careful about the user's privacy, this is very rare in our time. In any case, now I have many ways to maintain your privacy, even in regular search engines.
512  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Guide] How to know if your email address was part of any data breach. on: November 14, 2019, 10:38:49 PM
Thank. You can also try the Mozilla browser development site to check your email for leaks [1]. In addition, there is a list of all data leaks that occurred in chronological order [2]. As well as a fairly extensive page of security tips [3].

Thank you all for your support. Now i am back with my account!

Congratulations! You made the right decision by creating a separate topic with a question. In this case, this will be a good example for all beginners, as well as for people who have lost access to their accounts for one reason or another.
514  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Tips and Information] Privacy and How to Stay Anonymous Online on: November 14, 2019, 06:10:57 PM
In my opinion, it’s enough to buy a subscription to a good VPN, which does not save logs, and does not significantly reduce your speed, and of course it does not steal your traffic.
In addition, you can install the extension blocking ads and scripts in your browser. This will be quite enough to remain anonymous on the network, and at the same time have an easy and quick connection to the network.
515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USD vs USDTD on: November 14, 2019, 12:54:56 PM
Why are you planning on buying USDT in the first place? When you're holding USDT, you're trusting Bitfinex that the value will stay $1, which I really don't suggest doing. They've been pretty shady for a while now so I personally wouldn't hold USDT for more than 24 hours. If holding actual USD is not possible for you, I'd trust other stablecoins like PAX and TUSD instead.

Do you due diligence as always.

This guy says smart things. The problem is that USDT is not a fiat currency, but only represents it like any stable coin of this type.
The Bitfinex exchange is responsible for USDT, however, this exchange has a lot of attention from the law and regulators, which is not very good.

I advise you to study all possible stable coins, you can start with this topic.

516  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie Need Advice on: November 14, 2019, 10:57:07 AM
Given that you know several languages, why not become a translator. As far as I know, good translators make good money, try looking for work in this area.
You can work both for fiat rewards and for cryptocurrency. All you need is your desktop, you do not have to leave the house.
If you know languages very well, why don't you try yourself as a teacher of one of the languages that you speak well. Try to get some online language school.
517  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you use FB's Libra? on: November 13, 2019, 05:43:28 PM
For myself, I see no reason to use Libra. Its only advantage is the easy ability to transfer funds anywhere in the world,
but at the same time I will have to disclose my identification, which I do not want to do at all.

I'm not going to send through the bank either. Therefore, my choice is any cryptocurrency Bitcoin, Ethereum, Lightcoin, anything.
I will give a little money for the commission and get the same functionality that the libra promises while remaining anonymous.

I don't bother to care at it too, I don't know how much we should trust Libra at all, they are just too greedy that they wanted to earn money and take advantage of it because they have a lot of followers and they can manipulate and hype the people that they are more legit compare to Bitcoin, as Bitcoin's founder has not seen yet, so they will make this as their arguments towards Bitcoin.

There is one more point. We are moving into a fully digital era, all cash will soon become digital. But we can’t just take and create new numbers, this will lead to collapse.
Therefore, fiat gateways are beginning to be created all over the world in order to convert cash into digital. The libra is one of many attempts to create such gateways.
However, there are others that are less centralized, which is good.

519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Red trust accounts wearing signature..... on: November 13, 2019, 03:00:03 PM
I don't see any harm in this case.
Because redtrust is not always taken for the same reason. Sometimes you get redtrust if you are defeated in the bureaucracy inside bitcointalk.
This does not mean that the user is unreliable but only shows that he was defeated in bitcointalk's politics.
That's why everyone in the forum has a say.
Besides, Donald Trump's use of Iphone does not harm Iphone's brand value.

There is no harm to the bounty companies only if the red accounts are each owned by its owner. Or at least one person.
But the vast majority of red accounts have become so solely because of their activities in the bounty, and this is usually associated with multi-accounts.
Thus, letting in the company accounts with a red trust, there is a risk of letting all their multi-accounts in the same way, which will have a detrimental effect on the distribution of rewards.
520  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Red trust accounts wearing signature..... on: November 13, 2019, 10:27:54 AM
What impression you are giving if someone with red trust is carrying your project signature? Definatly a bad image. Bounty manager need to be careful while designing the policy, so that red entries are not carrying your signature. A small mistake can turn out to be disastrous.

It is not necessary that the impression will be bad. It is important for project developers to advertise a project by any means.
The more often the project signature will appear on the forum pages, the better, the more people will see it, and the more potential investors will come to the project.

But only on condition that the owners of accounts with a negative trust will not be abusers who write shit posts and spam.
