501  Economy / Economics / Re: Big test for Bitcoin during the next Economic Collapse. on: February 23, 2021, 05:11:53 AM
Well, as time goes by, bitcoin will definitely considered to be the currency reserve as other fiats showed not good progress and economy are still not yet resolve from other countries.

Also, this covid 19 eventually an eye opener that bitcoin has a certain purpose and it can be use during the pandemic and also can be a store value for some. The only problem I am seeing is the fraudsters who are using bitcoin that affects really the reputation of it.

That's probably a reason why he still didnt access his account.

And looking at hoe much bitcoin cost right now, with that 36 bitcoin on it he can surely enjoy life at the moment. But there are also questions in my mind. Whether he is still active or not in other websites aside from here. And oh I saw bitmarz reply;

And take note he is still active on Github look at this recent post from another github https://github.com/janoside/btc-rpc-explorer/issues/286

In this case maybe he still wanted to hold those bitcoin for some good purpose.
503  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Never Be in a hurry on: February 23, 2021, 01:10:09 AM
And also, before you sell a coin or close a trade; choose the same method; sell in batches; as it moons; the first batch would be your capital and little profit; the second batch would be more profits; never close your trades at once; and also remember, never enter a trade at once.

Selling or buying a coin needs some proper knowledge before doing so. That is why it will be a great help if we know how to read technical analysis. So we don't hustily ride on a hype or suddenly jump to buy coins at peak.

While I agree at some point that selling first batch, second batch method is good when the market is continuosly bullish because that's what i did with my bitcoin though. Selling some part when it was reached $19k but still holding some and planning to sell it again this time with decent profits now.
504  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the best way to "secure" your coins? on: February 22, 2021, 12:49:07 PM
As some exchanges has a limit of bitcoin deposits and withdrawals. You can diversify that 10 btc and distribute to different secured and established exchanges where you can convert it into stable coins.

But then you are worrying about it's KYC so you might also choose and consider that DAI as it is decentralized. Just know the risk of putting all that btc on that platform as that 10 btc wasn't a joke amount of money.
505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Another Twitte for DOGE COIN on: February 22, 2021, 06:48:16 AM
Do you think guys it will pump again to 200 Sat's or more ?

Maybe or maybe not. As Elon showed interests on this meme coin, it is still booming until now. We tend to not been serious on this coin but it's ability showed after Elon Musk tweeted about it.

Another tweet that he'll gonna support it will be another boom for dogecoin for sure. I dont know how Elon can easily influence the price by just his few tweets but as a great influencer, his followers will also believe what he gonna say or promote. No doubt about it
506  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin hit 1M on Twitter on: February 22, 2021, 03:46:48 AM
Cheers for  bitcoin! And cheers for hitting another new ATH recently. As it went that high, many were being interested investing on it now. When btc hit 50k usd above, our local news channel also showed interests and had some news about btc.

Of course, it wasn't a scam as many of us here gain profits legit from investing into it. The fact that it reached 1 million tweets showing how great bitcoin is as it was spread in social media suddenly proves that this might be another good push up price.
507  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Gambling Weekly on: February 22, 2021, 02:07:55 AM
Thats how crypto been widely used. As bitcoin and other altcoins has been made not only for crypto payments, blockchain purposes but also can be used for gambling/gaming purposes.

Also, crypto gambling websites tend to reach some players even on their homes by betting on sports, playing some casino slots and other games thru crypto coins. This innovative offers frictionless gaming for players. Not only that but it can also promotes great use and purpose for cryptocurrency.
508  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without experience and knowledge on: February 21, 2021, 06:14:23 AM
Trading without a weapon with you (proper knowledge and experience) is like hitting your own head to the wall. Though trading signal apps are already available nowadays, that doesn't mean you can rely on that 100% since it is not guaranteed that it is profitable.

Experience , proper knowledge  and confidence are the tools to help a certain trader achieve the success that he/she wants. It is not easy to make money and not also easy to throw your money into something that will not give you profits in return. Patience will always be tested when learning some technical knowledge about trading, but in due time the fruit of hardships and efforts will gonna be paid off.
509  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling payments fees on: February 20, 2021, 10:58:30 PM
As coins are moving up, too. Gambling sites are increasing their fees but also decreasing their minimum withdrawals.  I have been playing in a particular gambling site wherein mini wd of ETH is .02, and the wd fee is .005. While other coins such as trx, dogecoin and xrp still has a lowest fees until now.

If they wouldn't adjust the fees, the transactions will gonna be slow and confirmations will not be prioritized by the miners.
510  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin at $50k: Looking back at the price perspective on: February 19, 2021, 07:12:41 AM
Those investors who bought at that price, do still they manage to hold it until now? I doubt it. But then of course they sell it off at profitable price and rebuy bitcoin again.

 Honestly, I just met bitcoin way back 2018. If I knew it before like 2009 or even in 2015 I can also be one of those millionare by now, but then we can't go back to that time and just accept the fact that bitcoin certainly did a good progress from the day it was created until now. Price flactuations from the past up to this year encourage and attract new investors and hook the interests of those people who wanted to try this new kind of investment.
511  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin's price, at ang ating seguridad on: February 19, 2021, 04:20:55 AM

Last year nga pala tong post na ito. At anlaking improvement ng btc price. 2018 ako simulang mag accumulate at mag invest ng bitcoin. Since ang beliefs ko talaga ay magandang opporunity ito para mag long term noong 2018, hindi nga ako nagkamali. Kahit madaming temptations ay talagang nag sticked ako sa original plan na long term hold.
512  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lucky Bitcoiner on: February 19, 2021, 02:26:56 AM
Holy macaroni ! Shocked

513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: altcoin binance smartchain wort it? on: February 19, 2021, 12:02:51 AM
While it's a benefit that you invest on those altcoinw covered by binance smart chain, do not forget that there are also other altcoins on their platform that arr existed and also performs well.
Anyway, I somehow regret that I ignore CAKE before. And look at it now, it increased  520% from last feb 3 accdg to cointelegraph. At some point,  those new altcoins are showing off their rapid rise.
514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My 1st experience on crypto trade story on: February 18, 2021, 10:40:55 AM
Look, if you are really willing to learn about trading. There are so many ways to achieve that;

Take your time reading and understands all the needed tools in trading. While I believe you already know the basics, like terms used, law of selling high buying low, etc.

But there are other tools that you should start with. Like how to read the chart, how to use and learn Technical analysis, fundamental analysis, etc.
We all came from a newbie trader, but I did my best to understand all the aspects of it.

Youtube videos, infographic and search some articles that explains all of this for better understanding.
515  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Nigeria Come Late to the Bitcoin Party? on: February 18, 2021, 08:08:11 AM
Millineals actually are very active in new technologies. And they also has a better understanding about cryptocurrency than the other middle age people. While Nigeria is one of the countries that has a good response about cryptocurrency, lately their Senate is having a talk about cryptocurrency ban;

Quote from: dw.com
Nigeria — the world's second-largest Bitcoin market after the United States — has banned the trading of cryptocurrencies. It's triggered anger among Nigerians who see cryptos as a safe haven in a battered economy

A great percentage on Nigeria using cryptocurrency is reasonable enough to catch the eyes of their government. It's being popular on their country, now I doubt how those crypto enthusiast will gonna do after their government ban cryptocurrency trading.
516  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Near success syndrome in trading. on: February 18, 2021, 07:04:00 AM
Your friend profably suffering not from near success syndrome but in a wrong psychological method "greedy" syndrome.  Grin

When we are setting our target profit like having 20 to 50% profit, we stick on that part. Since we all know that market will suddenly move and perform unexpected sideways. We shouls be stick on our goal profit. But from what I have seen from your friend, she waa overly confident that the market will still go on her expected bullish price and she forget that correction always occurs.

She has gained profit but she wanted more. That's greediness and that's what she have to dealt with to prevent those loss trades again.
517  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't stay on with a wrong trade on: February 18, 2021, 05:37:24 AM
I somehow wait for that little hope that my entry will still be at profit. But, many times I failes that part. That is why I strongly agree on this part.

Quote

1. Stop the trade:

Since stop loss was need to be triggered on my entry there is one scenario that Ive waited and readjust my stop loss price so it will go bounce back. But that's if only our TA shows that our entry is right. But things are still complicated and what I do now is to confirm it in different Tf and in different indicator. If obviously trap in a wrong market price, stop the trade and reentry is a good choice.
518  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 100 dollar gains? on: February 18, 2021, 04:11:44 AM
~snip~

Is not a bitcoin it's 100 in USD he can only get this 0.0015166451808599BTC if he buys bitcoin at this rate $65,935.

And how did you actually get 31 dollars? He gains are only $1.5 when he sold this 0.0015166451808599BTC at $66,935

This is right.

Since $65,935  to $66,935 has 1. % something increased, that $100  will become 101.something (lets say 101.2-101.5 usd)
It just means you only gain 1 dollar something. And that just become useless because the fees are quite high than your profit.
519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tron is an outdated coin on: February 17, 2021, 12:54:19 PM
It wasn't outdated. In fact it's price showed that investors are still using this coin for different purposes and the trading volume of it shows that it is progressing.

Comparing it to ethereum is of course incomparable as we know how great and established ethereum is when compared to the other altcoins. But let me tell you this, there's an update about tron.

Here;

Quote
the network announced that they bought Bit torrent allowing the seeders to earn coins by sharing files

Also, partnership with other companies of a particular coin is one of the good sign that the coin wasn't left behind and is still upgrading it's system or project.
520  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't get discouraged! on: February 17, 2021, 09:13:57 AM
I missed many opportunities, too before. But that doesn't mean I have to messed up things and will lost my belief into btc. I am more focusing on how much profit will I make regardless I own just .1 btc or 1 btc.

And it's just that you bought it in the wrong company, I know its kinda disappointing but that should make you become a wiser man.  Just like those investors who thought before that bitcoin is too much expensive at $20k but look at it now, it is at new ATH reached  $50k. Just an indication that we shouldnt just rely on our the downside but we should also consider all the what if's .
