501  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Lost Identifier for BlockChain.info Wallet - need help ASAP on: September 20, 2013, 02:38:37 PM
Hello,

I normally don't make support related posts on Bitcoin talk, but after sending blockchain over 12 emails and not getting a response from them I thought it was time to come to the community.

Blockchain, I know it's possible for you guys to find the identifier as I know what address I am trying to access, when it was created, and could furnish all possible passwords.

Please help...

I suggest making a few new minimalist and inexpensive designs and marketing them as such. Getting the message out about bitcoin is important and if the shirts are so expensive Bitcoin pride may lose a lot of potential customers.

I don't have any good suggestions for marketing in mind.

Just my 2 satoshis.
I agree, minimalist white tees are some of our best sellers. We are currently having issues with our ebay account, as we had several charge-backs from the Bitcoin USB orders. Doing my best to get that back up, in the mean time the sites doing ok, but we definitely need to do more on the marketing.

Looks pretty sweet. Definitely would be a good platform to kickstart viral marketing. I can picture this actually causing trends on the Twitterverse, as in the "Trending Now" section.
Thank you!

Details aside, this seems like a good initiative.
Thank you.

so, the retweet rate is 0.0001 BTC per? so I guess you don't expect nor want any quality tweets.

not gonna use it.
Sponsors set the retweet rate.

That's the Retweet rate that we set for that specific post...

Can you set your own price per tweet?

Unfortunately, there was a "no recording" rule in place so that it could be more of a round table.  I think that ultimately that rule achieved its goal.  It was a relatively intimate setting (for a conference) where people felt free to voice their personal experiences and concerns.

Figured as much, makes total sense.

The presentations were not allowed to be recorded, however David did allow for us to record the industry panel.

P.S Great meeting you at the conference Marco! You are an invaluable asset to this space, and your endless contributions are duly noted.

Awesome, thanks. More than I hoped for.

There are 6 people on that panel. One of them call himself Ryan Santos (I think), I don't see him on the list. Who is he?
Thats me (Brian).

I was a late entry to the panel, and they forgot to add me on the site.

Oh cool. Is there any more info on your BitWallet (again, not sure if I heard it right) service?

What is the Bitcoin Business Alliance and who are they??
I am Director of Operations of the BBA.

The BBA is a non-profit business league that maintains relationships with some of the greatest minds in the crypto currency space.

We have not been actively promoting the organization and have been focused in building up our honorary membership and setting up the fundamentals that are necessary for taking such an organization off the ground.

The Bitcoin community will hear more about the BBA in the coming months, as we begin to ramp up our PR and Marketing campaigns, and start accepting general memberships from the whole community.

So you raised thousands of BTC from IPO and hold $800 of stock?  What's the rest of capital being used for - or has the rest all vanished?

Pretty sure he was just selling profit shares of an existing business. As in funds are not used to launch anything/expand, just to acquire rights to profits which the current owner sells.
This is 100% true.

However, it is also true that all the Bitcoins I got in the IPO 7 months ago (was not thousands of BTC, and was actually less than 400 BTC at roughly $20 at the time) were all spent and documented on marketing/seo/development/contests/promotions/real merchandise/bitcoin convention/ and general business expenses to keep bitpride operational (we took $4000 in inventory with us to the Bitcoin convention alone).

Also it's important to note that I reinvested my own money (over $10,000) in the company two months ago to buy usb miners and sold them off on our eBay BitPride account. That was able to sustain our dividends through June while I caught up on backed t-shirt orders. The USB block Erupters have plummeted on eBay recently (due to mining difficulty) so again I am looking for more revenue generating models to bring more profits into the business.

I am here to answer any relevant questions, and take any serious suggestions for profit growth you all may have.

Thank you all for your concerns!
516  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Bitcoin Pride - Bitcoin Shirts on: August 08, 2013, 02:26:33 PM
so guys, what's going on here?

People report massive problems with customer support and delivery (Watch out for BitcoinPride!), dividends keep falling (albeit BTC/USD is stable or even favorable), even halving compared to last month.

FlipPro doesn't say a word here for over 2 months and the value of the shares on bitfunder plummets.

FlipPro, why not just explain to us what's up?

I'm here guys, I have been busy with a bunch of different (but very very important) projects, I already responded to Benjamin in an email, as he had an issue with one of the shirts we sent him, we paid for his shipping to send it back to us and now he's waiting on his reprint.

I am happy to say that we have caught up with 99% of all of our orders and have over $800 in inventory (shirts) that we will be selling here on the forum. These shirts are IN HAND so it means they will not be drop shipped and should generate some nice profits from us this month.

Also, I am working on a deal with http://www.bluecotton.com/ (one of our shirt providers) to take all of the work off our hands so that I can do whats important for the site (marketing), and create a pathway for us to grow. We are also talking to them about giving us access to their design studio http://www.bluecotton.com/studio.html so that we can put our designs on multiple products (not only shirts) and people can customize it anyway they like.

This deal with blue cotton will not only make the business fully turn-key (as originally envisioned), but also increase our profits by giving customers the freedom to create their own products (this has already been requested in here) anyway they like.

Product expansion & revamping is also in the works, however we will not add any new products, until we have a streamlined approach to delivering them to our customers. We have had obvious problems in the past with fulfillment, and I am trying to rectify that, as it is the most detrimental thing that can happen to our business (lack of fulfillment). Customers should have their products 2 weeks from the time they order, and anything else is unacceptable.

If any investors have any issues please contact me directly, as I wish to be as transparent as possible with the asset. I too want the dividends to stay healthy, and I am working hard to preserve our little cash cow.

Thanks in advance.

You have been talking better T-Shirt designs for a while.  When are you going to offer new t-shirt designs?
We just recently added 4 new shirts (via our design contest) and will hopefully be adding more soon.

thats not true... there are many captues which can not be solved by simple bots

and even a blind can see the bots on your site...
we have so much evicence but it seems like you dont care...

for example
always same timing
always same play style
often on sitout (guess very bad coded)
never chat (exept when somebody calls them bot than they start talking and saying they are no bots and after a while start to flame you. i guess the botowner than overtakes the account and uses all accounts to fool the other people so they think im crazy).
etc etc

what i also donīt like: after i exposed some bots the bot owner started to create new accounts and name them after me so people think im with them.

edit: and just after i wrote that the botowner take the botaccount and start to chat what they normally never do and accuse me for making all that accounts.

at the moment this site is just a joke...

Lets add to that the rest of the facts:
1. You have accused nearly every player on the site for being a bot and everytime i got into the chat 'all of a sudden they started talking to make you look bad', as if a bot owner would sit watching his bots all day just to see when you start to talk about them
2. You started the day with attacking me telling me you would "expose satoshi poker on 2+2, youtube and destroy the site" and then you actually uploaded 2 video's, exactly the same moment that all these 'suspected bots' came online
3. The kind of sessions you play:   2013/06/10 05:56:28 GMT +00:00 till  2013/06/11 00:15:27 GMT +00:00  total 18h 18m 59s  playing 21 tournaments and still playing at this very moment
4. You make a daytime job of trying to expose these 'big bad enemies' while you are making almost a bitcoin a day winning against these suspected bots. Isn't that strange? Or are you not keeping up with the side costs of your old hobby?
5. To explain people what you considered your old hobby, this is what you wrote in the chat:

Were you really only using these bots years ago? What bot owner would start making accounts that will get noticed instantly by the guy who is trying to expose them? What drives you to make these insane sessions day after day and flaming the chatboxes non stop? What makes the bot owner work exactly the same sessions, always noticing and responding when you are flaming them? Doesnt that make a bot useless, when you are monitoring it for 18 hours straight and looking at everything that gets said or done?

I think the answer is easy. I think you ARE running these bots and then pretending you are fighting them. You have the knowledge of pokerbots, you have operated them before, you are working the same sessions, they only speak to respond to you, and then you accuse me in the chatbox for running these bots.

You have 24h to withdraw your balance. Then be gone. And take your bots with you.

5) i never try to hide that i used shanky years ago, to see how such bots work before that i did not believe it was possible.
I'm one of the people you have called out as a "bot". Sometimes people just don't like talking back to strangers, especially when they are being accused of something they barely know anything about.

Because not everyone is an experienced botter you know  Roll Eyes...
