Decent site but I wish you wouldnt charge for withdrawls

The withdrawals are free of charge, we only deduct the miner's fee and nothing else  Wink

Same thing, you make your customer pay.    It makes you look really cheap by not paying the couple of bucks for miner's fee.

Hello, any updates on this manner?  My fee was too high last time so I am hesitant to make another deposit until you fix this.

How much did you pay for the fee on your last withdrawal? Was it when the bitcoin network so crazy where most tx fee were so high?
By the way I checked the terms of services page and I found something as quoted below:

Quote
You agree that you are not using any of our services with funds that originate from criminal or illegal activities. BetBTC may charge up to 0.25% on every withdrawal.

I wonder when on what things that may make btcbet charge 0.25% on withdrawal?

Hello,

Regarding this withdrawal's topic, we are still working on a fair and optimised solution of handling transaction fees & priority, for users and BetBTC.

That solution will give users either the option of choosing the miner's fee to pay, or just using betbtc suggestion (current solution / automatic).
This feature will be deployed in the upcoming days.

The 0.25% fee you referred was never charged, but we have it included in our terms of service to protect us against abusers like we had in past.
For example users who register an account and deposit a very high amount, (example 10btc) and then withdrawal right after without having any betting activity, with the sole purpose of mixing the funds and hiding the trace of origin funds.

As explained before: BetBTC do not profit with user's withdrawals, all the funds deducted from a regular withdrawal are used 100% to pay the miner's fee and will be equivalent to the fees you will pay on a regular transaction in the btc ecosystem (we do not overcharge, and the fees may be over average only when market is really crazy and there is no other option)

Do you realize that the minimum bet amount is a bit high at 0.001 btc?

I think you should accommodate low amount bettor who loves chasing high multiplier with low amount of bet.
Despite i do really love how the withdrawal process are really instant without have to wIt for a sec! That's your plus value.

Other than that i can say that the lines aren't that bad tho, quite competitive.
And yeah improving the UI would gives a boost to your site , the current one seems aren't built professionally IMHO.

Thanks for your suggestions regarding the decrease of minimum bet and UI improvements.

We're always trying to improve, so these feedbacks are always highly appreciated.  Smiley

I would like to do an honest review on your site. Let me know!

Hello,

Sure! Please go ahead. Do let us know if you need any information.  Wink

How many bets and at what odds would one need so to be able to cashout the 100% deposit promotion if a deposit of the minimum 0.01btc to qualify?

When you make the deposit, the bonus is not automatically credited in the account.

What happens is that you are eligible to earn points, that can be later redeemed to balance up to the value of the deposit.

Please check the example of the bonus flow:

  • A user creates a BetBTC account, and becomes automatically eligible for the 100% First Deposit Bonus Campaign
  • The user deposits 1BTC and the bonus becomes ready to be unlocked. It will be released in small fractions (via converted points)
  • User makes the first bet: A 0.5  stake at odd 3.5 (Decimal)
  • With that bet the user acquired 4350 points, formula: 0.5 * 10.000 * (square_root(3.5)-1)
  • User is able to convert the points earned on the bet to balance (witdhdrawable / betable), 0.02175  are available.
  • Pending / Unclaimed Bonus will void if user asks a withdrawal, however converted points will not be removed from balance
