Here's an idea: - every so often, some of us will want to sell XC to pay salaries, rent, etc. - why don't we post the amount and asking price here and see if there are any takers? - if there's a deal, trades can take place on Mintpal, which will keep the volume up. - and the community will understand the reason for selling rather than being perturbed/outraged at the stupidity of sellers. P.S. This was Bisky's idea. Thanks Bisky! P.P.S. This would only make sense to those who want to see the price head upwards but still need to sell some XC. Good plan  Just have to put my two cents in This seems counterintuitive to me as we are a privacy first currency and platform. There will be many community members not wanting to disclose that type of information to the public, myself included. I would presume it wouldn't be compulsory. |

REDD has 22,500 followers on reddit. If they get added and see that we have helped them, thats potentially 22,500 new people who might notice XC and also think were a decent community.

If your original intent was to garner the support of the Reddcoin community by helping them get votes then that is what you would have said in the first place. As opposed to saying that we should vote for REDD so DRK doesn't "catch up." I don't own any DRK or REDD. Just expressing my opinion. I don't hold any DRK or REDD either. My original intent was for XC to get the most votes. XC got added anyway even though REDD were ahead (and DRK were behind) . I just thought we could help out as if i were in their shoe's, I'd feel a bit hard done by. Anyway, this is pointless. If someone wants to click they can, if not, don't. Its no biggie, lol. |

Maybe coingateway will add both... looks like voting is still going on.
To be honest I hope they do, it wouldn't really be fair otherwise. Reddcoin is aimed at a completely different market to us too. |

Those xcurrency votes are a little suspect. They have an entire subreddit and forum thats basically posts with almost no comments on anything. No real discernible user participation.

I've checked the database, and I've also checked where they are coming from, they come from bitcointalk XC thread check the last 4 pages they are all about coingateway, also all the IP are unique, our system only detects unique IP addresses :c

Just seen this image on reddcoins forum. We need to up our game. even though we have far less nodes in total, we could be winning this if we all had them running.
I have an older version of a windows wallet on my puta. Should I download a new one? Or can I update the old one? What is the best way?  Just seen this image on reddcoins forum. We need to up our game. even though we have far less nodes in total, we could be winning this if we all had them running. Anyone who hasn't downloaded the wallet, or doesn't use it, or open it much, whether there is coins in it or not, should try and run it whenever your computer is on. @ Dan, could we have an option when installing the wallet (a tick box) to run on startup? I often forget to open my wallet, and i practically live in this thread these days lol. then again when mobile wallets are here we'll be miles ahead with Xchat. |
