Is there a list of merchants accepting bit-pay available somewhere? I'd like to support bit-pay but I have no idea who takes it.

Before bitcoin I had no experience with trading, but knowing that the USD is surging and that BTC has been stable against the USD for some time now, I figured I might as well convert some more euros into bitcoins, especially given the cheap exchange fees. I bet that there a lot more geeks out there thinking like me.

cypherdoc, I follow your posts with great interest, but I have one question. You already make so much money, why would you care about a few lousy btc selling your subscription service?

And botnet owners are more likely than legitimate miners to sell ASAP, creating more downward pressure on the price. Also, as their coins are generated at potentially the lowest cost, they can chase the price further downward. Additionally, the reward halving is coming up in a little over 6 months. I can't see the emergence and continuation of botnet mining combined with reward reduction will be a good thing.
The reward halving will leave them with less to sell ASAP. Also, ASIC mining may make botnet mining less lucrative. But yes, I have my worries too about the advent to ASIC mining because it will centralize bitcoin further towards the first people possessing ASIC rigs.

it wouldn't hurt to have a few USDs, GBPs, or whatever sitting ready to be put to use if a weekend dip does occur though.
And, interestingly enough, last weekend a dip did occur and buying during the weekend saw gains a few days later of three to four percent, if the buying was done at the low and the selling at current levels. ... This analysis makes way more sense than randomly drawn lines on a chart, and I don't even have to pay for it!

btw you should make some past information public Indeed, and not selectively so. That way potential clients can see if they're getting something worth their money.

Weex, I like the idea of your site, but I think it needs a more professional look. The combination of colors and fonts gives me the feeling I just landed on a typo-squatted page.

Vessenes estimates that the average gamer will generate 50 cents to $2 per day for the game companies by making that computing power available, working out to more than $15 per gamer per month. Let's see how their numbers work out when ASIC mining becomes available.

Yep, this announcement is actually old. I don't know if they actually did anything. I'm getting a bit tired of all these people making announcements but never showing the beef.
