Well then I will contact Richie again, as E-money Dev has stated that he grants you full permission to control this coin. Ill stay in touch.

Vegas

I mean, it's really no rush for me. I know you guys don't feel the same, but I have no stake in it, I'm very easy to get ahold of, and I really don't want Richie to hate me for this hassle lol I work hard to store up my cool points for respect, I like using them up when I make my own errors  Wink

But it's whatever. I'm cool either way, I'll keep following this thread but won't start working on a the new chain until I know it's a go for sure. The new client to restart mining is ready whenever

I'm also vote "YES" to Spots

So it has or has not staked already?

Not one time. No
503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ECASH]E-Money Advertising Revenue In Wallet | 8% Daily Stake for 21 days on: March 01, 2015, 05:11:25 PM
Why can't you send? What is happening when you try to send coins?

PoW ended at block 6000, and staking has not started yet due to high initial stake difficulty. So no blocks are currently moving until that first block is found via proof of stake.

You will definitely know more than me though. You're the staking expert...

Ah, that's simple

5999 Timestamp: 1st Mar 2015 10:17:55

Code:
unsigned int nStakeMinAge = 24 * 60 * 60; // 1 Days for your ECASH to be able to stake

You won't get a PoS block until at least 2nd Mar 2015 10:17:55 - Has nothing to do with difficulty, although if someone could post results of 'getdifficulty' for me, that would confirm my suspicions. I don't really feel like getting this client loaded up

For real, though, the fees are fucked up. That needs to be changed ASAP. I would also change the stake reward to account for leap years, rather than a flat 365 division (this is so sloppy, this whole repo...)

getdifficulty

{
"proof-of-work" : 4021311.22263795,
"proof-of-stake" : 0.06249911,
"search-interval" : 1
}

Thanks. Perfect, that looks correct. I believe I was right, it's the stake age, not the difficulty causing no PoS blocks to be found

Were any PoS blocks found prior to block 5999 or was that all PoW?

all pow

I had 100.000 stake on 400.000 balls, that's 25% daily stake Cheesy
Do you have transaction ID?
I want to check.
The numbers are very round.

Alright the code is ready to soft fork at block 6000, POW will stop on that block and the POS difficulty will be reduced from .006

Please update your wallets.  This is very important for pools and Bittrex, so i will e-mail to them now.

Once the 8% daily staking begins it will be fierce at first, as you all have such coin weight.  Please remember to build coin age so we can get the first POS block, then the difficulty will go down when it is found.

We will leave this for 21 days of inflation staking period before forking again to 8% annually.

I will update the main post with new download links soon, but you can download the Windows wallet and source here:

#2 stake stake stake

I have also little dilemma. I will receive big stake in Thursday 26th, before 27th, but what will happen if block 200.000 came before that and I don't update wallet. I will only lose my stake or what... And what if I don't update wallet after 27th? I suppose old wallet won't work.

At the slow rate of the network right now, it's highly unlikely block 200,000 will occur before the protocol switch on Friday.  This was intentional.  Back to old protocol first, then kick in new POS% rewards algorithm at block 200k.

You should definitely update your wallet NOW, your staking will still happen just like it did on the old version until the fork kicks in.  Version 1.0.4 will no longer sync with the network on Friday, Feb 27.

Thank you

I have a little dilemma regarding my BALLS Cheesy

I suppose a lot of you are going to be on each side of the fence for this question but.....

#1. I'm wondering if it's better to keep my coins on an exchange just in case the price skyrockets before the Hard Fork kicks in. (We all want profit right but it also depends on your entry price at this point in time)

#2. Transfer them to the wallet to start gaining weight + also wait ages for confirmations, once they are there they won't have enough time to get back onto an exchange (Block times will be a hell of a lot more quicker after Hard Fork)

#3. Then again once the Hard Fork happens dumping could start happening again a lot more due to the increase in coin cap but there is also the fact that people won't dump it and just hold for ages gaining more BALLS to be in the richlist for a while.

Anyway... Fire your opinions away.

Are there only 2 working pools? Coinz.at and ispace.co.uk.. Ispace blows chunks! barely pays out 60% of what you should actually get.. yet 200 TH/s of morons flock there on the daily... Huh

https://dem.suprnova.cc has been restarted, the Daemon died, sorry for any inconvenience

stratum servers reporting dead from my miners.. site may be up but that's it.. 0TH/s on pool stats page too.

Yes, ispace is no good. coinz.at works fine

Does your coin need a multipool?

Getting a multipool for your coin will create buy pressure on exchanges.
And it will allow people with mining power to get more coins for their hashrate.

If you are interested, then take a look here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=932225.0

Have a nice day!

It would be great to have multipool. My miners are ready Cheesy
