Terimakasih Om.

Grin fitnah nih sanjungannya

Note:
- Koreksi jika saya salah
- Hapus aja kalo masukan saya gak berkenan (nanti saya muat lagi Grin)

terimakasih kritikann nya Om.

saya apresikan  Kiss
ganti aja kirimin BTC ahahaha becanda2

502  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Replacement Fan Issue - ASUS RX580 - T129215SM on: March 26, 2018, 09:04:35 AM

Is it possible to just buy some replacement fans, ofc I will get the same sized fans, not bigger or smaller and install them on my GPUs? Would that interfere in any way with the card?

As long as its dimension same as the original one, It's okay. Like I said in other posts before, I even add external 12inc fan (12V) and use different power source.
503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: PCI Riser Power Test, Results, and Recommendations on: March 26, 2018, 08:30:09 AM
If you want to check the riser efficiency .

Plug one GPU into the motherboard 16x and compare the power consumption with 6 GPUs on risers VS 5 GPUs on riser and one GPU on Mobo .

If you want to check the  Power draw from the riser by the GPU then the easiest way is to use Dual PSU setup with the 2nd PSU only powering the risers .

Have you tried it?
But still, we need the different object, a few characters of cards. With one card only on test seems less accurate result. A different card may draw different power from PCIe slot or Risers.

Some payment system will give you more profit when you are loyal miners on that pool, and the other would give you less profit when you are Pool-Hooping.

There is a pool that gives you loyalty rewards? Care to share?

Never heard of that before that could be something. I've been mining with nanopool all my life because of their automated email notifications when my rig goes down but earning more with loyalty rewards could persuade me to switch pools.
snip

That is why you should not switch but rather mine to a pool that does the switching for you. For example miningpoolhub 17xxx port or zpool.

Yes, it is.
It also depends on our mining fashion, use miningpoolhub seems easy but it doesn't guarantee profitability. I do manually algorithm switching, but I have my own calculation. When we use the same calculation with other same as mine unprofitable coins.

Yes of course, have you heard about PPLNT?
PPNLT or Pay per last n time payout system rewards loyal miners and penalizes Pool-Hoppers. Every mining pool will inform us what payment systems they are using.
506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Replacement Fan Issue - ASUS RX580 - T129215SM on: March 26, 2018, 07:38:39 AM
Where's OP, have you fix your problem?
Only adding and share my own experience, in case another member has the same problem with OP's

ASUS have an issue with fan, all of my R9 series card run with 100% fan-speed, but only ASUS that troubled with the fan (more than one ASUS card). MSI, XFX, and Sapphire seem fine till now.

I didn't have time to repair its fan, so I'm just adding 12V PWM fan on the front of that broken fan. Seem worked well for me.
507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Worth Algo Switching with a Single Rig? on: March 26, 2018, 07:19:40 AM
I didn't do an auto-switching use specific mining software, so I'm not sure if it worth or worthless do auto switching with a single rack. Maybe you can test Awesomeminer if you don't want to use Nicehash.

I do switching algorithm manually, and a few things must be our consideration. One of its, mining pool payment system. Some payment system will give you more profit when you are loyal miners on that pool, and the other would give you less profit when you are Pool-Hooping.
508  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Antminer s9 problem on: March 26, 2018, 06:54:23 AM
Another option, you can use pulse-width-modulated (4 Cable PWM fan) such as Delta fans with high-speed rotation. Have you tried that fan use another power sources, just to make sure that the problem is its fan?.
509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Supporting Obscure Blockchains with Small Miners on: March 26, 2018, 06:13:52 AM
If you are the one and only, or may you made at least 10% of total hashrate with your Android, maybe you can find the block. For me, looks like someone mine bitcoin using Personal Computer at 2009.  Wink
510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: PCI Riser Power Test, Results, and Recommendations on: March 26, 2018, 05:22:46 AM
Based on your statement:

Based on the above, the difference in wattage between my 5 and 6 card rig was 130 watts while using a 115 watt GPU power limit.  I verified the GPU power consumption on my power monitor and in the driver settings.  This equates to a PSI riser consumption of around 15 watts.  Since I was running these on the 12V rail this is a little over 1 amp.  I noticed when I increased the card power that riser consumption did not change.  Perhaps i can re-run the test at higher power limits to see the effects.

Even though the test shows that the power consumption is fairly low, you need to confirm your power supply can handle the load demand based on what connector you are using.  In my opinion it is best to power risers from the 12 V rail with a PCI power cable or a molex cable (both run off the 12 v rail).  SATA is not really meant to power risers and i'm no even sure why they design risers with this option.  Since they use 3.3 V rail this increases the current to about 4-5 amps (15 watts / 3.3 V =  4.45 Amps) per SATA power cable.  Based on the specifications below, if you are powering 5 risers from the 3.3 V rail you will be exceeding the rail power limits (4.45 x 5 = 22.7 Amps) which can damage the power supply or catch it on fire.  So in conclusion, power your risers with INDIVIDUAL (not daisy-chained) PCI power cables or molex cables and you should be okay.  PCI and molex cables both run off the 12V rail and this rail can handle the highest power demand.

Mean one SATA rail was powering one Risers is okay right? I've never tried to measure how much power would draw by GPUs from a Risers, but based on my experience one SATA rail powering one Risers seems safe.

I've got this kind of discussion before. About how to powering the Risers. You have to use more than one object for each part for a more accurate result, IMO.

A different card may be draw different power from the Risers, each card has different power management, and we have zero control on that. S different PSUs have a different specification in power producing.

Overall, I like what you do, keep going!

my first rig has been running for MONTHS in the perfect storm of "bad" configs. 8 GPUs, V006c risers (6-pin power) using SATA->6-pin adapters. running 2 SATA cables from the PSU, with 4 risers on each line (from a very high end 1200w plat PSU with metal barrel connectors). it's fine *mic drop*

the biggest problem is getting enough 6-pin connectors in most cases.

Same as you, I'm using SATA for more than one years without issue. One SATA rail / Risers seems fine for me.
PCIe cable (8,6+2,6) will more useful for powering GPUs.
511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Risers on: March 26, 2018, 04:41:36 AM
Someone has been done PCI Riser power test and give us the results and recommendations. But still, it would depend on a few factors, as we discussed above.

Here is the link to the post: PCI Riser Power Test, Results, and Recommendations
512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: MINING WITH GPU on: March 24, 2018, 05:27:43 PM
As tenebriscaelum said above, let's ignoring about prices.
Work well isn't the best right? It's more like still profitable for using.

at The red sides (AMD)
Vega 56/64 seems the most ideal and sturdy for the most algorithm.

RX 580,570,480,470 still having flavor, 8GB is better, and 4GB still can fight.

at The green sides (Nvidia)
1080Ti and 1070Ti seem the leader of the green troops. Both can beat the leader of the red troops in a few algorithms. With significant efficiency Watt/Hashrate. And may we need to add 1070 and 1080 (not Ti) at the bottom of the leader.

In the middle class of green side, we can found 1050Ti, 1060.

Or Else, you can be more patient for a couple of month for newest series.

514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Stratum server for all miners ? on: March 24, 2018, 12:08:56 PM
Also, you can use MRR as your proxy server - miningrigrentals.com
You can make one "rig" with any amount of workers (asics).
And you will switch easily to any pool.
Just disable your Rig for renting.

Yay...it's so easy. A long time ago I also use Miningrigrentals and sometime Nicehash and Westhash for pooled or solo mining. It would give one-click changing like OP's wanted. But not sure about this:

I will point all ASIC miner to a stratum server on my local

May it refers to security. But that's not a big deal I think.
515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Stratum server for all miners ? on: March 24, 2018, 10:53:05 AM
Has been a long times ago, when I'm using a few Antminer S1, and all of my Antminer S1 has sold at the end of 2014 (so am not sure this is what you looking for). I use stratum mining proxy, you can find it here:
https://github.com/slush0/stratum-mining-proxy

Quote
Installation on Windows
  • Download official Windows binaries (EXE) from https://mining.bitcoin.cz/media/download/mining_proxy.exe
  • Open downloaded file. It will open console window. Using default settings, proxy connects to Slush's pool interface
  • If you want to connect to another pool or change other proxy settings, type "mining_proxy.exe --help" in console window
.

Just go to that link I given for more information and instruction how to use it in several OS.
516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: I need to start mining what i want to start minning on: March 24, 2018, 07:44:05 AM
I have a idea to start minning etherum and btc both soo what i need to start minning? Powerful of computer ? How many GBs for month etc?

Seems, you know nothing about Crypto mining. The first thing you need to do is read and learn more about mining. Then you can buy ASIC miner (SHA-256 based) for BTC mining, and GPUs for ETH mining. And come back here when you get in trouble.
517  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Motherboard wont detect specific GPUs, but detects others, and GPUs work. on: March 24, 2018, 07:25:47 AM
Does anyone have any idea?

I have a lot idea.
How if you give us more info about your devices first (people has asking above, I'm just adding some).
Let's start with:

Motherboard type and series then,
PSUs wattage (Brands, Efficiency rates if possible),
OS you are using,
Driver version,
Powering scheme.

As much as you can tell us.

Have you tried with  2 X R9 on that mobo (380x + 390)? What else have you tried? I suspected that was less power and or driver issue.
If you tell us more info, we can help you more.

Oh yeah, It's happened now.
I see that site a few days ago before I comment here. And showing any info about new coins in full. Seems now limited info displayed there.

-RX580 8 GB PowerColor VRAM Samsung.

Note: Kalau beli AMD RX series jangan yang 4 GB, wanti2 Dag File mencapai 4 GB sebelum POS (kalau mau masih di ETHASH algo)

disini : Family OF R9 SERIES

Semoga bermanfaat..
