501  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Crash coming on: January 31, 2016, 09:02:52 AM
I don't think there is going to be an economic crisis. The price of oil may have dropped but that may not mean the world is going to end. I think Bitcoin hold some value of money, but the world is definitely not going to end.
Oil is big for some countries, but it isn't going to cause an economic crisis. You guys are overreacting.
502  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: January 31, 2016, 08:59:50 AM
i would surely pick bitcoin instead of gold without even thinking, bitcoin can give money in a short amount of time even though it is actually possible to lose money

you could actually lose all your money.

If gold would go that way the world would end anyway.
Bitcoin is a big risk to take. But if you invest in gold, you won't make any money, so it is a waste.
That is very true. Gold has reached its full potential and the price isn't going to rise anytime soon.
503  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: January 31, 2016, 08:58:08 AM
No, neither in this life, neither in the other life.  Grin
Yeah I just never think that Bitcoin can overtake fiat. People just love fiat too much.
bitcoin will gradually take over the position of fiat money, it will be impossible to take over directly
Initially I love fiat, now I love bitcoin
You can think whatever you want. Bitcoin will not overtake fiat. It is just impossible.
504  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm not gonna sell any coin. on: January 31, 2016, 08:53:06 AM
When bitcoin shows low price then we need to patient and it will goes higher automatically.
as now, it is not recommended to sell bitcoin now, you know the price is now being decreased, you have to be patient, if you want to sell your bitcoin
Yeah you really shouldn't sell yet. The price is still rising and selling now would be a bad idea.
505  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: January 31, 2016, 08:33:14 AM
Gold is beautiful, but my favourite for sure right now is Bitcoin.
It's hot and happening. Can't see this changing on the short term.
"Gold is beautiful", is that really all you can say about gold. Bitcoin is definitely much better though.

Bitcoin is better when comes to gold. Gold can be used for two purpose as a jewel as well the same for investment. This gives us better investment option still bitcoin by its growth makes me go for it
Gold looks nice, I admit that much, but it is a really shit investment. Bitcoin is much better.
506  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: January 31, 2016, 08:29:45 AM
with bitcoin you can actually possibly get rich most probably if you will invest into it as soon as possible and then sell it after a few years
Yeah exactly. Just investing in Bitcoin is already getting you rich. It is just how much you invest.
With halving just around the corner, you will make money just for owning Bitcoin, that is just awesome.
507  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: January 31, 2016, 08:25:17 AM
No, neither in this life, neither in the other life.  Grin
Yeah I just never think that Bitcoin can overtake fiat. People just love fiat too much.
The governments would also never allow their currency to be overtaken by another currency.
508  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm not gonna sell any coin. on: January 31, 2016, 08:24:31 AM
i will not sell anything too it does not matter if the price will go up or down i will still hold and have bitcoins in my wallet, i hope that one day it will make me a rich person

But I have already sold all my coins and now I'll buy them when the price reaches below $350. I couldn't wait for long as I was in need of fiat. I don't trade in bitcoins and hence don't wait till I earn a lot of profit.

don't sell your coins, use them if possible, and the other just hold

bitcoin was meant to be spent directly, there is no need to dump unless you're truly forced, but with all the services that there are online i doubt this is always the case...
After all, Bitcoin is a currency, and currencies are made for people to use. They have no use if no one spends them.
509  Economy / Economics / Re: The Halving - Good or Bad for Bitcoin? on: January 31, 2016, 08:23:43 AM
I am not sure whether it is good for Bitcoin, but it is good for me, because I make money.
510  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: January 31, 2016, 08:22:46 AM
if bitcoin will be worth 1mln dollar next year you will retired next year
But if dollar will fail like  that we will see the biggest economic tornado in human history
There is a thread that Bitcoin will become 1 million dollars. If that's the case, you only need like 3 or 4 Bitcoins.
Oh yeah I saw that thread. I really doubt that it will even reach anything close to that.
If Bitcoin went up to 1 million dollars, we would have another GFC. The economy just can't handle that.
511  Economy / Economics / Re: Block reward halving and BC price on: January 31, 2016, 08:21:22 AM
I don' think that the price will double, but it may rise up to about $600 which is 1.5 times the price now.
512  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: January 31, 2016, 08:20:06 AM
lol find a shopping website where they can buy stuff with bitcoin, and give them a little bitcoin to get started with and theyll be hooked.
That does not work, I have tried it multiple times. Women just aren't interested in Bitcoin.
What they want is easy and convenient tools being ready for them. No something technical stuff, unsecure, too much glitch etc. As the adoption grows, women will gradually accept it.
That will take quite a lot of time though. Women love fiat because it is easy to use, unlike Bitcoin.
513  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: January 31, 2016, 08:18:55 AM
I don't think people on this forum would still be here if they didn't believe in bitcoin.
That would just not be logical.
Well they could be here expressing their opinions on Bitcoin topics. But that wouldn't be logical.
514  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin used to do money laundering - will it become a huge problem? on: January 31, 2016, 08:18:11 AM
dont expect dump people doing these kind of acts, they will find new ways to launder money no matter what and you cant complain one system against the other .
That is true. Criminals are always trying to find new ways of committing crimes. And now they have Bitcoin.
515  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We need to convert Bitcoins to new units... on: January 31, 2016, 08:13:28 AM
We need to get the whole block limit issue solved before converting Bitcoin into new units.
516  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: January 31, 2016, 08:11:03 AM
the best and easiest method of growing your bitcoins is definitely investing it somewhere that would grow it with a small interest

It's very difficult to find a legit investment where you can safely invest your Bitcoins. Nowadays most of the investment sites turn out to be a scam. You have to do a lot research before investing your coins.

what do you mean exactly about legit?

Even I don't what he is talking about, there is no legit "investment" site. They are all scams.
517  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your dream for bitcoin? What will it become? on: January 31, 2016, 08:10:07 AM
bitcoin be legal and recognized by the government as legitimate payment media and guaranteed strength. only that  Wink

Bitcoin is already a legal payment in many countries. If it can be used to pay tax in those countries, it would be excellent.
It is legal in a very small amount of countries. For Bitcoin to become mainstream, more countries need to make it legal.
518  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin 'real money' to you? on: January 31, 2016, 08:09:14 AM
it is definitely real money for me, a few years ago i bought a computer for it so i dont see why it shouldnt be real money if i can use it for buying
There were shops accepting Bitcoin a few years ago. Bitcoin was worth a lot back then, but I didn't know any shops that accepted it.
Yeah I didn't know that there were shops accepting Bitcoin. Or maybe I just didn't look hard enough.
519  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: joy and sorrow you, since know bitcoin? on: January 31, 2016, 08:06:39 AM
I invested in Bitcoin when the price was pretty low. So I have mostly joy except for when I gamble.
520  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Video: FAMILY GUY | Silly Hunter from "The Peanut Butter Kid" on: January 31, 2016, 08:01:19 AM

Lol. Vod's picture is just soooo good. And family guy is such a good TV show.
