Last night I sent a transaction with the wrong fee (almost 0 BTC).
There's a ton of transactions right now and 24 hours later it's still not confirmed.
Is there a way to add coins to the transaction fee after sending it to speed things up?

My latest transactions aren't even showing up on block explorers after hours, even though I crank the fee slider really high up.

I estimate that somewhere between 30-40% of all BTCs are out of circulation and will never be accessed again.

I use a fee of 0.00026809 BTC/kB. Bitcoin-Qt says it will confirm within 6 blocks, but it's usually in the next block.
