501  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: May 31, 2023, 09:57:17 PM
Or maybe a good script can be process if ever that Blackwater will manage to reach the finals and face the visiting team, not saying that it's impossible but we never know what PBA is cooking for us, if they can see that money may flow if they can do things like this then why not? How team can win if the opponent got 7-8 players inside the court?

You are definitely wrong there. There is no way that PBA will do an intentional cooking show against the Bay Area Dragons and push the goal-crap game-fixing scheme. Even PBA will intentionally do that, which I highly doubted that they will really do for real, there's a risk since Dragons will surely call for a wide investigation into that and that will affect the reputation of the PBA, not just here in the country, but globally.

Let's stop that conspiracy with a low chance of happening.

PBA is establishing a good partnership with neighboring countries that's why EASL is formed in the first place. That's total nonsense speculation that PBA will cook a game in favor of any PBA team that might face the Dragons in the Finals. PBA is serious in building their reputation and they even fine a violation for those Dragons players who did some irresponsible act last conference.
502  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Crypto coin Do You Gamble with the Most? on: May 30, 2023, 09:16:30 PM
1. Keep track of my actual spending..
2. It helps me keep and maintain a threshold in times of long loosing streak - i will explain further..

Since everyone has a different approach to their respective gambling activity, if you found that useful and helpful for you in the long-run, then you can keep up with that. Might not work for everybody but good to see that it gives you an advantage, especially in tracking your actual spending in gambling.

In my case personally, I don't really the kind of gambler that want to track my actual spending. Not that I don't care about losing money but it's just that it's not a big deal for me to track it as that's not my gambling way. When I lose, move on and will start as new on my next gambling session only taking care with the win on that particular session.

With stable coin, keeping a clean sheet is possible as $1 loss will always be $1, while a $2 win will always be $2 since stable coins do not show any significant increase or decrease in their price except in times of crises, which is not something that happens frequently..

The alternative: play with fiat online casino, and your number 1 and 2 reasons will now be covered. Smiley

Kidding aside, since we talk about crypto-gambling, using stablecoin is really useful, as you say, to somehow won't be able to reach your limit threshold.

But also remember, we are also talking about gambling here and regardless if you are using stablecoin or not, can you really resist the temptation to continue gambling when you are currently, for let's say, already reached the limit of your own threshold or already win a big money in the process? It's difficult and hard to take a break in that situation.
503  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you handle long shot bets? on: May 30, 2023, 08:45:01 PM
I have this kind of problem ever since I started online gambling. I’m always bored playing same bet amount while my bankroll just keep coming back and fort to my initial bank roll.

Actually, it's happening to everyone especially slot players and can be considered a usual thing that can happen in gambling. It's like destiny is playing with us and testing our patience without realizing that it's the purpose of gambling, to piss us off and let our rage explode by betting more and that results in losing in the end.

It really sucks to see that we ended up playing long but our starting bankroll doesn't even move up a bit or have significant changes.

Because of that scenario, we will be triggered to increase our bet more as it's like we are wasting our time already but with no good profits in return. It's now the start of chasing profits that eventually will lead to chasing losses because of being aggressive.

Anyone here is successful doing a long shot bet? A point were you can be satisfied without considering your bankroll status and just pure fun on gambling experience?

I'm sure most do have a good experience with that, also in my case. I

It's like how we will react properly during that situation and will remain in a calm state of mind.

But admit it and I'm sure everyone else does. When we already hitting big wins with big amounts then suddenly we will return to our original bankroll and will again start at a low bet amount, it's really a big frustration so instead of being calm, we will just allow ourselves to just rely on luck and continue with that big bet amount regardless of the current status of our bankroll on that game session.
504  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which New Technology will be adopted by the Gambling Industry? on: May 30, 2023, 08:19:57 PM
According to my understanding, there are two important innovations that will be adopted by the Gambling industry.

VR/AR Casinos:

AI:

If I'm not mistaken or just correct me if I'm wrong here, the Virtual Reality feature is now present at some casinos. I'm not familiar though how it works and what specific casino platforms are having that kind of feature. Not wrecking the fun with that innovative technology but I don't think that it's a big deal to consider if it will be adopted in the gambling industry since casino games can be compared to the usual online games where there will be improvement and big development while it progresses.

About the integration of a much more powerful and improved AI technology in the gambling industry, I also don't think that it's a big innovation in gambling since it's really a must-have feature to almost entire industries. Integrating that technology into the gambling platform will surely minimize most problems that they faced since then.

Looking forward to both innovations being adopted more although I'm pretty sure that there's no big reason to not get there.
505  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Allow To Undergo Hypnosis If A Professional Recommend To Cure Gambling on: May 30, 2023, 07:47:16 PM
You want to get cured of compulsive gambling because you are too deep into it and you are under professional supervision to cure your addiction, your physician asks you to undergo hypnosis to cure your deep-rooted addiction, will you allow it

Yes / No Why

Depends on how far we understand what level of gambling addiction we are currently in.

Being addicted to gambling doesn't mean we are showing too much being irresponsible on other things or showing a lack of discipline. There are lots of addicted gamblers who lose big money in the process but are still responsible on the other side of their life.

The question is, are those too much-addicted gamblers can really respond properly to that consultation offer? They will think of that as a disgrace and not respectful towards them. They are blind to the worst things that are currently happening to them.

Responding to the question, you will get a NO from most of us here since we still know what we're doing despite being exposed to gambling. Try to ask that question to those hardcore gamblers that don't think properly anymore.
506  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: increased Youtube Gambling ads? on: May 30, 2023, 07:29:55 PM
Another way to stop those advertisements is to log out of Youtube and log in with new credentials. If not then you need to follow what I have said earlier.

I don't think logging out will work if the user keeps on watching gambling-related streams and videos. Still, either logged in or logged out, Youtube will still follow its own system to let that user be exposed to some gambling-platforms related advertisements and stuff.

You can check it for yourself, don't log any accounts on the Youtube platform, and see the video recommendations while browsing for quite some time. That will also be applied to what advertisement/s should be shown while the said user is currently streaming on the platform.

Although honestly, I will admit I've never seen a gambling-related advertisement yet even once here in our region.

Maybe not just depending on user activities but also on the number of available gambling ads in the region as obviously, gambling ads that were based from other countries won't be supposed to be shown to other countries.

508  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: May 27, 2023, 05:16:18 PM
I also like the plan of PBA to consider Bay Area Dragons to take part of the upcoming conference with imports. Not just specifically for the Dragons but any foreign team should do. If by any chance, it's even more entertaining if 2 foreign teams can possibly accommodate even that was a hard task to do.

I remembered June Mar Fajardo when SMB got eliminated by the Dragons in the Semi-Finals of the Commissioners Cup last season that he wants the league to repeat the invitational of guest teams.

The league though must be clear now to the rules and terms of import restriction for the foreign team as if we remembered, Coach Yeng Guiao got surprised when they faced the Bay Area Dragons with a new import, Nicholson, as supposedly the team will play with no import as Powell got sidelined because of injury that time.

510  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: May 27, 2023, 04:07:49 PM
Another good thing with this fight is that it will also happen as the same week with Crawford vs. Spence. So that might be one week that boxing fans will remember as we will be giving a fight that we all wanted to see.

Yes, that week will be exciting to most boxing fans and enthusiast, as both fights are waited for long, especially the Terence Crawford vs.Errol Spence Jr. Welterweight Unification Fight .

Supposedly, we should already know the result of the Naoya Inoue vs. Stephen Fulton match as the fight was originally dated this month but shit happened on Inoue's side although it's not intentional. No choice but to moved it on July.

What an upcoming wonderful treat in July where we will witness 2 big fights. Not just a big achievement for the winners of these respective fights but the win will be cemented on their legacy.

Let's hope that nothing major problem or issues will happened while approaching the date.
511  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: increased Youtube Gambling ads? on: May 27, 2023, 02:19:01 PM
I don't know if it is because I recently watched several videos of streamers gambling or it's just a coincidence, I've watched streamers gambling videos in the past but I have never gotten this many gambling ads.

No coincidence. There is a reason for that.

Since gambling-related advertisements are now hype, users who tend to watch gambling-related videos or being a follower of a famous streamers who streamed gambling are being targeted by these advertisements.

Anyways, just curious here, can you named the platform being advertised? I'm also watching some gambling-related videos recently but not receiving tons of gambling advertisements. Still no changes to those usual ads that I encountered.
512  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Aviator crash games - did anyone hear about it? on: May 18, 2023, 07:55:21 PM
Since last couple of days, my Facebook feed is literally flooded with advertisements from Aviator Crash game. I had installed the app but didn't deposit anything yet.

It seems they accept both fiat and cryptocurrency. Did anyone hear about this? Has anyone deposited money and experienced it?

I want to know your honest experience. Is it safe?

Seems legit but is it really mandatory for you to play the crash game on that specific app you have mentioned?

What I'm trying to say is, there are lots of reputable crypto-gambling platform that offers crash game such as Bitcasino, Stake, Roobet, Windice, etc. Or do you care about having the feature of depositing fiat money aside from crypto? Or do you really want to play specifically the game with the name "Aviator"?

I don't know the unique features/promotions/bonuses etc. of that game app you saw on Facebook ads that seem to catch your attention compared to the usual crash games that we can already see at those crypto-gambling platforms that I have mentioned.
513  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there play and pay later casinos? on: May 18, 2023, 04:02:29 AM
So is gambling debt one way or other possible without the person taking loan or borrowing money?

I'm 100% sure that there's no such thing as a service like that.

First of all, most credit cards are not accepting in-game purchases on gambling platforms for obvious reasons that it can lead to too much debt and banks will just create another problem for themselves. It's also a casino term not to use credit cards to be able to play on their platform.

If you don't have the money, don't push for any gambling activities, simple as that.
514  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jason Moloney vs Vincent Astrolabio WBO 118lbs Title (May 13) on: May 14, 2023, 09:11:41 PM
I truly support Vincent Astrolabio in this fight but sorry to say that Jason Moloney wins the fight based on my own view. Maybe what others are trying to call out is, should not be a majority decision win for Moloney but somehow Astrolabio won even 1 of the judges. But for me, it's really clear that Moloney deserves the win. I doubt a rematch should be followed up. Just move on, and try to settle a deal again for the title match.

Now that there's another Bantamweight Champion, there are now 2 current champions in the Bantamweight Division:

Takuma Inoue - WBA
Jason Moloney - WBO

On the other hand, Nonito Donaire Jr. and Alejandro Santiago's WBC Bantamweight Title match is still hanging in the air with no updates.
515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: sending bank statement for verification on: May 14, 2023, 08:25:02 PM
my question is, is it safe to share bank account statement for verification purposes?  the site is reputable, but in bank statement all my information are available. is it safe to share?

Bank statements don't include any information that might breach your account or any related thing closed to that. If you are comfortable showing your bank transaction history to that site, it's up to you. Some centralized exchanges and stock market platforms are also asking for banking statements at some point.

But honestly, this is the first time that a gambling site requires a bank statement. I do accept and comply with sharing my bank statement for other services but for a gambling platform, I'm not comfortable with that. Since you think that the site is reputable, then it's up to you to decide on your own.

If you want to push for your refund, there's no other way but only submitting your bank statement, right?
516  Economy / Gambling / Re: Slot Educational Parade on: May 14, 2023, 08:10:52 PM
As I watched the video, it seems to me that those people there are even trying to make fun and they are enjoying it.

No signs of any intention that they are trying to advocate reducing gambling addiction. I don't understand those words on slogans (or banners?) at the front of the motorcycle but I don't even think it can contribute to the idea of reducing gambling.

do you think, a parade like this will be effective in reducing the level of gambling addiction?

Definitely no. Since you mentioned that it might probably in your country, are those people on the parade really serious on their mission?
517  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: May 09, 2023, 09:51:58 PM
Now that this fight is already that finalized since Inoue is really that healing up, lets just hope that there would be no further accidents happen to make it postponed once again.

I think there would be no other postponement if the reason will be on Naoya Inoue's side again. Stephen Fulton might not want to wait again for another extension since he's now inactive in the ring for almost a year. On the other hand, if the reason for the postponement is because of Fulton, that's the time we can expect another postponement, and this time, Inoue will have to wait.

But finger-crossed, let's hope that any reasons leading for the postponement of the fight will not happen.

We want this fight to happen on the scheduled date with no interruptions or delays. Not just it kills the excitement of the boxing community but these boxers are also following their respective roadmap and the delay of their scheduled fight will ruin it.
518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you prefer Original Slots or slots from 3rd party Slot providers? on: May 09, 2023, 09:20:23 PM
Actually, it's not the slots being the original one of the gambling site or from 3rd part game provider but I'm more choosing slots if I saw something interesting about it. For example, I'm more of an enthusiast of Chinese theme slots whether it was the own created game by the said gambling site or provided by a 3rd party slots provider, I will definitely give it a try.

Overall, it seems that most gambling sites are using a service of a 3rd party game provider. Anyhow, it doesn't matter to me as long as the site involved is reputable and legit while on the other hand, the game provider is popular and doesn't have any history of being a shit provider.

Out of curiosity, is there a crypto-casino currently that not using a service provided by third-party providers?
519  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you favor betting on spesific sport? on: May 07, 2023, 07:23:14 PM
I know most people will favor certain Sport, because they know more about the players or the teams and information is power, when it comes to betting... but some Sport are 50/50 when it comes to the outcome of the match. (One lucky punch or kick can make a underdog a champion)

Regardless if it's a 50/50 chance of winning or not, it's still good to stick with the sports we have known.

We are also doing gambling here, therefore, expect the unexpected like an underdog might pull a win and upset the favorites. But keep in mind that it's not always the case where upset always happened. Of course, even with the support of a well-detailed analysis, it's not that it's a sure win already.

Sports betting is already tough, why add risks to consider betting on other sports that we don't know or are familiar with?
520  Economy / Gambling / Re: Can we trust 3rd party Slot providers? on: May 04, 2023, 11:03:29 PM
Not until these slot providers reportedly do some irregularities, that's the only time we shouldn't trust them. We will never know if these providers will be crappy providers in the future. Besides, if these providers really intend to do some irregularities, I think the gambling site itself will have the advantages as losses will be part of the site's overall revenue and the cost is even less than the site is spending to pay that said providers.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone knows if there's already a case of a shitty activity done by a popular slot provider in the past and the gambling site involved is also popular? Is that slot provider already in operation and accepted by most gambling sites?

The question is general and not only for crypto-gambling sites.
