501  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: January 25, 2018, 09:24:51 AM
so Merit is now needed to rank up.... what happens if im a Full Member about to be a Senior Member in a few weeks time??? Do i now have to accumulate 150 "merit" by posting quality posts???

The new ranking system is implemented already. And merit is required now so you must start now posting high-quality post to rank up.

So if somebody gives me for example 10 merit and im at 100 total, im now at 110, if i give 5 away in return to somebody will i be at 105 now?? Sorry just trying to understand this system Smiley
thanks , and glad to see positive movements to making the forum better for the community

As far as what I understand and observe when I send merits to someone. The merit that given to you will be permanent because there is separate merit that used to share with others and that's what they called sMerit. So if you have 100 merit and somebody gave 10 to you. You will still have 110 merits even if you share 5. AFAIK the 50% of the merit that given to you (10merits) will be added to the balance of your sMerit.

Further explanation in numerical figures.

Initial Merit = 100
Initial sMerit= 60

When someone shares merit to you
Share Merit = 10

Therefor

Final Merit = 100 + 10 = 110
Final sMerit = 60+5(50% of shared merit) = 65

When you give merit to others

Initial Merit = 110
Initial sMerit = 65
Merit give to somebody = 10

Therefor

Final Merit = 110
Final sMerit = 65-10 = 55

Please correct this statement if wrong. Thanks

I wish there would have been some sort of option of giving dislike (-ve merit) to the spam/LQ posts and if any post receives certain -ve merits/dislikes,it should be automatically deleted /hidden

If this will implement, Lauda and other DT that active on spam/troll busting will be demerit AF due to Negative user still have merit too that can be given away.  Grin

ahh had this on phone but saw too late again.. have to wait for a exchange to buy some  Undecided
nice you got the hard cap. good luck for the future.

yes bro you missed quite a low price of  4.5 cents for 130 million supply

How much was the price during ICO, and how big was the hardcap ? I missed this ICO, but hope it will be listed soon in some major exchange.

The ICO price was 1ETH=30,000 ADB. I think around 21M$ collected during the token sale. Please refrain using the word ICO and use Token Sale instead. There is some legal issue out there. And in addition. 510M ADB tokens were sold during the ICO. This initial price will be x10 ot higher once it listed on good exchange. Their partner PIVX listed recently on binance and the price was PUMP hard. Bookmark this project if you want a good profit.
507  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HitBTC is a scam on: January 22, 2018, 03:08:30 PM
This accusation has no basis. Hitbtc already announce that there will be some delay on withdrawal and deposit due to recently clogged on ETH network as well as all ERC20. Actually there is a note at top of balance section regarding that matter. Delay on withdrawal is not sufficient to conclude if the exchange is scam. There service is just poor by applying fixed amount transaction fee regardless on the actual amount of the token. But still I never encounter any issue when trading on hitbtc.
508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] | HEDGE TOKEN | Platform for crypto instruments and crypto index on: January 22, 2018, 02:47:56 PM
Another solid coin.

Very low supply ( drives the price up easily)

Currently at 2usd each

Easy x10 for long term hodl

Definitely a coin for 2018

What coin are you talking about? lol

Hahaha. I think he overdose taking his medicine. HDG current price is at 6.79$. But he has a point on supply there. HDG is near to ripe. Once their platform was live and indices are available to the market. Believe in me X20 is very easy for this coin. They don't exchanger. Their own exchange platform will be sufficient.
509  Economy / Gambling / Re: What profit do doublers get? on: January 19, 2018, 10:08:16 AM
Hello, what profit do doublers get or they always lead to scam?
Doublers = Scam
No sites will makes your investment doubled in few days or weeks.
Some of doubler do cash out for the first people to invest to have them proof that they are paying to catch the eyes of greedy investors then if they get trust for more people and they already have more investors that is the time they site will be un able to reach.
Be careful for hype/ponzi it is a totally scam that is the method by the lazy person/people.
Been there, it will not really lead us for something in double always especially if we put large amount, maybe at first and some couple of days, but soon it will just shock you that it's no longer exist, so always be careful on such schemes, they'll surely not last for long.
511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to make your topic on top of the discussion on: January 19, 2018, 09:18:57 AM
I posted my first topic yesterday, I got couple of good replies, but today I cant find my topic with new theads every min. However I see there are topic from 2-3 months ago still stay on the first page.

Because that thread is a discussion in general and anyone can easily give their opinion, Just like thread on "How to get Bitcoin" and some price speculation for a coin will surely give your thread always up. But I don't know why you want your thread always up. It is usual that thread will be flooded because of new idea that posted daily.

Share your hacks :-)

There is no hack for this and FYI, that old thread that updates again are already starting to delete by the mods since it is an easy target for spam user. Don't aim for a thread that many users discuss it but create something creative/useful thread that will help the community just like what shorena contribute on this forum. In that way, your thread might be on sticky and always be on the first page of the section.

512  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and Relationships! on: January 19, 2018, 09:12:42 AM
Here in my county gambling offices are all in a hiding places where no body will get to see the participants let alone making it known  to the families and friends that you are in into gambling.

But why is it happening? Gambling is not a bad deal. I like gambling with friends, and you can meet a lot of people if you are a gambler.

But i do not like those addicts who are always risking all their money.

And their families shouldn't look at them like if they are bad people, for me, it is fine.

Anyway, i am always trying to be far away from those addicts.

Because people get addicted to it. That's why it's a big deal for governments to ban it. And also if people deposit their money into online gambling then the money goes into other countries and out of their country which is bad for them, because they want to keep money inside their borders not give it away.
That's the reason also why China and South Korea bans crypto, though in terms of gambling its more of the countries beliefs or religion, it's due to greediness one can experience when they keep on doing gambling too much that can lead to addiction and self destruction, that can also affect their community.
513  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where to advertise gambling site on: January 19, 2018, 08:50:34 AM
The best thing that you can do is just create a new signature campaign in here, it will attract a lot of users if you try to ask the participants to post on the gambling section only, because it will be a very targetted traffic, i do not know, just my two cents.

I agree, since this is really the biggest forum for crypto users then you can get a lot of traffic coming from this site. It is quite bolstering with gamblers and there are a lot of people that want to try something new. So I believe as well that this is the best place to be advertising your gambling site. Also, some of the best places to advertise are those cryto related blogs, trading information (coinmarketcap), and other platforms.
Famous casino provides a weekly Signature campaign for endorsement here in this forum, you will eventually see lonv running campaigns for casinos thru signature, though there are already more cryptocurrency related pages like icoschedule, coinmarket, exchanges etc., but it's much noticeable if you prefer putting banner here and social media sites like in facebook, twitter or any related media as long as gambling allowed in a said country.
514  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: pano mag pa manual whitelist at pano ito bayaran on: January 19, 2018, 07:52:26 AM

Ciao Blake! Cheesy
515  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's bloodbath was totally normal & the biggest buying opportunity in 2018 on: January 19, 2018, 07:39:20 AM
The chart posted is not a bunch of separate rallies - it is actually one big rally which has yet to correct at all.

I agree on this part since Bitcoin performs a common rise pattern and I believe that there is some major correction will happen soon because only a few countries hold the majority of the volume of BTC just like China and Korea. It's proven because for every FUD news of bitcoin in that country. The bitcoin price is really affected. So if one of this major country decided to abandon bitcoin then a big correction will occur.

The chart posted is not a bunch of separate rallies - it is actually one big rally which has yet to correct at all. Once it turns (I dont know where) it should go at least -75% if not -85%.

I disagree with this huge number. I agree that will be big but 75-85% is too much considering that there are still many countries that planning to adopt the use of bitcoin. Maybe they can take over cheap BTC once major correction happened.
516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why people keep trying new casinos? on: January 19, 2018, 07:34:01 AM
Well, i think people should keep trying to play in every new casinos. If any casino scam with us, then we get bad experience but our bad experience give us lesson and i also feel not every new casino is scammer. I see mostly new casino are giving interesting games.
There is no problem in playing in new casino because it's definitely a new experience for us.
As a gambler we have to ensure that we are playing in a legitimate casino, nowadays the gambling industry are growing so you can always see a new casinos coming and that is good for bigger competition.
New more casinos then new more places to try out.Competition will really be tough among them on the casino/gambling site owners and as a player the more option we do choose up the better.Im finding almost everyday for a certain unique game in the market which i havent tried out to play on my entire life because most of those new site launching they do repeat the same concept all over again.
That's why we keep on chasing new casino's to try if there is something new or does it worth the game, we might still not contented on our recent casino, or we have something in our mind that we want to see if it's applicable on such casino, the point only is our recent fond casino will be ever replaced by the new one. We will only know this atleast we tried. At end we will still go back on the casino which we have spent most of our time and money, the one that we already trust.
517  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie should trade or not? Please give me idea. on: January 19, 2018, 06:35:48 AM
Those altcoins are perfect for you, but i suggest to you to try to hold instead of just trading like a daily trader,
it wont be profitable for you if you are just dumping all your coins everytime that you make a 5% or something like that.
Hello every body.I am a Newbie. I joined Crytopia about two months ago. I hold CMT and TRX in the Binance and now i want to trade with some coin about: ADA,ETC,... Please help me give some idea i should trade or not? Thank lots of for all.  Tongue Tongue Tongue

Maybe you could try to improve your holding skills and try to hold as much as you can, that is the best thing that you can do instead of just trading all day long.

And you require a lot of free time in order to do it so... So it is all upto you.

Use this opportunity to buy back now or buy alts that are on dip now, then hold them for long. Make sure to study each coin, try to read more in these forum, I'm thinking of buying NXT, SIA, and XVG when they dip this past days, unfortunately they all in green now, just try to read coins use before buying them.
518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dota 2 Gambling Discussion on: January 19, 2018, 05:17:58 AM
I was surprised to hear that there's an upcoming tournament in my country for DOTA 2 and it will be held at the Philippine Arena for 3 days. Big money is at stake, not sure if it is true that they can win up to $1 million USD. Any idea what group is the favorite to win this year?
I have seen this too in Alodias feed, a GalaxyBattles2018 event, it is a huge gaming battle, and I know every dota players will not missed it. A big stadium for a huge event. Starting today. Will bet for TNC Pro team. Watch it on Youtube now.
519  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is unpredictable job. on: January 19, 2018, 04:56:28 AM
trading is an unpredictable job, because we never know when bitcoin prices go up or down, but I believe with trading now we can get big profits because bitcoin prices are getting better after yesterday's price down.
But we have to predict the price movement correctly so we can make profit.
Our main goal here is to make money so we have to do things that would increase our chances of being profitable and that is by
continuously educating ourselves and learning through our experience to improve.
Even we do know how ro analyze graphs, there are circumstances that is out of our control, we don't know how othersdecide for their coin, like the recent news of banning from China and South Korea no one knows that it will happen especially last week is a blast from almost top alt,  but never lose hope in trading, use every opportunity to earn on it.
520  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin casino. Have anyone played them? Are they trustable? on: January 19, 2018, 04:44:30 AM
Not all Bitcoin casino are can be trusted but if you want to look for trusted casino you should check those here in this forums. you will be able to see casinos here that are running for a long time alreasy and there are really tons of casino here. Check also the reviews of players so that you will really trust the site.
Yep, we can all see the most trusted casino's here, as well their accusations they get from their players, better try those in top 5 list so you will be able to distinguish by yourself what suits yoir interest best, some preferences others want might not be yoir interest.
