I've been trading on forkdelta for some specific tokens and there's a lot of problems with order book bid price is higher than ask price when trying to sell on a bid price it says order has been filled, if order is filled why it's still in the order book and also the lower price orders filled rather than high price orders and order book not updated for hours even if trading pair is too active, i can't examine the real buy sell prices at forkdelta is there any solution for that or it'll goes like this.
Same problem is in the Etherdelta as forkdelta. Idex exchange is the best, between all decentralized exchange. This problem is for expires time or could be another. Another problem, forkdelta exchange is very slow and very low privacy. |

I think you can change your password by Private key and Keystore/JSON File, check YouTube you will find some answers. You should save password by autosave when you open myetherwallet account.

It's only a scam if one party intentionally defrauded the other. I'm sure there is a more technical term for that. In this case though, it seems like you did indeed get scammed  well this is ... a fraud? a loan scam? a loan fraud? Calling this as you want but the meaning doesn't change. But by the way flagapra you go at least to a police station to sue what happened here with this user? If not I can't understand how you have a probability to get such btc back.... I know also a legal sue is anything but it's a first approach! As I said above, I followed the European process of debt recovery and the threat of being sued seemed enough. The user started repaying, he already repayed 1/3rd of the amount and the interests so it's going the good way  |

You only need to take one look at the scam accusation thread to realise how many scammers there are on this forum, feels like a kick in the nuts but you will never get that bitcoin back and will have to put it down experience and move on a little older and wiser. Well in fact as I precised above, the precautions I took were enough as the user started repaying. But I understand your point. Difference is that it's still a theft. You would only not be paid back by your insurance that's all. |

Here's some update. I know it might seems a bit strange but I feel like it's important to keep the info clean.
The user didn't contact me on his own. So I filed a European complaint and sent him a registered letter with the file. A week later the user contacted me again apologizing for the inconvenience.
Seems like the user had some trouble that's for sure. But he said he wanted to repay. I didn't really believe him at first but I'm making an update because he started repaying huge amount.
I lent around 1500€ to him. Considering the interests and the delay, we agreed on 1800€ to be repaid. Currently 1.5 btc were repaid, which is aorund 600€.
While not the whole amount, only a third of the sum, I see no reason to not trust this user wil finish repaying me. Why even starting to repay if he doesn't want to do it until the very end?
So this is just and advice for every European here. Fill a contract before lending, requiring quick and multiple proofs. In my case, the use clearly didn't want to repay, but hadn't the choice as a legal contract was made.
The European process for debt recovering is extremely easy, just make sure the contract is correct (some characteristics have to be ok, check that on google).
I'll just bump when the amount is paid as a whole. Feel free to ask any question.

The repayment day is still not passed but the user defaulted all its other loans and never got back online since 27/01 whereas he was always online before. Doesn't answer pm or mail. I don't think there is much more to wait of it. If I've lent such an amount to a newbie, it's of course because I had guarantees (or thought I had). I've got a written contract with numerous official proofs of ID and ownership of the jewellery store concerned. I didn't believe falsification was possible mainly because of the variety of documents I received in a very short time (a few minutes) and as I was the one asking for precise random documents... I didn't see how it could be possible for this user to lie. Maybe the user thinks I won't go and sue him, that's possible. Anyway I would just want to make sure the data I have are not totally invented. I know admins don't give personnal information such as location, but in this case I'd just want to know if the contract I have contains the good geographical area. If yes I can go fill a complaint as I've got the specified contract and a copy of the ID. If no, then I won't even bother as it means I've got completely get fucked by a very fast and good falsification. I would like to know if someone could confirm the global area if I send him/her the address. I can of course prove all I stated above before. Oh, and don't trade with this user of course  So, in the event that he defaults, you intend to sue him, in a court, for a virtual currency? You think you have any chance of that working? If that works it would be a big jolt for the BTC community, but I seriously doubt the bureaucracy is going to let it happen. Well I'm still in contact with him loan will be defaulted if he doesn't start to repay on the 25. But yes that's the idea. It shouldn't be hard because we made an official contract. I don't know how it works elsewhere but in Europe certificate of indebtedness has a value in court! The only thing is that if none of the documents about him I have are true it won't work I think. This user come from Italy. If you come from a country near it, you can give him a little visit or to the police.
That's the idea as I'm a European citizen and signed a European based contract. From a legal point of view they're is no doubt about the debt. But I'm not sure the amount would be enough for the police to search for the user if I don't provide a correct piece of ID, address, name or something like that. That's why I would like to check if the address I have seems to be the good one or if the user lied on the contract and made a false piece of ID. In this forum i saw some people offering to pay money to buy passport/id copys utillity bills etc, are you 100% sure that you got his real id and data?

Of course not I'm not sure, maybe the user just bought lots of different documents and he had the luck to have the ones I asked for. And maybe he also managed to photoshop a photo with a precise text in less than 5 minutes. But I took the risk as it was really fast with lots of data ^^ I'll just fill a complaint and see if anything happens. Such things can take years but most of the time they end with the debitor paying his debt ^^ |

Imagine showing our world to a person that lived 100 years ago. He'd be dizzy in a moment and maybe couldn't understand or adapt his whole entire life.

Never said the contrary. But science can't explain the creation of the world. Why? Well just simply because in science 0+0 is always 0. If we manage one day to explain the creation of the world "scientifically" it will be by a new way to consider the world which will be as different from current science as from religion. And again science and religion are not opposed! I see no reason to give up one or another. I'm an engineer and I still have the faith! I know by heart the Maxwell's equations but that also makes me even more aware of what science has still not explained and might never explain!  Science is sometimes very disruptive. You claim you're an engineer then you probably know that the quantum revolution created a new part of science that couldn't have been even imagined before. If we discover dark matter for example maybe it'll lead us to something totally incredible that might even explain the universe! |
