hello,
I'm from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I would like to buy bitcoins. so went to Buybitcoin.com and filled an order. later googled that site and read a lot about if being a scam site. so im a bit scared now. do not want to get scammed.
i've already tried ecurrencyzone.com but they do not take bank deposits from Bangladesh. this is terrible. Anyway can any of you fellow Indians guide me to proper genuine links where i can buy Bitcoins. my options are Western Union, Moneygram, a friend of mine has paypal, and best option is Bank desposit.
Please help fellow Indians. please recommend me some reputed sellers/exchangers in India who would take Bank deposits or WU or Moneygram.
Not to be a jerk, but you guys have Internet over in Bangladesh? They even have a cyber army, that defaced google bangladesh ( www.google.com.bd) and over 5000 sites at once http://news.softpedia.com/news/5-000-Sites-Defaced-by-Bangladesh-Cyber-Army-to-Protest-Against-Indian-Border-Force-299162.shtmlGosh, Google Bangladesh is incredibly slow.

Alternatively, you could have not made a stupid post.
There was nothing stupid about it. Google and Facebook and their need to cut on the cost of storage with a huge number of servers doesn't translate into overall shitty Bitcoin services. With ASP .NET kiddos get at least free but tested samples of accepting and storing login ids and passwords securely, code that works for ages. So kiddos don't need to stretch their brains inventing the wheel. There are many samples of good UI, popups that asks for confirmation, that they just need copy and paste. MS SQL is used in many places collocated around the exchanges so it is without a doubt fast and solid enough for immensely higher load than Mt. Gox processes. With .NET Entity Framework I created more complex, solid and faster response databases than Coinbase did with stupid Mongo. Yes, some MS stuff is very efficient, but most people like being able to apply patches to broken things themselves, and to not have to wait for MS to fix it. That's why so many people like Linux/JS/Python. I myself use Linux. Go masturbate on your Office 2010 disc.

For anyone who voted to ban cryptos/everything, if I could put my hand through my monitor, I would slap you in the face.

Interestingly enough, one of the first programs I ever wrote, in some form or another of BASIC, was a one-line "virus" that erased everything on the hard drive. I never intended to run it. My dad, however, didn't know what it would do....
Boy, was he pissed. I honestly thought I was going to die that day.
Heh. I did almost exactly the same thing in high school, only it wasn't BASIC, it was autorun.inf (this was back when Windows would silently run anything autorun.inf told it to, no questions asked). I nearly got suspended for that. Oh, evil.... The school did weekly backups of everything, so I figured it would just be a minor inconvenience. That's the only reason I wasn't suspended. In retrospect, it was slightly less funny than I thought it would be. But only slightly. ROFL!!!. They lost the record of you writing the virus? ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)
