501  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gamdom.com - 3 Million+ users - Jackpots, Rains - unique games modes on: February 09, 2022, 01:48:57 AM
I just yesterday received Tipping from the signature campaign and then I tried to make a withdrawal as a result I had to make 1x deposit after I deposited LTC then I bet on the slot a few times but I still can't withdraw with a notification that I have to finish wagered $29, is there the same?

It is better if you can consult it to yahoo as the campaign manager or post it in the campaign thread so all participants will aware about the situation.
As ivan said previously, it is due to the general terms and condition of the casino.
Probably participants can request to have an exception for this general terms (deposit and wager before withdraw) as they can give exception of the KYC for the campaign.

Should contact our manager or contact their support about his issue because in my case, when I chatted the online support it says my account has no restriction, and he said that if the payout is in the form of tip, there is no wagering requirement. Though I deposited also LTC before the payment to play some games. But the sig payment itself, you can withdraw it without the need of wagering. Maybe, he needs to mention that he is part of the campaign so they can check his account's restrictions.
502  Economy / Gambling / Re: SandboxCasino.io サンドボックス It's Simple: Fun and Fair. on: February 08, 2022, 11:26:28 PM
Bro checking my dashboard they do have Bitcoin deposit and other popular coins/tokens in the market although my favorite gambling token TRON is not there, the minimum deposit from all wallets is set at $5, this is a good casino that prefers to use different coins and tokens to use.
Thanks for posting this, but they really need to have clear list of supported coins on their website and people need to see this before registration.
I looked everywhere and I couldn't find that information, and I was waiting for official team member to respond and say more about this.

Yes, you need to get in before you can see the deposit options. But will post the snapshot below for those who don't want to sign up first. You can also connect via metamask if you don't want to sign up with other options. You can also see the coins which offer their deposit bonus

Enlarge one example as you may not very well see the logo of deposit bonus from above -
503  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Arbitrage in crypto on: February 08, 2022, 10:55:26 PM
Years ago you could make decent money by arbitrage trading with various exchanges. Back then they were less market makers and less liquidity.

I had many alerts and took advantage of 0.5-1% spreads on certain alt coins. These days however most bots are pretty high tech that they will beat you too it. You need to have some fast bot that quickly can add an order to the market to arbitrate it with another exchange. This is similar to how when there is a flash crash on one exchange but not others, usually within seconds that gap is filed by arbitrage bots. Not humans.

Crypto trading is getting more and more sophisticated and bots are getting very good at it. Hard to beat them now. Arbitrage may still be profitable in some alts. But if you don't now how to strategize on this trading, you may end up losing rather than earning profits. If the gain is very small, do you think it is worth the effort? This is why some are not going into arbitrage trading anymore. They prefer to just hold their assets.
504  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin thief on Bitfinex exchange caught? on: February 08, 2022, 09:26:25 PM
  • According to the DOJ on Tuesday, special agents obtained court-authorized search warrants to go through the couple's online accounts and were able to find files containing the private keys required to access a digital wallet containing 94,000 bitcoins representing about $3.6 billion in stolen funds.
It is somewhat ironic that they could attempt to launder such amounts, but could not figure out a safer way of storing private keys or recovery seeds, besides storing it online.

The question that comes to mind is do you think the FBI will return it to its rightful owner?
This should be determined after the money have been successfully recovered, although I think if the scammed users are to be refunded, it would be done with the exchange rate at the time of the incident and not now.[/list]

I am not in favor of the couple's activities here, but keys storing online? You are right, that's not a very safe way to store private keys. They should know better. Because if the agents haven't found those keys and they will make a stand that they lost the keys (but will get it once they are out of prison - just giving one scenario), they can still be rich after their sentence. But anyway, on the thought that FBI got a hold of multi-billion dollar heist is great! I don't know if Bitfinex already refunded their customers but if not, they have hope now to get it back.
505  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gamdom.com - 3 Million+ users - Jackpots, Rains - unique games modes on: February 07, 2022, 11:33:42 PM

Based on the review I read you'll need $200 to request a withdrawal and all withdrawals are on USDT so if you're a participant of the signature campaign and only interested in the cashout, you'll have to wait a few weeks before you can cash out, like a full member where you will be tipped with $40 you'll have to wait 5 weeks before you cash out or you can opt to play with your tip in the hope of winning and cashout.

I hope there will be more changes like if you win Bitcoin you'll also receive it n Bitcoin or they add more Crypto like Tron or Doge.

Okay, so I am sharing what is my experience since I am a sig participant and let people know that there's no prob whatsoever with withdrawal. I played a lil bit and successfully withdraw my payout in terms of LTC. Because they paid in USD (which is said to be universal), our withdrawal is unlocked whether BTC, LTC or USD. The min withdrawal for BTC and LTC are $20 & $14, respectively. So I can very well withdraw either BTC or LTC. It is not compulsory to withdraw your payout as USD, you have the option to withdraw it via BTC and LTC as well. And I received my payout only after few minutes but also check the number of confirmation of your transaction because it depends on where you are sending your coin and their required confirmation before crediting it in your account. This may be true to sig participants but if you are a regular player having regular deposit and not as a tip, they have this wagering requirement of 2x before withdrawal.
506  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gamdom.com - 3 Million+ users - Jackpots, Rains - unique games modes on: February 07, 2022, 10:09:17 PM
Even I'm not surprised if they say the current total users are 5 million because 3 million users was 3 years ago it's definitely different from now
Is it real? we don't know, but I can describe how an airdrop or campaign gets 1-2 million users in less than 1 month we can check here https://coinmarketcap.com/airdrop/ this is just a simple example it might happen on a casino site.
I do not know if that number is real or not, I have seen plenty of airdrops and other things that have seen plenty of attention and seen ones that did not get any attention neither. Considering this one as getting a lot of attention, plus seeing all the advertisements they are doing everywhere, I would say that getting 2 million more people is actually quite doable.

Doesn't mean that they are all gambling a huge amount, some of them never gambled probably, just opened an account, some of them gambled only a small amount and left, some of the gambled huge amount and left, some of them gambled small amount and still doing it, so it is 0.1% or even lower that gambled a big amount and still gambling a big amount today. So, it is not really that shocking, that first 3 million is something I wouldn't know, but that extra 2 million seems reasonable enough.

Have you visited their site lately? They usually have more than 2k+ online users. So even if we say a big percentage of those 3M users are not active, getting a regular thousands of players will keep their site active and generating a decent income. And up until now, I haven't seen any complaint about withdrawal knowing that there are also users who are winning big as seen from the chatbox. Also, they have a lot of chatrooms depending on your nationality so I'd say, I appreciate that. And based from my experience with online support, they are pretty fast. Though I haven't withdrawn my payout yet. But I believe, there will be no problem as when I chatted the support my account has no restrictions with withdrawal. The payout received is not subjected to their wagering requirement of 2x as it is considered as a "tip" per se.
507  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino KYC how it works and to what effect on: February 07, 2022, 08:46:53 PM
Not all casinos implement KYC, it depends on the set rules. There are still many casinos you can visit without having to go to KYC for withdrawals. You just need to select and sort them according to your wish where your personal data do not want to be given. Back again to one's preferences in dealing with KYC. That is why it is important to prioritize reading the casino rules before betting, so as not to become a complicated complaint, because most people bet in a hurry, when they want to make a withdrawal they are asked to KYC instead end up saying something bad to the casino.
Many are still good and don't apply KYC to their customers, only if they'll be good to their accounts. The casino will step on it if that person has been caught being distrustful.
That's when they will start asking for documents and proof of ownership and identity from that person. Just be sure that you're the person they really are dealing with because when they start being doubtful to you, you really have to proceed what's being asked.
What I did to avoid this problem is I spread my bets on different gambling sites. I understand that when you are gambling with a decent amount of money, you might become subject to KYC in the long run if you keep winning, so that is not good for me as it will defeat the purpose why I'm gambling using crypto casinos because of privacy.

This is one smart way to address the possible submission of KYC. Since we are having several reputable casinos and sportsbooks already. You can easily spread your bets without worrying that your bet is too big for them. Because a lot of known casinos here even if they have gaming license, they are not requiring KYC, unless, you surpass their maximum deposit or withdrawal requirements for level 1 player. But you should also be prepared in case they ask you. So you are not caught in the middle if you happen not to be ready about it.
508  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔮 Futuur - Predict the Future! 🔮 on: February 06, 2022, 10:53:04 PM
The reason I like to bet on sports is because I lose some time here, I see some gains, I find a joy in it, so I bet here every day.  So I go to the betting sites and I bet regularly.
I rejoice in the day when I am profitable, and I see in the day when I am sad, I find happiness in it.

Betting on sports events is not only a great way to spend time, but also to pursue your hobby, which is keeping track of what is happening with our favorite players or teams. By betting, we can monetize our knowledge about that.

Nowadays, we are lucky that we have crypto sportsbetting gambling sites. You can even bet small. Because before, if you bet on traditional fiat booking site, you will be ashamed of yourself if you will bet $1. But now, these crypto casinos are allowing even less than a dollar, and you can do that anonymously at the comfort of your home.

Futuur may be slow in responding to the request of their players but they are trying to improve their services like the addition of alts. But if they can hold contests or races, even small rewards would be a good activity to keep the players at bay.
509  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the most important features of an online crypto casino? on: February 06, 2022, 09:47:08 PM
No, it isn't always the case. Some casinos have very complicated registration processes. Some casinos, for example, require a KYC procedure immediately upon registration, while others do not even require an email confirmation.
Oh! I have just understood what is meant as easy and hard registration process. I remembered when I registered at bet365 many years ago, I was to provide kyc and I provided it, all did not take more than 10 to 15 minutes, I have not seen kyc as stressful but that is true that a gambling site that requires only email is easy for registration than the ones that will demand for kyc, some people might even have difficulty while providing the site their kyc, some will even be rejected or addictional kyc might be demanded for.
10 to 15 minutes is super fast for a KYC approval because usually KYCs are approved for days or longer than that because they carefully check the details if it was really from that person uploading it and not just by a random ID's that they get or bought online. Speed of KYC approval is not enough for the gamblers to sign up but there is another thing that they are worrying of. That is their privacy being shared to the casino.

Aside from the email being needed to sign up, there are now newer casinos that uses the web 3 technology where you can sign up instantly and start playing by just connecting your crypto wallet. It's a cool feature.

I have seen recently introduced casino here using web 3.0 services, which is actually helpful for those gamblers who just want to connect their webwallet like metamask in order to play. I believe, in the near future, this will be the new trend to these crypto gambling casinos. Gamblers can directly connect with their online wallet.

On the note about the important features, the leading aspects in the poll are customer service and responsiveness to complaints, which, I can very well agree. If the casino is treating their players at their best, they will always be one message away if the player encounters any issues with his game. And they will try to resolve it promptly. So even if we say, their withdrawal fees are a lot higher than other casinos but they have good service, I would go for them because I have the peace of mind as a player.
510  Economy / Gambling / Re: SandboxCasino.io サンドボックス It's Simple: Fun and Fair. on: February 06, 2022, 08:17:33 PM
Really like the aesthetic as well as the Web3.0 integrations.

I think that this will serve tremendously in the new era of crypto, as people are no longer trying to sign up with their email accounts or whatnot, but just want to sign in with their web wallet interactions.

Are there any plans of tokenising the equity in the casino by any chance?

That's right, a player can play on their site via metamask, phantom or walletconnect. And they have long list of coins/tokens that are being accepted on the site. But check the coin you want to deposit as not all coins listed have bonus like BCH & LTC. But they have very small min deposit like in BTC it is only 100sats, 0.0001 LTC or 0.1 DOGE. So this is great for small time players. You can check the min deposit by pressing the deposit button on their deposit/withdraw page. But would be nice if there is FAQ section in this site.
511  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with whales? on: February 06, 2022, 07:10:51 PM
we shouldn't be worried about the whales, just look at that currently the price can hardly be manipulated unless it is manipulated by some big news, but the whales can't manipulate the price nowadays in my opinion because the market is too big

Their existence is also good for the crypto market. Better mind your own business rather than be worried about what the whales will do to the market. Because whatever they are planning or doing, you can't do anything about it. What you can do for example as a small holder is take advantage of the market and just go with the flow. With the huge amount of money that they need to spend with, I don't think they can truly manipulate the market. They can make a dent in the market, but that would only be short.
512  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Thurman vs Barrios - Feb 5 on: February 06, 2022, 01:04:14 PM
It's a wide decision win for Thurman, and I would say good choice of opponents for him.

Not to soft and in paper it looks like Barrios could pull an upset. But it was a dominating performance by Thurman except for round 8 if I'm not mistaken wherein he takes his mouthpiece because he was hit in the body. If only Barrios could follow up on that one, anyhow, let's see who is Thurman going to go after this fight.

That was expected since Thurman has come from a long period of waiting before this fight and thankfully he won this one and he just proved that he has still the will and skills to get back on track and get back his championship title. Congrats and welcome back to Thurman, hope he will land a good fight next time before he will be given another championship fight.

For sure his stocks rises with this big comeback win, maybe top 3 or top 4 fighter in the welterweight. The big dogs as they say is Crawford and Spence. So that is the next fight that we want Thurman to take next. If he is not comfortable, then maybe another tune up fight for him. Spence and Ugas though are going to face, and the winner? who knows, maybe Thurman can get it, maybe not. But big congratulations to him and for those who bet on a decision win.

This is indeed a good comeback for Thurman. Now, he tested himself again inside the ring, he knows basically where to improve the next time around to beat other champions in his division. Spence Jr, Ugas or Crawford - they are on his list now. He maybe just waiting for the next call out of his opponent. And he should not take a long break again, he should take this opportunity while he is still below 40s.  Grin
513  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How is my new website? Coinmarketcap killer on: February 06, 2022, 12:04:36 PM
Here's my honest take. Your website's design is flawless IMO and I like the cleanliness and simplicity of it. But, there's no need for you to put 2 "search" at the top of the page. And when clicking "new" assets, it's better if it stays on the same page and won't show into another tab.
Well, I think that's just the few that I can say with your website since there's still a lot of features that lacking. Don't aim to be a coinmarketcap killer, that type of description has been overused. I guess it's better to just aim and focus with the uniqueness of what you're developing.

Yes, don't aim to be the killer but unique on your own.

Also, if I may ask @OP - what can you say about the accuracy of your charts as compared to cmc or coingecko? Where are you getting your information for these charts? Because a lot of users are complaining that some figures are not that accurate in cmc or coingecko. But they are just relying from what the team is submitting to them.
514  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CBDC will make Bitcoin MORE valuable on: February 05, 2022, 11:36:43 PM
CBDC is a digital form of fiat currency being regulated by a central bank. The increase in the value of bitcoin doesn’t depend on CBDC as bitcoin has its own goodwill in the  market.

Maybe, not in literal meaning but the circumstances that may possibly surround the boost in CBDC usage. Once people understand the difference between CBDC (centralized) vs. BTC (decentralized), they may possibly choose BTC for this nature. So though there is no direct relationship between CBDC and BTC, there are possible repercussions if there is high usage of CBDC in the market. Those who are not yet into BTC, will also go to BTC once they discover it after their CBDC experience.
515  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The market is confusing on: February 05, 2022, 10:37:40 PM
I agree with the op that we shouldn't be too optimistic or pessimistic about the market, because this is the only way I believe we can ultimately deal the the confusion, personally, this is what I do.
For someone who bought recently and not ready to sell soon, that is, he or she is already determined to hold for maybe let's say 3 to 4 or 5 years from now, current condition(s) of the market shouldn't be a concern at all, but then our brain loves playing tricks with us by making us want to see our investment(s) appreciating even when we are not ready to liquidate or cash in on it yet.

This is I think, normal reaction if you are invested on something. Not only in crypto market, but even in stock market, real-estate or gold. You tend to check the current market prices, even if you're not selling your assets. For me, that's fine because you also need to keep up with the latest happenings of what you are holding. So if there's some worst case scenario that is about to happen, you are not too late to make your action.
516  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A little reminder why Bitcoin is necessary on: February 05, 2022, 09:31:10 PM
Haha nice point, but this is obvious, Paypal is a private service owned by a set of individuals, it is allowing you to use your service for some charges. The way you have sole discretion to choose whether you want to use Paypal or not, same way they have sole discretion to decide whether to provide or stop providing your services without giving any explanation. But I've always felt comparing Paypal with bitcoin is stupidity, Bitcoin is obviously way ahead of PayPal, competition to bitcoin is fiat currency as a whole not Paypal, infact foreign or cross border remittances are difficult because of fiat in the first place.
There is always an advantage to use a currency that is decentralized because you can do whatever you want since there is no any entity that will give sanction on you. But in cases with government controlled online payment remittances, of course they will have to set rules for their clients and create agreements. Once not followed, termination will follow. Otherwise, the payment system itself will be the one to be reprimanded by the government. There will always be differences from using a decentralized system out from those centralized ones.

Centralized platforms like PayPal may have advantage for those who are dealing with fiat transactions but once these people tried to experience btc or any crypto transactions, they will find out that the fees as well as the convenience it will give to them will be appreciated. A lot are still hesitant to deal with bitcoin because they are not yet aware of what it can possibly bring to their life, if they don't know what they are dealing with, usually they won't touch it. Or some are not into crypto as payment method because they don't know where to start. I am certain, once they educate themselves about crypto, they would like it as a means of payment method regardless of the volatility factor.

There is no chance of entering the top 50. The clock is reset and the first is over 600,000, and in an hour over a million. By the time it's time to spin the wheel so I can play, I no longer have a chance to be in the top 50...

Don't worry bro you can try it again tomorrow you don't have to regret it because it's free just need luck, try to see what i did on this screenshot i make max bet and lose
It doesn't matter if it's win or lose we don't have to spend hours for a few dollars just for fun  Grin we prefer to hunt on the Fury wheel while hoping to get real crypto not FunFury
by the way anyone got real crypto on the Fury wheel ?
-

It is everyday for now, this free play to earn is indeed attracting a lot of players even if the total prize is just $100. And some are really good bettors managing to turn their thousands of funfury into millions in few hours. This is good for those who don't have anything to do at the moment as they can earn a lil bit of money even without spending money. With my spin in funfury, I am always getting 8k funfury so don't know about the other if they got alts with actual value in the market.
518  Economy / Economics / Re: Metaverse real estate sales top $500 million, projected to double in 2022 on: February 05, 2022, 07:16:08 PM
The Metaverse thingy projects are the most overvalued crap in the cryptocurrency markets that it ain't even funny.

Just some data:

  • Decentraland (MANA) has a FDV marketcap of $5.9 billion
  • Activision has a marketcap of $61.49 billion

The former has a crappy product and barely has any adoption at all, while the latter is a gaming giant with millions and millions of players worldwide and has a wide variety of AAA games. But yet, Decentraland is ONLY 10x cheaper.

I would go for Activision if they will be exploring the metaverse industry. At least, I know they have solid foundation and millions of players already as you said. As Microsoft is buying Activision Blizzard, they are eyeing this metaverse concept as stated in the below article -

https://www.windowscentral.com/microsoft-ceo-discusses-metaverse-activision-blizzard-and-how-company-will-create-next-internet

I am also not confident with this MANA project. Though they have good liquidity right now. But can they really survive and and continue to keep their users when there is already better product available in the market?
519  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: stake.com- Does not have gambling responsibility on: February 04, 2022, 11:46:22 PM
Op,if I understand your submission well, you have asked for self exclusion and they don't render such services and they have ban your account in other to help solve addiction problem and before then you made a deposit for which have lost while playing before the ban and I wonder what refund are you now asking please.

OP asked for a permanent ban on his account and got confirmation from Stake.com support that it had happened. Unfortunately, the addiction is often stronger (OP is aware of this and therefore asked for a ban) and OP tried to make a deposit and it worked. He should not be able to do so, hence his request for a refund of deposit that should not be accepted by Stake.com.
This is what I understood about this whole deal and if the OP could deposit on hid old account then he needs to get his money back as he was supposedly banned when this happened.

However besides that people need to be very careful about becoming addicted to anything and then trying to overcome that addiction, since it is incredibly difficult as due to the age in which we are living we have almost an endless of supply of whatever got you addicted in the first place, so whenever you feel like you are losing control of your gambling that is the time to look for professional help so this does not become an even bigger problem than what already is.

The OP needs to move and contemplate on his own life what he really wants to do. Totally forget gambling or not. Because if he decide to totally change his lifestyle, he won't try depositing again to the site. Stake may have some shortcomings from their end, but the total change will come from the user himself. Sites will always want to have players on board. That's their business. And it is your responsibility how to take care of your own.
520  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The market is confusing on: February 04, 2022, 10:52:27 PM
Look, the market is always confusing if you think that way. But not confusing for all especially those who could read market data. It's just an opportunity to accumulate more to me. Everyone's thoughts wouldn't be the same anyway. It's true when the market becomes red and a lot of bad news and FUD pop up at the same time which has been leading to more dump. If you take it as an advantage then you can accumulate more. If you become panicked means you would lose.

By the way, the current market is moving up. Right now it's trading above $40K, which is a hard pump to me. So, definitely, we might see some FOMO and good news soon to boom again.

Once the market is going green, a lot will try to get on board again. This kind of mentality sometimes is not good because if you buy while the price is still low, you can already earn profits once the market is going up. But well, not all people have the mindset of accumulating valuable coins while we are seemingly in bearish mode. A lot of them want to buy when it is about to peak. With this 40k break, more than likely, a lot of people are checking again bitcoin and wanting to buy.
