OK. Just out of a meeting with my lawyer and things look very very good in respect to how they have looked. I can't give time frames as things in the real world operate 9-5 m-f (NOT INCLUDING LUNCH HOURS) and my lawyer stated this loud and clear to me. When I asked for an estimate on time he said it will come when it's done and it's a priority.
What he specified I can share is that there will be an announcement that will provide some clarification followed by a contract to be presented. More info will come when it is available and no sooner. It is the intention of LRM to provide further than 300MH/s per contract and is apparent that the way this will be done is legal.
Ok sounds good. Hope angry people think again before they take legal actions. And an updated bond holder list would be nice...unless i missed it. |

Das sind keine scammer...nur Leute mit zu viel Langeweile, oder zu vielen satoshis. Man kann ja auch Werbung so günstig verschicken. 1/100 mio bitcoin pro Werbung...recht günstig das ganze.

Die versendeten coins sind bestimmt auf einer deiner Wechselgeldadressen...waren schon 100 vor dir die in Panik verfallen sind. Die bitcoins wirst du noch haben, nur auf einer anderen adresse.

Kurzes Update: Es hat ein Missverständnis gegeben, weshalb das Konto sofort gesperrt wurde, anstatt mir ein paar Tage Zeit zu geben. Dank einer sehr schnellen Reaktion ist ist mein Konto jetzt wirder für 6 Tage frei gegeben und ich kann alle ausstehenden Transaktionen abschließen. Bis auf den Fehler der Sofort-Sperre ist das Verhalten der Fidorbank absolut nachvollziehbart und wird bei anderen Banken ähnlich gehandhabt.
Ein ausführlicher Post, was das aus meiner Sicht für Bitcointrader bedeutet, kommt später.

Wurde trotzdem gekündigt  Interessant wäre jetzt zu wissen wie hoch das Umsatzvolumen im Zeitraum X war, dann weiß jeder woran er dann ist. edit: ups überlesen 60-100k in 30 Tagen...na das Hatte ich Anfang letztes Jahr und hab auch keine Kündigung bekommen, bin aber auch nicht bei der Fidor... |

Lab rat has said repeatedly that as bond holder we have zero claim to any in hand or incoming hardware.
We only get a share of the BTC mined.
Now that the bonds are a fixed hashrate he just has to maintain the current hardware until it is not longer profitable and then wind down the mine.
The reason he waited until now is so that he can mine with the new equipment without paying out any of the proceeds and just claim " its with the lawyers/courts"
This will drag on for several month without a doubt.
The fact of the matter is Lab Rat has played his hand. Trust has been lost in LRM and it is now worthless.
Actions speak louder than words.
What tells us that he is not already hashing with that huge ammount of TH? If he wants to put all hashing power that was purchased with investors money going into his own pocket, well this hashing power in jail will be pretty worthless. |

Jeder kann die Antwort von anderen Accounts versuchen zu erraten, sofern derjenige eine Frage mit einer Antwort angegeben hat. Du hast zB keine Geheimfrage gesetzt und bist daher schonmal in der Hinsicht sicher |

Is this the end of LRM? So far, it seems that the only change is that LRM will have to issue out more bonds for every 100MH improvement in total hash rate. Again, that would still be a clumsy solution, imo.

Truth is we just do not have enough facts for all the hype being spewed right now. When Zach defines the issues legally, and then clarifies what the future hashrate to be added does for us... THEN we will have final pieces that allow for proper dissection of how fucked we all are. Or he is  |

Lab_Rat's response on this has been that it will result in less value for the bond holders than ongoing operation with each original bond being worth 300 MH/s (including the 1->3 split).

He did not answer the questions regarding bfl refund...i guess he will just order the additional promised hardware and everything that goes above 100/300 mh/s /share/contract goes into <xyz> pocket. Now find out by yourself whom xyz stands for. |

It may relate to Money Service Bureau issues as a mining consortium may fall under the MSB regulatory climate. If this is the case then all the assets of the company could be siezed and forfeit in which case we would be totally screwed. Better to shut down immediately and liquidate the company for asset value.
Not really, i would be really happy if all assets would be seized instead of getting the bondholders's payed equipment into his own hands! |
