501  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant on: August 29, 2021, 10:01:48 AM

Fighters who think they can be at the top would care much for the opportunity than the money involved, IMO, $10 million is good enough but his focus should be on winning the fight, if he beats Canelo, then maybe if there's a rematch, he can dictate the tempo, so most probably his purse will increase.

I like this kind of fighter that fight the best and focus on the future rather than the current opportunity to make more money.

Based on the deal of fight Canelo gets the best deal than Caleb Plant, Plant agree to all the deals he just wants the fight to push through because this is going to be a life and career changing fight he wants this fight to happen it's an opportunity of a lifetime, it's like winning a lottery if he wins he is an instant multi-title champion if he wins.
502  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: August 29, 2021, 08:36:08 AM

Casimero might have an advantage over Donaire but it doesn't mean a sure win. I don't want to compare the Rigo vs Casimero to Rigo vs Donaire. They should clash no matter what before facing Inoue.

So far there's no official announcement of the fight everything is just speculation but Inoue already announce his intention because of the disrespectful words coming out from Casimero, whoever Inoue fought it's going to be a must watch because Inoue is the most exciting of this generation, he could become the next Manny Pacquiao.

@psycodad: Any updates with your withdrawal or a reply to your email/pm/anything related to your withdrawal issue?

No I haven't been able to withdraw since around my last post, not even dust amounts, it's now pretty exactly 2 weeks on the hour.
It's emontionally very challenging and only the reassuring chat with one of their mods (Badger) kept me from going totally insane yet as the amount owed by bitvest.io is a substantial one to me.

Can you give us an update on the communication between you and Bitvest I still believe in Bitvest even if there are delays, they always update us, bounty hunters, if there is payment coming you've got reassuring from one of the mod I hope it will yield a positive outcome, so far there are no other complaints only yours.
504  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: please remove trust rating on: August 28, 2021, 11:06:32 PM
The trust system no longer represents anything on the site. There are people who have a trust, without any kind of proof or explanation. They just do what they want. The entire trust system should be abolished completely, as it should be on a forum. The corruption is too great now.

You are going to benefit if the trust rating is removed, and people will think that the site you are promoting is trustworthy and does not have scam records, trust rating is a big help to investors and traders, they can easily tell if the project is good and if the promoter can be trusted if we don't have a trust rating these scam sites will continue to exist and they will continue to victimize innocent investors.
505  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant on: August 28, 2021, 10:45:54 PM

Caleb at +600, that's a pretty decent odd and I understand why Canelo is heavily favored because he beat all his opponents this year without any struggle. Put him an opponent of any size and he will dismantle it, he becomes a technical fighter, he works using his mind and you can see why he is very smart in the ring, not too aggressive to KO an opponent but always find an opening to hurt his opponent.

We can easily pick Canelo as the heavy favorite because of the names of boxers he's beaten compared to Caleb Plant but there's still a possibility of an upset, on Canelo's last fight Saunders was winning rounds until he got caught a punch that broke his eye socket, Alvarez persistency pays off because he knew Saunders is ahead on points, it could happen again in this fight.
506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dead Coins on: August 28, 2021, 03:22:59 PM
Do you hold any dead coins?

'Dead Coins refer to cryptocurrencies that have been abandoned, used as scam, their website is down, has no nodes, has wallet issues, doesn't have social updates, has low volume or developers have walked away from the project.'

How should we manage dead coins?

There's nothing we can do on these dead coins, they are very annoying every time you look at your wallet, I have over 40 shit and dead coins in my wallet, some of these are coming from airdrops, you have to get used to it or create another wallet so you can store these dead coins if it's ok toyou to shoulder the fees, if you are active in airdrops and bounty campaigns, there's always possible to get shitcoins.
507  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin = 100k by December on: August 28, 2021, 12:16:32 PM
Can Bitcoin Still Make 100k by December?  Huh
When Bitcoin (BTC) reached its all-time high of $65,000 in April, it felt like the $100,000 mark was the next stop for the cryptocurrency. However, the following months brought along a change in market trend and the entire cryptocurrency market took a steep dive.
I read an article on Blockster with different opinions on the topic. Let's discuss, what do you think?
https://blockster.com/blockdesk/1411_can-bitcoin-still-make-100k-by-december-many-think-it-can

The author admitted that it's a hard question to answer, if there is a possibility that bitcoin will reach $100k the volatility of the market is something that no one can predict, even whales can do that, the condition of the market very much depends on the overall sentiments of the community, we never know what's events to come in the future, we have to follow the market and quick to take action, the right decision will save your investment.
508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fake token in wallet on: August 27, 2021, 12:20:13 PM
Many people are currently losing some tokens from their wallets or unknowingly getting stuck in another wallet. Have we ever wondered why this is happening from someone's wallet? The main reason is hack. Hackers are banging the tokens through their surveillance. Any small amount or big. If you ever notice some tokens in your wallet that are being added without your knowledge.I'm going to swap or sell your token without thinking about where the token came from. Never do that. Because hackers put their tokens in your wallet and when you go to swap or sell the token without seeing the token, hackers like the token. Remove from your wallet. Some tokens that you will never swap or sell-

Is there any way to remove these tokens from the wallet?

You should be aware of all the coins or tokens that are coming to your wallet, I consider these unwanted coins tokens to be risky, remember the shit token kicktoken they sent to many wallets, it's a way to promote their shit token and exchange, these tokens do now have value at all look at every token in your list they don't have a channel or even an announcement thread here, they are promoting it through spamming which is a wrong way to promote a coin.

You can transfer these tokens to another wallet while the fee is still very cheap if you are annoyed with these tokens.
509  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UK 20% of the gambling venues are located at the poorest part of the country on: August 26, 2021, 03:01:49 PM
According to a new report that was published 21% of the gambling venues are located at the poorest areas while only 2% are located on the wealthiest parts of the country, this is being used as evidence the poor are being targeted, but this could just be evidence that it is cheaper to rent at those places and the gambling outlets prefer to go there to save on rent, or that maybe those that are the wealthiest prefer to gamble online instead of taking their time to go to one of those places and as such there is no reason to set up shop on their neighborhood.

So what do you think? Are the poor being targeted or there is another explanation for the data we are seeing?

https://www.theguardian.com/society/2021/aug/23/uks-most-deprived-areas-have-highest-number-of-gambling-outlets-report

This is from UK, I'm not from UK but it could be both they are renting the place cheap and they want to be in a place where there are a lot of people or very populated, there's also a possibility that they targetting sectors from that region because poor people in UK can also play in the gambling establishment, UK is a first world country and people have the means to play in gambling establishment whatever his status in life.
510  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can you eat friendly animals on: August 26, 2021, 02:35:32 PM
If you rear some goats(for example) for food and the goats end up loving you lots and you love the goat too, can you kill and eat the goats when it's time to eat them? How do you handle such situation, sell the goats, keep them as pet or just let them live?

Asking this question to see if what I learnt about animals-human relationship is true and can be proven.

I don't think I can imagine you established a relationship on that particular animal and you are going to eat it, I don't think I can stomach that I prefer buying goat meat if I want to eat goat meat, there's an emotional attachment between the two of you and you are heartless if you do that, let him die a natural death or let other people kill it and eat but not you.
511  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 61 year old plays the same numbers since 1991 and wins 18 millions on: August 26, 2021, 08:54:20 AM
It's the age old debate: New numbers every week, or, the same ones year in, year out in the hopes out of the millions of chances you will strike it big with the winning numbers.

I see in the article that the winner chose to take the $11M one off payment versus the other (tax free) installment payments.  (That's almost as hotly debated, which way do you want your payment??)

If the winner is young he can choose to get paid on an installment basis so he can manage the funds in the long term but if the winner is already in his 60 the right decision is to receive it lumpsum so he can do whatever he wants to do on the remaining years left for him and besides he is already mature and can handle huge money responsibly.
512  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Anderson Silva vs Tito Ortiz on September 11 on: August 25, 2021, 11:14:51 PM

I am curious if Anderson Silva's Injury will take him to the distance we all know after that Injury from Chris Weidman match when he returned he is not the same Anderson Silva he sure is very tired of UFC and never been sure if he really beat Derek Brunson, but I don't really know about if he would go toe to toe with Tito Ortiz does his past fights on the UFC would get into him, or he would be a new Anderson Silva in this Boxing career, All I got to say is I am waiting if what training Tito Ortiz is cooking.

I don't think that past injury will bother at all, on his fight against Chavez Jr he proves himself to be a high-level competitor by the way he boxes Chavez JR. he is so good that he should have done boxing halfway through his career as a fighter, Silva has a lot to offer in the boxing world,  I don't know about Ortiz he is good in MMA but I don't know about his boxing skill.
513  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC on: August 22, 2021, 10:08:10 AM
So many newbie accounts popping out of nowhere and leaving positive feedback for 1xbit implies that one or more idiots behind the scenes are using sock puppet accounts in order to promote this site.

Whoever is behind this scheme is simply wasting his/her time since this makes this site seem even more shady and suspicious. Grow up!

I also noticed that I have this feeling that they hire shills to balance the negative feedbacks people are giving them, any gambler who knows how to find a good gambling site will not fall into this cheap trick, it has been established that 1XBIT is notoriously a scam site and it will take a lot to get out of that reputation.
514  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you bullish or bearish this year? on: August 22, 2021, 09:57:19 AM
The majority of the members here voted that we are in a bullish year and many are optimistic that we are going to end the year with a new all-time high, so many new trending coins are now in the market like the NFT and DeFi and this is enough to keep the money coming in the market, if we are good this year we can be better next year.
515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Weekly/monthly financial statements, which do you prefer? on: August 22, 2021, 09:53:03 AM
When you spend money constantly in bits, it is normal that you may not be able to keep track of the amount you have spent on something say gambling or alcohol. If a financial record or something like a register is shown to you having the total amount you've spent on a habit, you may be surprised the total amount you see.

As a way to keep track, would you like to receive regular, maybe weekly or monthly financial statements highlighting wins and losses from a gambling site?

Can you share your thoughts please?

I'm not losing a lot of money and I can't remember a huge amount of money than what I deposit and I'm not playing on a daily basis so I don't need any statement it will just remind me of money that I use to play, of course, I will be surprised maybe it's enough for me to buy a new motorcycle but on the other hand, I enjoyed playing these games and that's priceless for me.
516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are NFT games also another way to gamble your money? on: August 22, 2021, 08:03:49 AM

It has risk so yes its gambling, playing games while investing on the tokens are profitable if you happen to hit the right project to invest your hard-earned money.

DPET boss fight event was such a huge failure many incurred big fees without return of their investment and many are crying foul and disappointed because the developers are not yet ready for a massive transaction that so many transactions failed but they are charged I consider these NFT as gambling, you have to invest to earn here and the play to earn features are not yet launched if you don't consider this as gambling then only Join when they have it and when the price is already high.
517  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Casimero Bantamweight Unification Fight on: August 22, 2021, 07:02:43 AM

I would certainly be a good fight for the real boxing fans, however, the money comes from the casual fans who might be biased on liking to watch Inoue vs. Donaire more than Inoue vs. Casimero. Bob Arum might also consider that Casimero is more dangerous for his pet Inoue hehehe. Inoue vs. Donaire is also a rematch which might make the fight better to promote for Arum.

Promoters should not deprive the boxing world of exciting matches, they are made for each other and they really want each other, since Inoue is the one requesting the fight Arum should work for it, he is also going to make money here and he will continue to make money whether Inoue wins or lose the fight, this is a fight that should happen.
518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: {Boxing} Manny Pacquiao vs Yordenis Ugas on: August 22, 2021, 06:03:50 AM

I've imagined Garcia contacting him again and arranging a fight if he still wants to fight again.

It's not going to happen next year because he will prepare for his presidential bid and he will need a lot of time and if he wins in the election it's unlikely that he will fight again because of his position, maybe if he losses but that will be in the last quarter of next year when things are settling down in Philippines politics, but will people still interested to see him fight after this fight.
519  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin faces strong resistance to reach $50k? on: August 22, 2021, 01:08:24 AM
Not anymore Bitcoin is very close to reaching their $50k level and it's possible that before we enter the fourth quarter of the year we are going to enjoy Bitcoin hovering $51k to $52k level, not even the recent hacking news on Japan exchange can bring down the price of Bitcoin, the market is doing great right now, FUDS are still there but the market manages to move upwards.
520  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do poker and sports betting skills correlate? on: August 21, 2021, 11:57:05 PM
Today seeing the results of the Sportsbet.io ⚽ Brazil v Spain prediction game:

I noticed that all the guys in the top 3 were at some point participating in the Bitcointalk Poker Series. Now, it's not that a lot of people were participating there, somewhere around 30 ppl max, so I started wondering is there a correlation.

What are your thoughts on this, guys?
Yes, there's a possibility because both events involved deep analysis, study, and experience if those 3 participants in the top 3 have all these, there's a possibility that luck did not put them there but all the traits I've mentioned, but it's only a possibility there's no concrete evidence 3 subjects alone cannot make a fact.
