I think what you mean is the characteristic of a coin that would suffice a reason to invest with it? There's a lot to consider when thinking about buying in bulks. You can't just waste money and think it will poop more after investing. It should be carefully analyze like, team behind it checked individually, long term or short term type of industry and a lot more.
Recommendation: None. I don't like being blamed afterward.

This kind of news is very alert for those who invested a lot in Shiba. The best option now is to have a plan on how you can manage your holding and avoid getting rekt. It is really hard to lose your investment in case of a rugged pull.

Buying and investing in altcoins definitely the first thing to think about is wanting to get something that can be profitable, I can't avoid that. Henceforth I hold altcoins that have good long term potential besides bitcoin. But in some altcoins I do it in the near term, in other words to invest in the short term.
buy and hold altcoin that have regular demand on their ecosystem. layer 1 coins will be first on our investment , dot bnb eth solana will be first choice how they have demand for transaction fee. with regular demand as basic fundamental price could steady or even rise with the growth on ecosystem. |

I was deeply involved with ICO back in the day but these days, I'm not much active and I really don't have much idea which site provides better insights though I know most sites are biased and paid. I prefer to invest in BNB due to potential 10x in the next 5 years but can't say same for ETH. After so many years, the development speed is not what investors expect from Vitalik Buterin. While Binance as number one crypto exchange still leads on the industry and BNB price goes up logically. Both are good choices for long term investment btw.
ethereum having good step now after alot ethereum locked due their migration to POS. i am believe they have internal developtment that will make investors interested, Vitalik said they are concern to transaction gas fee and ideal fee should below 0,05 for each transaction. when their focus done and we have low gas, alot dev team will back to ethereum smart contract platform. bnb and eth was biggest platform to smart contract and have strong community, so investing both of them will give us more certainity. |

Let me know that who is getting profit these days  I think it's too risky to buy a lot of altcoins now but I still believe in bitcoin , ethereum , BNB , SOL. They are at the top of the rankings on Coinmarketcap I'm sure they can make it through the bear market without any drama. I took advantage of the bear market to buy the coins cheaper but not taking profit now, because I believe they are good for long term. I agree, I don't want to buy some new tokens right now, if I will try to buy some again it will need more and more research, many of the new projects in the market now cannot take the bear market, better to buy top 10 to 20 tokens/coins, check coingecko or coinmarketcap for the list. Right now I am keeping my small amount of bitcoin and matic, will try to hold until market gets green. buying new projects mean we must recognized its risk if rugpull happen, we know its hard to find legit projects in new project now due developers team quality . very rare to find dev team with high qualification and good attitude. top 10 cmc give us more certainity although its not 100% save due Luna case that happen recently. |

I really don't know. It is very hard to predict the price of altcoins right now. I will just keep my eye on my investment since I cannot predict the future of altcoins for 2022.
pick one of major caps in market and hold it for long term , we will gain huge return while bitcoin price recover. we know predicted market was so hard since market manipulation by whales started, they buy and sell all crypto currency to create volatility to shake retail investors. i am agree in this condition we must becarefull and maybe save our money also as good investment. |

Recently i read in news that eight suicides were reported for people affected by the collapse of Luna. The rest, who do not want to commit suicide, are surely still having hopes distributed by developers under the name of "new version of Luna" which is a fantasy.
Those affected may not be only individuals, as there are trading platforms that have savings of millions of dollars in Luna, and I am not surprised that they support the new currency, even if circumstantially, to compensate for the largest possible losses, even at the expense of users.
if exchanges didnt support new luna , they have no possibility to recover their initial value investment in Luna. there is no other choice to support it , with this support from many exchanges we still see any hope to see its price could back although could not reach its ATH anymore. it is so sad when we heard any people suicides , we took important lesson how risk management so important for us . with stop loss we could limit the loss that may happen in our investment . better lose some than all. |

I don't follow the news about it so I don't know for sure but there may be many projects that have the same fate as Luna's project. Such projects will still happen today and in the future, because cryptocurrencies can attract many investors to invest in their projects. If we have a problem, the solution must be to tell a trusted person to give advice so that the problem is solved, that if someone has a problem that will cause high frustration so immediately consult a friend or better psychologically, so all life problems will be solved if we have the intention to change for a better life. each us us usually have closed friend that often listen our problem when we could not save it and need to someone to talk about it. telling our problem will make us relax and feel happy although it doesnt give any solution. i am agree psychiatrist will be good place for us to pour out our hearts. dont trapped in any condition that make us will stress and have negative thinking about their life. |

It all started with a newbie, a few years ago I was also a newbie and dared to buy crypto like Ethereum, Waves, and so on, even when in 2017 many successful projects made me get a big profit, now too many projects that make us have to be selective and dyor .
investing in 2017 and 2022 was totally different, market participants now dominate and controll by whales. even we bought good coins, it could shaked by whales by spreading fud to market in order to make us panic. number of project also different, today there are alot projects occur everyday and most of them scam . so our research and observation will be the key for us to find legit projects. |

I think this is a well-laid plan by @stabelkwon only that the terra luna community is just finding out now. There are too many victims for this not to attract the legal bodies.
Yeah, before the Terra market crash, Terra dissolve its Terraform Labs before the collapse of both UST and Luna. Isn't this too much of a coincidence? Aside from that, they give a hint that the problem branches from the embezzlement of fund by their employee. This kind of news is really shady and I think they are trying to make an scapegoat instead of taking responsibility. investors faith now gone by several reason, there is no more true investment that made and now only speculation. with problem above , DO kwon have no more reputation in crypto space. investment company will not support him any more if he could not give best solution to this problem. so far there is no significant action from them and luna still steady in limited range. |

HEX coins were previously considered Ponzi coins because the scheme is almost the same as Ponzi, but I don't think that's completely true I think almost all coins that exist in Crypto are the same as Ponzi, but what makes them successful is how they can be developed to be better , and I feel that in HEX, maybe for a small amount of money it is very good to invest in HEX because the price is still cheap at the moment.

Yes, I think now is a pretty good time to buy ethereum, because since a few months ago the price of Ethereum has decreased to 50% of its current price, from $4000 and now only $2000. then this is an opportunity for us to make long-term investments. and I believe the price of ethereum will continue to increase in the future up to $5000 to $6000. and this is my opinion. and i have done it. because I don't want to be a spectator when a BULLISH market occurs. maybe ethereum price still have more leg down before bounce hard, current price etherum still drop again from 2091 to 1973 and selling pressure looks strong. we must carefull and dont be hurry decided entering market. bitcoin or etherum maybe will test previous low and then continue climbing |

I was actually shocked to hear that from cz, that was a huge amount of money that went under the bridge. This luna incident really affects many investors, retailers, whales and even exchange like binance. I know binance is a big exchange and may not feel the impact of this loss but am sad for the retailers and small investors who had their life savings on luna, i think for their sake, Do kwon needs to do something to save luna so that investors can recover their loss.
i am believe CZ angry with this condition now, 1.6 billions was huge amount even that for exchanges like binance . imagine what kinds of developtment can start with this money ? Luna really make all market participants shock , from retailer till whales suffering huge loss and maybe profits from previous project gone only in few days only. |
