I think we don't talk about Fiat only but talking about physical currency. Even if Fiat is no longer exist, we still have coins currency made from gold or silver or copper. So, don't worry about losing values of physical currency as the chance is almost impossible for me. In addition, we cannot use digital currency in all situation, how if there will be no internet. 1. Developers : They can reach all the goals of the project and be successful as the targets.
2. Investors : They can invest in good coins with high volume on top exchanges. And the project is likely to last a long time with its quality.
3. Bounty/airdrop hunters : They can get free coins and available to trade in any exchanges.
