I don’t know how people can be so careless in sending money to wrong address when they have made everything easy for one to be able to copy the right address, it is only when an hacking tools has been installed on the computer that we can say maybe the address has been changed, but to send to a wrong address is a mistake that should not have happened. All the time that I have been sending and receiving bitcoin, I don't think there has ever been any mistake as I am always careful. 

Before I send the fund, I check the address over again to be sure that the address is correct and that I am sending it to the real address that the money is meant to go to. You are very correct, it is better that I use the devil that I know than the angel that I don’t know. I would not have even been involved in any other cryptocurrency other than bitcoin, but the other currencies are still necessary evil, they still meet up in their own way to some of our needs.

I have used some altcoins to actually make money in trading and I think that is what they are very much useful for, short term trading and investment, but for a long term usefulness, technology wise and level of transaction accuracy with strong security, I think that bitcoin still cannot be competed with, bitcoin is still the most reliable cryptocurrency in the universe for its true nature, which is why people prefer to stick with it more. If all coins no longer exist, only bitcoin will still stand and you can see how the government is really finding it hard to ban it.

I think that it all depends on the individual in question, for someone that is like me, I easily get distracted and I find it difficult to focus when I am in the midst of crowd gambling. For the hype of bitcoin, bears are the causes of this, they are the ones that has not really allowed the market to grow and get to where it ought to be, there is need for the bulls to take over if we really want the bitcoin graph to increase, if bitcoin goes to $16k today, check twitter tomorrow and see if the popularity of bitcoin would not increase again.
