5021  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tail Hedging Bitcoin? on: June 13, 2021, 07:12:24 AM
Thought we did not yet know how severe the correction may be but we definitely know there will be significant corrections after bitcoin had attained all-time-high of over $60000. Many experts are predicting bitcoin price not to fall below $20000, but some are thinking it might. But if bitcoin price fall below $20000, definitely many people will buy bitcoin which will increase the price back above $20000, even this may not take long time period.
5022  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What Is The Best Tether Wallet (USDT) | I Need Web Base | Low Transaction Fee on: June 12, 2021, 08:46:55 PM
Top USDT wallets?
https://coinswitch.co/news/tether-wallet

#1 MyEtherWallet (MEW)
#2 OmniWallet
#3 Tether Wallet https://wallet.tether.to/app/#!/login
#4 Coinomi
#5 Exodus
#6 Ledger Nano S

This is updated list. Choose what suits you out.
Almost all the wallets you mentioned are close source, is Trezor not supporting ERC20, Omini layer and TRC20? Then why is it not included. There are some wallet you mentioned like MyEtherWallet that do not support TRC20 USDT, any wallet that does not support TRC20 should not be considered. The best wallet for tether are TRC20 token wallets which have low fees.

...
It is not only about copy and paste, spamming generally will result to ban, these are what newbies to have in mind for not to be banned. But there are still many other rules newbies must abide to, there are many other reasons a member can be banned, but plagiarism, copy/paste and spamming are the main reasons why newbies are banned.

Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ

*The question is if this is what the forum is, it will give a second chance to correct the mistake?
Why second chance?

*The forum has no options for correcting mistakes?
Permaban is the correction because those that are banned will evade the ban, that is another rule violation.
5024  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Do y'all know a website that rewards btc or any coin by solving captchas? on: June 12, 2021, 05:28:02 PM
So what are some ways to earn income online? I will get a job but what are some things I can do at home?
Bitcoin is money, to earn money is not easy but there are few things you can do to earn money.

1. Try to be a reputed member and grow your bitcointalk's account, you will be able to join a signature campaign on this forum
2. You can try bounty campaigns too but there are many fake projects but there will some that will favor you
3. You can try and wait until price decrease, buying and hold for long like a year or more.

There are still more ways like blogging and advertising.
5025  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Centralized and kyc platforms can pose risks in the future on: June 12, 2021, 04:13:06 PM
In ny country, I used a centralized exchange and also a wallet where you know that I don't have the private key or mnemonic phrase for the wallet but so far I don't have issues using it.
Many cryptocurrency traders go for centralized exchanges over decentralized ones. I can't blame them because I use centralized exchanges from time to time as well. But there is no reason to use a custodial wallet with your bitcoin when there are so many good non-custodial options available. No one who used any of the hacked exchanges in the past had any problems with them either until something bad happened. Keep that in mind. Things worked great until one day they didn't. It's better to keep the risks of losing coins as low as possible.
That is just it, there are differences between privacy and security, using exchanges to buy cryptocurrencies can make someone not to have privacy, but there are still security measures that can help to secure the coin safely on noncustodial wallet, any cryptocurrency that is not active for trading on exchanges should be moved to noncustodial wallet like hardware wallet for safety of the coin, leaving it on exchanges makes it not safe unlike having the mnemonic. What is most worst thing about custodial wallet is that users do not have complete control over the coins, the control can be overridden by the wallet company, if it is not your key, it is not your coin on blockchain nakamura12.
5026  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Do y'all know a website that rewards btc or any coin by solving captchas? on: June 12, 2021, 03:11:57 AM
You're referring to Bitcoin faucets right? It's literally one of the worst ways of earning BTC, that you might as well just work at McDonalds and use your wages to but BTC.

But if I can't change your mind, probably one of the biggest is freebitco.in.
To earn bitcoin on faucet sites like freebitco.in, someone needs to solve captcha every hour, but there are still other sites which the OP is talking about, the sites can bring out as many as possible captcha in just an hour depending on how fast they are solved, as one is solved, another one pop up. I have used such site before, but it is also not profitable, solving 1000 captcha to earn just $10 makes me leave the site during that time, it is just an absolute waste of time and effort.
5027  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: We are all gamblers. on: June 11, 2021, 12:29:15 PM
What humans deemed as gambling is when you are risking money or properties for something very risky in order to have more money or properties while in the process you can lose your money or property that your staked for it. People that smoke or drink alcohol or womanize are not deemed gambling because they are not doing it for anything in return that is related to profit or loss in money wise, if to say they are doing it to receive more money in such a way they can lose or gain, it can be deemed as gambling too. Anything that you will do that is not risky in a way to either gain money/property or lose it is not gambling. Which means those examples above are not gambling.
5028  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tron network possible on Metamask? on: June 11, 2021, 10:52:47 AM
Metamask wallet is an ERC20 tokens wallet, not for TRC20, I will suggest you to use TrustWallet that support both (ERC20 and TRC20) and also supporting BSC (BEP20)
5029  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What Is The Best Tether Wallet (USDT) | I Need Web Base | Low Transaction Fee on: June 11, 2021, 08:13:09 AM
If you are looking for web based wallet then MEW is the best ever wallet in terms of convenience.
I do not agree with you. In term of safety, I will recommend hardware wallet like Trezor and Ledger Nano, but in term of convenience, I will recommend Trustwallet, but it is close source wallet. Is MyEtherWallet an open source wallet?

Also is MyEtherWallet supporting TRC20 USDT? Also is it supporting BEP20 USDT? These are the two that can be sued with low fee. I will not suggest anyone to use Omini layer and ERC20 USDT because the fee is too much, but trust wallet support all, even including the BEP20 and TRC20.
5030  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Can a poor man get his chance to be rich in Crypto? on: June 11, 2021, 07:45:15 AM

It is not possible to make 1 million dollar from $1 unless he was extremely lucky and won the lottery at the first buy, but for someone who wants to be rich needs to multiply the capital amount no matter how much it is.

For instance if someone have $1 then their goal is to make $10 with their hardwork then invest the $10 back and convert into 100 and it has to go on.
Bitcoin was less than $1 before, like around $0.03, there was a time bitcoin got to $63500 or around that price. With $1 investment, that will amount to over $1 million, so never say it is impossible, but the chance can be slim. Also just from last year (2020) to the first quarter of this year (2021), there has been coins that moved 300x, if someone below average just have believe in the coin and invested in it, won't he become rich?
5031  Other / Off-topic / Re: UFC champion, Amanda Nunes challenges Kim Kardashian to a fight on: June 11, 2021, 07:38:59 AM
Yes you're right, it's not even funny. Kim Kardashian is not an athlete and can't do almost any sport because of her implants and the plastic surgery she underwent. It would be more amazing to see Amanda Nunes defying a real athlete like Serena Williams. With adapted rules and some handicaps put on Amanda Nunes, a fight like that could be interesting but not a fight against a random non-athletic celebrity.
In my opinion, challenging Kim Kardashian is just a meme like I once posted, even challenging people like Serena Williams is not appropriate, what that will be appropriate about this is for her to challenge mixed martial artists that fall under her category, rather than challenging people that she knows will not even welcome his offer rather than a meme. Or she can challenge a wrestler which is similar, also challenging people in other fighting sports will be appropriate.
5032  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Economic Costs of Gambling on: June 11, 2021, 07:24:12 AM
Gamblers should know that and take full responsibilities, the government may bring some rules to avoid addictions but gamblers are the one that really responsible in controlling their actions each time they are inside the gambling house,

though most of the time, the government are more focus in taking profits out of gambling and  not really caring for the welfare of their citizen, as long as the business are producing taxes,

They'll allow the business to facilitate and continue either online or offline shores.
What I see to this is that gambling sites will indicate that no one less than 18 should use their service, only 18 and above can gamble using gambling platforms, 18 year is old enough to know the rights and wrongs. But gambling can be addictive, that is where the problem comes in, but the gambling sites do have a page that address the issue of addiction, I also remembered when I once used bet365, there were many restrictions to gambling in a way not to lose much, but I did everything possible to by-pass it all in order to make us of large amount of money, I was an addict and I lost so much money.

What I noticed is that in countries gambling is not restricted or banned, the governments will only go for profits, it is individual and communities that should focus on how people can become not addited to it, and how addicts can become not addicted again to gambling. Even if people are blaming governments that they have nothing to offer to protect gamblers, yet governments will not be concerned.
5033  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Economic Costs of Gambling on: June 10, 2021, 02:50:28 AM
Not only the casinos but the government as well, they are the ones giving license and regulate the casinos and some of them are also operating a lottery and gambling casinos, both of them do not think the welfare of gamblers and instead just focus on how to make revenues, they are good partners victimizing people who have no control in gambling, they both share the blame.
That is true, the governments do not focus on the welfare of gamblers, but what do you want the government to do? Should they turn to a gambler advisors? Which is not possible. Gamblers should know how risky gambling is, they should be contented and not gamble with an amount of money that can get them into problem. Also gambling is not allowed in some countries because of the negative effective which is addiction, but yet you will see people in such control trying all means to by-paes the law and gamble both offline and online.
5034  Other / Off-topic / Re: UFC champion, Amanda Nunes challenges Kim Kardashian to a fight on: June 10, 2021, 02:38:33 AM
Is this a joke and she just challenge Kim because they have personal problems with each other?
I do not think both have any beef or any person issue with each other, Amanda Nunes is only joking around to bring up what could not be possible. It is clear that Kim Kardashia will not have to think about this two times and laugh about it, it is just not possible for this kind of fight to occur, just a meme tweet as said.

5036  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Looking escrow that support accounts on: June 08, 2021, 08:25:04 PM
WTB account from other bitcointalk user, searching for escrow that support that.

PM who can do it. I will select only best reputation users.
I do not against you to buy ranked bitcointalk member account, but you will like to read this topic that I created like few months ago

Sales of bitcointalk account must be discouraged

Those are the cons of buying bitcointalk account, what if the account is even an hacked account? If the real owner is able to sign a message with an old address, that is how you will easily lose the bought account. I will advise you to create a new account yourself because you will not like yourself if the account seller is a scammer.
5037  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Co-founder and CEO of Avenue Capital Group lamented he should have bitcoin on: June 08, 2021, 07:45:28 PM
I do not know the reason why some people will report that bitcoin is dying when the price plummeted, there is another recent crash since yesterday but I like what the CEO of Avenue Capital Group said about bitcoin. He said the market has been established. I believe that too, also when in the past years when bitcoin level of adoption is not as strong as of this time, the price did fluctuated, decreased during the process but increased back and reach all-time-high, bitcoin is just a digital asset that can not be ignored.

Marc Lasry, co-founder and CEO of Avenue Capital Group, believes that despite recent volatility in the crypto market, it likely isn’t going away. In a Tuesday interview with CNBC’s Squawk Box, Lasry said that while the price of Bitcoin (BTC) could go anywhere from $20,000 to $100,000, the market has been established, implying it is unlikely to go to zero.

5038  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where is giveaway thread? on: June 08, 2021, 06:58:50 PM
I want to earn free BTC, but I do not know how to do it. Whould someone help me to do it?
You can try faucet sites like Freebitco.in, but the earning is not encouraging.
You can try pay-to-click sites but the earning is also not encouraging, also you can be directed to scam sites, many people have complained how they have been scammed through this method on pay to click sites.
You can try to participate in some airdrops, but if VIP fee is is demanded for, this is a scam, also many information collected during airdrop and other free giveaways can be used in phishing attacks.
You can try some bounty campaigns on this forum, but some can lead to exit scam
You can try bitcoin signature campaigns on this forum, it is highly recommended but you will need to be a ranked member before joining one.
You can decide to wait for bitcoin price to dump so that you can hodl

You should be very careful, the process of some people finding ways to earn bitcoin led them to scammers and they were scammed.
5039  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Can a poor man get his chance to be rich in Crypto? on: June 08, 2021, 01:12:13 AM
It depends on the definition of the poor. If a person is so poor to the extent he can not even be able to afford a broswing device like Android or computer, such person can not even make it into crypto because of the level of poverty he is experiencing. But if someone is not that poor, but yet below average, exposure and knowledge about crypto can help him. If doge can increased 30x in less than a year from $0.0022 to over $0.7 this year, that means there are opportunities for such people to become rich. Not even only Doge that increased to such large value, almost all cryptocurrencies in the first 500 according to marketcap all really increased. This is not yet the last opportunity as another big event which is bitcoin halving is coming again by 2024, people will fomo again and another opportunity for the below average people to become rich.
5040  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What Is The Best Tether Wallet (USDT) | I Need Web Base | Low Transaction Fee on: June 07, 2021, 05:35:20 PM
The most secure and safe wallet for tether are hardware wallets like trezor or ledger nano, but if you need hot wallet for it, there are some wallets that support it, but all that I know are close source unlike bitcoin that we still have open source wallets for. I used Trustwallet for tether, it even support TRC20 USDT, but it is close source wallet.
