Mi sembrava un attimo strano il discorso prestito (anche perchè il tuo collaterale è bloccato senza una data precisa etc etc)

Con "accollarsi il debito" intendo dire che come debitore Binance mi sembra abbastanza solvibile, andando a naso è un rischio che prenderei (con la giusta %). No non faccio trading di NPL.

Sometimes shitcoin decide to make a big jump. After starting in some well known blockchain they will launch their own project.

I don't know if this is can call a "SCAM" but for sure is a big warning against such type of project and people behind it.

SMARTX has been launched as erc20 tokens.  After a while they launched their own wallet/blockchain.

Everyone asked for years and years when and how to swap old tokens and never a date or more info have been told.
Well, first we have to wait YEARS without information, and then, shit coin admin decide to made a swap in just 2 weeks.
Admin in telegram @dmvlzh gently has banned me has after I have clearly showed that they have setup just 2 weeks for swap this token.
And of course now it's too late Grin to have this swap made.

It's something scammy that they allowed a very restricted time frame for this swap meanwhile we have been ignored for years.
Of course the 75% of coins have been produced with old erc20 tokens 

The lesson is simple today. Never waste your time or any effort in shit coin.

why some one should pay 1$ for this token? it has a real use cases? it's a one-of-a-kind project?
it is something that can really help people or a company?
if the answer to all of these questions is no, or nothing, this is why it's something close to impossible see this token at 1$.

pumpare shitcoin a caso è praticamente regalare soldi agli sconosciuti in strada.
a meno che si ha davvero una grossa fetta di questa shitcoin ed altri operatori pronti ad intervenire, anche su altri exchange.
L'exchange è un limite non da poco visto le tempistiche per processare le transazioni ed (in alcuni casi) il rischio di venire scammati.

Esistono alcuni di questi gruppi pump and dump su telegram.
Mai utilizzati, la maggior parte sono semplici scam e  fanno da specchietto per allodole, invitando a pumpare coin che in realtà qualcun altro sta dumpando

axie allow you to play (at least you have some endless fun) while you can earn some tokens.
I think some NFT are more similar to CK then axie. Likewise games Footbattle.

Personally I don't want suggest to anyone invest in NFT unless very rare case.

Since it will be public, normally any company prefer to reply quickly as possible/find an agreement or even provide some compensation in case of loss or damage.
I don't think "Polizia Postale" or a "lawyer" can be something helpful or at least that worth the effort, but meanwhile they are "thinking" about my money I will try to "shake" they a bit with AltroConsumo.
