5021  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Ethereum overpower Bitcoin in the future? Which side are you on? on: September 03, 2020, 01:54:43 PM
Ethereum is awesome, I love ethereum, I think it will go up in price a lot as well, it is definitely undervalued right now and if you have any money to invest to it I say it is much better to invest into ethereum right now instead of investing into bitcoin because eth could do 3x in the next 4 months where I see bitcoin not making that much stride.

However there is no way ethereum could surpass bitcoin overall, sure a faster increase sooner but that doesn't mean that it will pass it, we are talking about 25x or so increase while bitcoin staying still, that is not realistic. 25x increase is not something to scuff at, that is record breaking by almost 10 times and I do not think that something like that could happen while the market just sits around and watches it doing it.
5022  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Proud partner of Southampton FC 🚀 on: September 02, 2020, 05:36:38 PM
I feel like live betting on UFC or similar fighting related ones would have been a lot better if given option, most of the time a lot of time do not have live betting (and I do not mean sportsbet, I mean in general) plus if you could have a live betting for F1 for example, it would usually go down with same route as the pre-race one as well.. it is Hamilton, but if you ever end up seeing Hamilton not doing well, have a problem, maybe a crash whatever and get DQ, that means the lead is wide open and it could be anyone, probably verstappen so you could live bet that as well.

I am not a huge Tennis fan so I would never know the feeling of live betting on Tennis, it could be the best one ever, but I feel like the ones I listed could be quite nice as well given a chance.
5023  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▄■▀■▄ 🌟BITVEST.io🌟 💰WIN BY 🔶PLAY 📈INVEST➡🔺🎲🎰🔲 | (NEW!) BETTING CONTESTS on: September 02, 2020, 04:12:22 PM
Just checking in to say,,, invest options seem to be looking up ever since you did the adjustments and used investor funds for the daily contests, which I think seem to be working in generating more interest (at least from what I can see in my bankroll). Well done to BV again! Have you seen more wagering happen?
I believe how a place uses the investors money actually defines the future of that place as well, I believe that bitvest has done some great work with it and they have used it to not only increase the gamblers count and the amount wagered but they also used it to even increase the investor fund itself with it as well.

They know how to do marketing, they probably just lacked the money for it, I have no idea if lightlord is just a manager of sorts, CEO type situation or the owner himself but he is around the gambling world, you can see his name in many places and I feel like that is because dude knows gambling and gamblers and even investors as well as anyone in the crypto world. He is not too "active" as in he doesn't chat that much, however at least he shows up time to time to notify of things to people which is extra cool.
5024  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fundamental Analysis or Technical Analysis - which is more important? on: September 02, 2020, 02:51:57 PM
I believe that you can combine them both if you really want to make a change, you do not have to follow just the one or the other, you can make both of them work at the same time if you really want to. For example? You could check the TA as much as you want, start with that, it is the most important part and with more you check the more chances you are going to face because putting time in research is the most important part.

Let's say you did all the legwork and you found something that could help you out, that moment you switch into fundamental, at that point you start to read the gossip places and you start to read the news and that way you now have one coin you want to invest in because of TA but you also know what people are saying about it as well.
5025  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which type of trading you think is good? on: September 02, 2020, 01:49:37 PM
The one you know obviously, the more you know the more you can do, if you think there is a set configure that could help you with making money you are very wrong, I am sure that people actually think like that, there is some sort of quick way of making money, do this type of trading or do this type and you will definitely make money! Well that doesn't exist, you can't make money that way, you are going to end up losing money.

This is why I agree that people should actually focus on learning, learn whatever you want and learn how to do it however you want and that is why I want to make sure that you know what you are doing, if you know what you are doing you are going to profit from it, that is why just study your things and whatever it is as long as you do it well you will profit.
5026  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Outrageous trading fees, should I switch to stocks? on: September 02, 2020, 10:08:39 AM
I get that crypto could sometimes be not worthy of your time because it is not what people made you believe what it is, everyone talked about how bitcoin is the new money but you look at it and you see it taking about an hour to come to your wallet and you had to spend 10 bucks for it, and I get that it could be frustrating to have something like that, however that doesn't mean that it would be like that all the time.

You want faster transactions? Withdraw altcoins instead of bitcoin itself, you want cheaper? Use the coins that costs the least amount when withdrawing in the fee structure. You want to actually use it? Find what you want to use it for and check if there is any altcoins specific to that industry. There are tons of ways you could avoid high fee's without going to fully fiat route.
5027  Economy / Speculation / Re: Top 5 reasons I see $100k in next 2 years on: September 02, 2020, 09:24:33 AM
The top reason why I see bitcoin going up (even if not to 100k) in the next 2 years is the fact that every single day 900 bitcoins not getting mined thanks to the halving. By calculation we are talking about that is 10 million dollars, we are talking about 10 million dollars gone every single day, that is 300 million dollars a month and about 3.6 billion dollars a year.

There is really no way that market could handle that much missing money to be covered with all the new sellers, sure people could keep selling but with about 3.6 billion less money on sell side of things, the price has to go up, I don't know how much but it has to go up. After all we are talking about actually being on the buy side and how it could just stay the same and still make it bigger.
5028  Economy / Speculation / Re: Your plans for the coming bull on: September 01, 2020, 07:09:40 PM
I do not have any other plan then I used to have, it is basically the same amount of bull run and I am not going to make any changes at all on them. I wanted to keep grinding more and more bitcoin and some ethereum as well in the following months and if the price keeps going up that means I am going to spend same amount of usdt while I would be getting less amount of bitcoin and ethereum.

I can't change the amount of usd I can spend on my investments, in fact it gets lower and lower lately, due to the pandemic I was lucky enough to keep working (and even work more) and make a ton of money because I am a freelancer and more people needed me, but now that economy is back on track for the past 2 months or so I haven't made the same money so I haven't saved enough. I am not planning on selling no matter what the price becomes.
5029  Economy / Speculation / Re: Something unexpected needs to happen? on: September 01, 2020, 03:42:06 PM
The sad thing about bitcoin is the fact that unexpected things could happen in crypto a lot, we are talking about something so volatile and so unregulated that tomorrow there could be 5 billion dollars worth of bitcoin bought and nobody would be shocked, I mean they would be a little shocked but it is not illegal or there is no laws against it, if someone wants to do it they can do it, do you know how hard it is to make a 5 billion dollar purchase for any stock?

It would take weeks even months of getting ready for something like that to happen, in crypto it takes just few hours for the transaction to be confirmed and that's it. That is why do not really put all your eggs in the crypto market, unexpected stuff happens here all the time and you could be not ready when that happens.
Unfortunately we do not have the high liquidity to make any of this work for now, it looks like bitcoin is not moving around at all this week as well, it would probably rest at where it is right now for a while and collect itself, there will be people who accumulate, there will be people who do high leveraged futures, and in the end when bitcoin gets a bit more attention, or someone takes the big first step, the price will start to move again, without that it will just keep on staying like this.

People forget that stagnant bitcoin is something as well, they all remember the volatile bitcoin but they are forgetting that volatile bitcoin happens in between the stagnant bitcoin moments, it is not moving 10%+ every single hour of every single day, that only happens like once a week on average.
5030  Economy / Economics / Re: The number of jobless people has crossed one million in US - worrying sign? on: September 01, 2020, 02:46:29 PM
I feel like this also shows that the world can continue with this many people unemployed as well, isn't it? I mean not like we are all dying right now, nor the products are not there, nor the movies are not made or commercials are not there. The whole world continues, maybe not as awesome as it was but it still continues, nothing is holding up that much right now.

It shows you that the only reason why tens of millions of people were employed because it is easier that way and not this way, companies can continue a lot easier that way, right now they are having trouble. It shows you that automation and not just in robotics or industry but in everything has gone skyrocket. We could soon become a world where nobody "has to" work and everyone can just get UBI from HUGE companies that makes tens of billions in revenue.
5031  Economy / Economics / Re: I have discovered Something about covid 19 on: September 01, 2020, 07:01:08 AM
You know what is sad about the real situation? When you ask democrats, they say that only thing that is needed is cops actually arresting people, not like they want them to be let go free, just taze them and handcuff them and put them back of the cop car where they can't leave, and they will be sent to jail and appear in front of a judge and get their sentence if they are really wrong. That is all, let's say they have a knife, well taze them?

Let's say they have a gun and pointing at you, shoot them at that moment. So as you can see just because someone is criminal doesn't mean cops could shoot them, there is NO justification, taze them, handcuff them and put them in the car, simple as that. Republicans on the other hand want to kill the protestors who want to protest the racial injustice, HOW IS THAT THE SAME?
5032  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid 19 shows how weak People are in the it mind on: September 01, 2020, 06:05:13 AM
This is basically what banks want you to do as well. Think about it, you are a bank and you need income, if a lot of people suddenly starts taking out a loan, you are using the money you have to give out loans to people and they will be paying you money back with interest every month, that is income that everyone would love to have.

I mean let's say you have 10 thousand dollars, you give to 10 people with 4 thousand dollars each (banks are allowed to give more loans than the money they have) which means 40 thousand dollars you loaned to people, they will pay about 60 thousand dollars with interest over course of 5 years, wouldn't you consider that a great business?

I would totally go for something like that, being a bank is awesome for the bank while awful for everyone else. Hence, if you do what OP says, you are only making banks happy.
5033  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲EarnBet.io - $50 FREE Bitcoin Sign Up Bonus Right Now! 🎲Provably Fair 🎲BTC ₿ on: August 31, 2020, 07:18:38 PM
I still support the idea that 1 year is a lot better if you are going in deep, it is not a huge amount of time and you would be getting 2.25 of what you normally would on top of that you are making extra profit from waiting as well since bet token has a potential to go up and be requested. So, what you put could be 100 dollars, but in return you will be capable of getting dividends, getting staking profit, getting extra multiplier and there is a chance of token getting bigger price.

Compared to that one month is only 1.25 and I doubt anything serious could happen that quickly, sure that would be a great way to test it so you would know what you are doing, but after the test, if you like it you should consider 1 year, even 2 years so that you could make more money, I am saving up for 5 years honestly.
5034  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Proud partner of Southampton FC 🚀 on: August 31, 2020, 06:48:56 PM
NBA games have been going quite well, I have played on Nuggets to tie the series last night and they gave me just that! It was awesome and I feel relief that I wasn't wrong, they are really close to each other in talent levels as well, we are going to game 7 and even on first rounds game 7's are always awesome, you do not know who will be the favorites, odds could show one thing but to be realistic, if one team was so much better the game 7 wouldn't have happened.

It is sad that Clippers won last night, I really wanted to see a game 7 there as well but I knew the moment KP was out, Dallas was too tired and inexperienced to keep up with Clippers one more time, PG wasn't that bad neither last game so maybe he recovered and it all worked out for me. Things are getting awesome very soon.
5035  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will 2021 be the year of Litecoin? on: August 31, 2020, 06:13:34 PM
Litecoin needs to get rid of Charlie and basically all of the litecoin team, without doing that they will not be able to have any year at all. Do you guys remember in late 2019 or maybe early 2020, they literally had an idea of paying the team a small amount of money at the transaction fee's like the miners so that the team would be paid and they could work on litecoin to make it better with the money they get from there. That was literally litecoin team saying "pay us so we work" and that is not really cool in crypto world.

You either work to make litecoin better for free because you want to make litecoin better to begin with, or you do not work for litecoin team, that position should be filled with people who are voluntarily doing that job and not people who do it for the money.
5036  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fastest cryptocurrency blockchain to make a token on: August 31, 2020, 05:12:07 PM
Forget about all the other ones, just focus on either ethereum or binance and that is enough for you, never go for other ones because the additional features that they might bring it do not really worth the time and effort that would be required for what you are missing to  be handled.

In the ethereum version we are talking about using the most common one and they will definitely be able to find you and investors will trust you and basically all around it will be like many other coins but that is a good thing not to be weird and untrustworthy in this market, you will be capable of actually showing the process of how you made it. Or binance you can use so that you could get listed, IEO in this day and age is very important for funding but also getting listed on exchanges as well.
5037  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Investing/trading Opportunities for stable returns? on: August 30, 2020, 06:53:42 PM
I would say even though it is definitely not stable at all, putting your money into bitcoin and doing that every month (just have a stable purchase of bitcoin at same amount) for a long time could be a stable income, I know it is moving up and down a lot but if you do it long term enough you are not going to have too much change because the daily ones do not matter to you, it could go down to 8k or go up to 15k but in the end if it goes down to 12k you would be around the same, as you can see it moved so much but you ended up with around the same.

Hence I believe bitcoin is a stable income thing, just not stable during while you are holding but in the long run it is definitely a stable thing, just focus on that instead of anything more risky because there are plenty of risky things.
5038  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Virtual trading before actual one - pros and cons on: August 30, 2020, 05:25:32 PM
I guess this topic has been a bit of a real head scratcher because in the same span of few hours there has been two topics about it. I mean this is actually not a new thing, practice trading has been around for over 10 years in the regular stock market and in crypto it has been around at least 4 years I know of, I don't know if it has been around even longer. So, why did people suddenly get interested in this? Not like it is a brand new thing that we should be excited about.

Anyway I hope that people would actually find an answer because I feel like I know my answer but maybe different people have different approaches? Some people may think of it one way and some people may think of it another way, I can't really say which one is correct, maybe even the results do change like that.
5039  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin can fall up to $9k or rise up to $17k - which one will happen. on: August 30, 2020, 03:42:52 PM
The price is not really looking like it is going down that easily. We have seen over $12k and that was a great moment however one thing is for sure, when it went down it could have hit the $9k price as well but it didn't that means bitcoin is not bearish, if it was bearish the price would have hit lower but it didn't that means buyers are still around and they are still keeping the price higher as well, that is why I believe it is hitting $17k first, not because it is bullish but because it is not bearish at all.

Being bullish and being "not bearish" are different things and I believe right now the price is not bearish which means the price is doing alright for now and until something changes and it becomes bearish there won't be anymore falls and that is why I believe we are going to do well.
I feel like whatever happens will happen very quickly, we have been stable once again for a while and there hasn't been anything that really changed recently, so that really makes you hopeful about the future of bitcoin and crypto, if the price has been so stable for so long, shouldn't it move very soon? That is what people really assume because nobody thinks bitcoin could be the same price for over a month, we all know eventually it has to change.

Look at the moment we broke over 11k, ever since that moment we have been expecting bitcoin to finally go above 15k for the first time since 2017 peak and some others expected it to go down, and for the longest time it hasn't done that. We are right now at longest time bitcoin has been over 11k, even when we became 20k we dropped under 11k quicker. So, that has to mean something.
5040  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin ETF by 2nd quarter of 2021? on: August 29, 2020, 03:46:34 PM
What do people think will change when there is an Bitcoin ETF and there is billions changing hands there? I mean we are talking about another layer of bitcoin not actually being owned but just the thought of it being owned and that is not great at all.

Think about it, people are putting money on the fact that bitcoin will go up or down without actually buying bitcoin itself, and I rather not have that in crypto.

We already got the financial systems "futures" thing and now people can make profit from bitcoin going down because of that, which caused a lot of people spending tens of millions of dollars trying to drop the price in order to profit, I do not want another feature that would help people focus on anything but to just own bitcoin and have it on their wallet like it was intended to be.
