I think by the end of June hopefully will see a bit of a fall down of this pandemic.The La Liga I hope it can resume because the games will be played without spectators so there is no that big of a risk if all the players are checked 5-23 days before the games start and they all result negative to the virus. It is just rumour. All plans of governements are depended on the epidemic which in turn will affect the decisions for Premier League. I believe Premier League will only return only one month after everything will be cooled down. For example, the Wuhan has been closely and partially re-openned, and if the same thing happens with England, let's say in June, then the Premier League can return to play in July. And I believe if matches come back, they will be taken place in close stadiums, for safety.
