The .xyz site has fallen from it's perch atop google's search results. The fake "dark net" site has claimed that spot. Still no sign of chipmixer.com on the front page, but at least chipmixer's profile here on the forum is now the 4th result. That's an improvement. Things seem to have changed again. The fake .xyz site is at the top again, the DarknetOne site is 2nd, and this ANN thread is in the 5th place. But there are good news from DuckDuckGo. A search for "chipmixer" now results in https://chipmixer.com/ being the first search result. The site was nowhere to be found the last time I tried it.

So you are back after 3 years. Has anyone on Bitcointalk ever used your services? There is no feedback to your name and the business is being done off-site. How would someone benefit from using your escrow services rather than getting in touch with a trusted forum member who has already completed numerous deals and takes a smaller cut? Judging by the OP, you haven't updated your fees.

Ronaldo will prefer clubs like PSG, Bayern Munich or Chelsea but he will not play for other clubs in Premier League with his love and loyalty for Manchester United. PSG and Bayern Munich can be his choice if he actually leaves Manchester United. Bayern's philosophy is opposite of that of Cristiano Ronaldo. For Ronaldo, it's his interests first and foremost and then everything else. Bayern is a club that similarly to the German national team relies on team spirit. Ronaldo would be jeopardizing that with his ego and selfishness. Unity for the common goal and that goal is winning and ending up in first place. The German football team is nicknamed "die Mannschaft", which means "the team". Ronaldo wants newspaper headlines, best goal scorer awards, and personal fame. Ronaldo is a superstar but as selfish as they get. Don't forget that this player left Juventus 3 days before the end of the summer mercato after spending the entire summer promising he would stay. That left the team in a vulnerable position where they didn't have time to plan out and find a suitable replacement.

That's a terrible idea. I have no idea what intentions you have, maybe they are bad, maybe they aren't, but there is no reason to trust a random site with personal information. There are many offline ways to secure seeds and passwords and they should never be stored on someone's server somewhere. Since when did your keys your coins become everyone's keys, but still only your coins?
Hopefully you can use the feedback from this thread to create something the community will find useful, not privacy and security invasive.

You can't be liquidated if you aren't involved in leverage or margin trading. Some people who do that have no idea what they are doing anyway. All they see is the BTC signs or dollar symbols in front of their eyes telling them they can make 10x or 100x more with margin trading. But they don't take into account that the chances to lose it all are significantly higher as well. Don't play around with financial instruments you don't know much about on dubious exchanges, and don't store your coins there. Exchange, trade, and withdraw to your private wallet. You won't have to worry about liquidated positions then.

For example, a user could ignore Electrum signature authentication or otherwise compromise their wallet, which would be a really unfortunate event. Is it possible to make a fatal mistake here? Like PrivacyG mentioned above, there shouldn't be a way for you to compromise your Bitcoin because hardware wallets were designed not to be affected by malware. Even if you downloaded a fake wallet, it can't get to your private keys or seed unless you get tricked into typing it in somewhere. If the fake Electrum wallet can send Bitcoin to an address of your choice, you should in theory be able to use it. Still, that doesn't mean one should care less about security because they have a hardware wallet where the keys can't be touched. A fake wallet could come with other types of malware that could make your system unsafe. Keylogging software, for example.

It also depends on the wallet.
If you use Electrum, then yes. You have to create a new legacy wallet. If you have a Ledger hardware wallet and use Ledger Live, you can create new Bitcoin accounts for all 3 types of Bitcoin addresses. 4 if you consider Taproot as well. Be default, LL will create a native segwit account, but with a few clicks you can change it to legacy if needed. Why a legacy wallet would be needed in 2022 is a different story.

And by posting this, I've spoiled it If you want, we can report some of your posts to bring that number down to 20.000 again. Or better yet, 10.000. Give me just a minute... here we go. I took your activity points as well, but your merits are fine, don't worry. *Don't believe everything you see on the internet.

In my opinion, it is easier and faster to check the balance with something like Blockchain explorer as already suggested by Welsh... It is if you are talking about a wallet where you have only generated and given out a few receiving addresses. But imagine if it happened on a wallet created 7-8 years ago with several hundreds of used Bitcoin addresses! The thing with this kind of display bug is that it doesn't necessarily have to show you the transaction in your history (because there was none). You just notice that your balance went up/down, but if you check your transaction history, there might not be anything there. Checking one or two addresses on a blockchain explorer is simple, checking 200 - not so much. by copy-pasting Bitcoin address than downloading Electrum wallet and checking the signature of it for authenticity and then importing seed-phrase. When you connect your Electrum and Ledger, you don't import any seed phrases. There is an option in Electrum when you create a new standard wallet called " use a hardware device". Just connect the Nano, open its Bitcoin app, and follow the on-screen instructions on Electrum. If an user uses Ledger Live, then the probability that he has Electrum wallet preinstalled is very low. Electrum is a much more user-friendly wallet than Ledger Live. Especially for things like coin control, selecting fees, freezing certain inputs, etc. Whoever has tried it will see its benefits compared to Ledger Live.

When it comes to streamed matches on a sportsbook, bet365 is the absolute leader on that front. Stake isn't bad either, but the overall winner is definitely bet365. You can still bet with cryptocurrencies on a crypto casino and take advantage of the live streaming feature of bet365 on a different monitor, tab, or whatever setup you prefer.
But you will have to register and provide Bet365 with your personal data and upload some fiat to get access to streamed content.

It's funny how you are complaining about the admins shooting first and asking questions later when you just fired at all the admins and asked questions after emptying your magazine. Both of your low-value, no-effort threads are still there. They are in the Altcoin Discussion board.
You seem to lack knowledge of how some of the forum features work like the "See replies to your posts" feature. But apparently, the admins are at fault for that as well. After being proven wrong, can you admit you made a mistake by shooting at the admins and asking them questions later? Or is this a quiet admission of guilt?

You can permanently add an ad (heh) to your block list with 4 clicks with uBlock Origin (uBlock Origin icon -> select element picker tool -> click on the ad -> click on "create"). I do this aggressively with any ad which gets through the standard filters, so I probably did it years ago the first time I ever saw them and then simply forgot they exist. Yeah, that works. I just tried it out and it works for both the horizontal ones that appear on top and and the vertical ones appearing underneath the Bitcoin price graph. But you have to click on one from each group. I just noticed that blockchair also has a button to turn off all ads, but it only does it for 3 days according to the provided description. You can find it in the top right corner under the sponsored casino ads. I did that on a different browser just to see how it works and it gets the job done as well. However, it's just a temporary fix. Additionally, this reddit thread explains how to filter out the unwanted ads yourself.

Bumping this, because somebody had to do it.
Here's some users whose interviews I believe would be enjoyable to read: @theymos... I have been trying to get theymos to open up for over a year, but the guy/girl/alien life form won't budge an inch. I provided him with a nice set of only 30 questions and got ignored. Now I have a new idea. I watched a video of Ryan Reynolds answering questions asked by children in a show. Was pretty funny because the hosts said if he refuses to answer, it means he hates children. I will just record an English-speaking child as they ask those questions and if theymos doesn't want to answer, it means he hates kids!

Do forum members who aren't interested in bounties and altcoins and only focus on Bitcoin even use Telegram? Maybe some, but I don't really see it as a platform where Bitcoin advocates go. Can someone recommend at least 3 Telegram groups/channels with professional and non-retard like style of communication where people are discussing Bitcoin? Maybe I am missing something. With retard-like I mean "when moon", "when lambo", "when new exchange", memes, lols, hodl, and similar type of crap.
What I am trying to say is, does it have to be Telegram? I prefer LoyceV's notification bot because I can look at it when I want to when it comes to mentions and quotes. No Telegram buzzing in the background.

Are you guys not using uBlock Origin? Even with uBlock Origin and AdGuard, the blockchair casino advertisements are still visible if you look up a BTC address. I know it's possible to customize the filtering system of uBlock Origin and add sites whose ads should be blocked manually, so that might fix it.

Did you, by any chance, copy the address with the 1.5 BTC and imported it somehow twice? There isn't an option in Ledger Live to import addresses or public keys like you have on Electrum, so that shouldn't be it. The thing is, I've been "updating" my Ledger literally every time I connected it for about a year now, because it keeps prompting me. This time, I wrote down the Ledger Live version to make sure that it doesn't prompt me again for the same update next time. I haven't paid attention, but I suspect I've been "updating" the same version multiple times. What eversion are you using now? v2.42.0 should be the latest one. You can always stay informed about the changes here. How often do you use your Ledger and Ledger Live? They often release updates. I would say two times a month. If you aren't using it that often, it's quite possible that a new update was released in the meantime. You can see what version you have installed in the settings. I think the correct tab is "About". Just click on the gear icon and you will find it after a while. Whenever you are in doubt about your balance, just connect your Ledger with Electrum and you should see the correct info. But you need to close Ledger Live before connecting to Electrum and make sure the BTC app is open when you are setting up your Electrum wallet. Don't worry about your seed, you don't need to enter it, nor does Electrum have access to your private keys. And if your history/recent transaction tab doesn't show any incoming 1.5 BTC transaction, it's just a server bug.

Well, based on the source link you shared, there are differences between recovering your wallet with a seed and recovering through this backup option. The backup file saves and recovers all the settings you made in the ColdCard software. A recovery from seed doesn't. I have never used a ColdCard, but I assume they have a way to either label addresses/UTXOs or create separate wallets with custom names. The backup file should be able to recover all these names that you used properly. A recovery from seed doesn't know the software changes you made.

The question here is, how do you operate this device for transactions when there is no button? and the screen is not big enough to operate as screen touch. I am only seeing flash drive. Tell me more. There are two buttons on the Ledger Nano S. Do you see those two black things popping out in the first first picture? Look closely at the top of the casing. Those are the buttons. You use them to navigate around the interface, open/close different menus, confirm transactions, etc. They are easier to see on this picture for example:

I still couldn't see how to report him, what was I doing wrong? There is no dedicated report button on Telegram if I remember it correctly. Just open the PM chat with the impersonator and on the right there should be a "block user" button. When you click that, you should be able to click on an additional option to report the user for spam. I think that's all you can do. I don't know if there is a form that you can fill out to describe the issue you had with that user. Maybe there is an alternative way through a support page as well.
