5041  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Reminder for crypto newbies, traders. Be cautious with new exchanges on: March 11, 2021, 06:24:16 AM
The problem is why do newbies want to go for the new exchanges when there are established ones that are far more reliable and are guaranteed to not run away with your money. Going in with big money as a newbie I think is the biggest mistake that anyone can do especially as the topic says, you are in a new exchange.
Not only newbies can fall for this even regular users can be a victim especially if the promotions is irresistible.

New market exchange seems to be a quite a trick now. What can scammer get from feeding a known method. Their trying to gear up a real project with a slow rug liked that will happened somewhere in the future as they can make their platform trustable. Too bad, services can be knee if working properly or have signs of an exit scam.
5042  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How can I convert BUSD to BTC on Binance.us to deposit on Bybit on: March 11, 2021, 03:09:59 AM
You know your problem is quite simple. The pair youve ask is on market, how about the option or other way Binance can make you convert that?

Go to liquid swap they have option there to directly exchange busd to Bitcoin. Check the image below

So there is 100k limit for exchanging on that feature but it's fine at least that's allowed. Hope this works.
5043  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: -=-=- Elon Musk Giveaway email scam -=-=- on: March 11, 2021, 03:03:10 AM
Owners of various websites sell our email and other personal data to scammers. And using that data, scammers spread such scams. So you need to refrain from sharing your important data on any unknown website. In order to collect such data, they often offer various free airdrop and the data of those who participate in that airdrop is sold. Because of Elon Musk's involvement with crypto, scammers are trying to scam people using his name.
Thats right less information less chance of being under scam giveaway. Its also your choice if you would believe a poor line like this, 5000 btc come on, Elon can give more if he wants to do a live and big giveaway.

Avoid such link on some browser chances that are those links are malicious and can steal information easily. Better follow or ask them directly for giveaway cause impersonators are really good actors.
5044  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: how to change metamas wallet password? on: March 11, 2021, 01:32:38 AM
You just need the 12 word phrase seed to recover reset your metamask password but if you don't have the seed then don't logout, simply move the funds left to newly acreated account because it is impossible to reveal your seed without entering your existing passwords under security tab.
Even you transfer the funds on a new account you mean another eth address? I think metamask work overall within wallet address and has only single used password for one wallet address and those imported on that wallet. So if there are other wallet add that needed attention, it has same password for metamask to open  unless you created it separately,  with a new one with own private key and another device segregate to the one used.
5045  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solana on: March 11, 2021, 01:00:30 AM
Depends on your goal too. If you are a long time holder then you should not be concern about it slow increasing hence like the others suggest venture on new coin or token that has more room for potential price action and appreciation. But I like Solana project they are indeed a well established blockchain.
5046  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I'm Glad With This Blockchain Technology on: March 11, 2021, 12:54:14 AM
Yes I said it about escrow. If you doing a P2P transaction, you may need escrow to be sure that you don't lose your money, when anything go wrong that is not your fault, you can get back your fund from the escrow. So in this case you can relax, that is the point to that.
Unless your dealing with your friend in real life who wanted to buy cryptocurrency. Yes and that's for sure safe and sound, Binance p2p served as one of the best p2p service out there. Transaction may not be broadcast but the payment can be easily confirmed via bank or your accepted payment address.
5047  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There are no real coins in bitcoin on: March 09, 2021, 12:44:05 PM
Interesting analogy. But if we think about it. There is no real coins we are dealing with but a digital print of coin represent the figures and numbers which comprises the bitcoin quantity.

But this is a good arguement, cause possibly there is a reason why bitcoin coined as coin instead of something tangible right? Good statement, but wanted to hear some more deeper explanation about this.

5048  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I pick some PEAK? on: March 09, 2021, 04:40:21 AM
I did have this token during early days and got loss and sold at a loss. I dont know but maybe I was wrong to sold that with a loss and should have been waited for it to recover since they introduced more exchange afterwards but the thing is the project seems have a really common goal or idea with mostly of the defi projects.
5049  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Questions That You Would Like To Ask To The Developer Before You Invest on: March 09, 2021, 02:38:12 AM
Here are my list of important question that I usually asked. Maybe same for some but have my own opinion.

1. Why we out our money on this project for a long term?
2. What are the use cases that are gonna be available before or after platform launch?
3. How do you do auditing and assessment of your tokenomics and financial budget?
4. Do you really need to raise fund even you got already seeded invested by your partners?
5. What so special about the project that community would be delighted and get their interest?
5050  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Atomic Swaps or Decentralized Exchanges? on: March 09, 2021, 02:14:50 AM
Which is the best decentralized exchange out there?
For me its uniswap and pancakeswap. These dexes are widely used now. Not sure about atomic swap, but Ive been hearing a lot of good feedbacks before about this. Dex under ehh are massively common used so I guess this is way better example of these are the one mentioned aboved. Also the pancakeswap that are gaining traction now.

5051  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: most amazing picture I have ever seen on: March 08, 2021, 06:56:14 AM
Honestly these traits sometime are inevitable. We can't master all the perfect recipe for trading. Even we say that we knew the market possible motion, is unexpected arrived based on our prediction and analysis so these traits happened without us noticed it made us did it.

Trading is really a hard task if we are still on the range of learning and mastering it. Cause even professional or expert got loss huge with one of these reason.
5052  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What are your Exchange preferences on: March 08, 2021, 05:57:33 AM
What would be a good exchange mobile app to use for trading coins?
Coinbase, coinbase pro
Or blockchain, blockchain exchange
Or would you recommend something else?

You can also add on the list safepal wallet app. It's a built in exchange wallet dapp. Also it can be connect to their hardware and exchange partners like Binance. I like this cause its an app that simply let you trade alternative blockchain projects using just an app and working like an atomic swap feature of dex and its also a non custodial.
5053  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Seriously? on: March 07, 2021, 11:36:17 PM
I wanted to pay with ETH and buy a NFT at rarible for about $1.75 but my MEW wallet showed up a fee of $77.29.
I guess there must be a slightly better way to pay small amounts. Another wallet? Other coins? Can someone help me?
The problem here is the lack of other platform besides eth to have an nft. I dont know if there are other platforms that are now engaged in nft that don't rely on eth network. Its the ethereum who has problem with their blockchain and not the app or dapp that works on nft. Nft is becoming a trend now and I'm sure many will device or innovate a platform to solve this kind of issue.
5054  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop Loss influence in massive dump on: March 07, 2021, 10:38:30 PM
I always felt that stop loss is the main reason for alts to bleed red whenever Bitcoin drops a couple hundred or thousand dollars. The automatic selling of alts will trigger more and more when the prices drop with it. Even a strong buyer will just wash away if the wave is hard. I know that there are lots of investors who use alts as just a means to grow their Bitcoin but putting stop loss all the time is not a profitable way.
Actually my opinion used stop loss only when you are gonna be busy to watch or monitor the price of your trades. Cause there are some whales that can triggered closer range of your stop loss resulting to dumped. Yeah that's the thing about stop-loss, I hate to use it cause when I'm not around and checked it. Damn, the stop loss triggered and the price climb back up. It's like letting your loss prevail which better if you hold and wait for it to climb.
5055  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Guy using bitcoin to cover his tracks while running from the authority on: March 07, 2021, 07:45:27 AM
Nothing we can do about it. People knew how to use decentralisation on a negative aspect. It's kinda hard to accept that those guys are using the beauty of bitcoin and it's peer to peer activity. No doubt this will make a huge fud on crypto and bitcoin and the government where those incident happened will be alarmed that cryptocurrency has indeed has negative application cause aside from the freedom to use it. People can decide to use it on like this which is quite unfortunate.
5056  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My ADA BEP20 is stuck in limbo on the safepal wallet on: March 07, 2021, 02:07:14 AM
Are there any other exchanges that allow you to trade crypto without KYC requirements? I feel nervous to use binance much for exchanging when funds can be suspended at random for unknown amounts of time.
Thats normal to have maintenance especially this is the number 1exchange so expect high traffic from it. For me Binance is one of the good exchange that doesn't require you KYC if gonna withdraw less than 2btc a day. But there are plenty of other exchanges too without KYC however Im not so confident with some of them to use as they have history of something in the past and put them into bad record. Example like mercatox and hitbtc
5057  Economy / Reputation / Re: My account, a year old today on: March 07, 2021, 01:01:09 AM
Impressive record and contributions mate. I've recognized your ability to discuss and impart some useful topic here on forum and you deserved it. Congratulations, this could be still early but you can learn more in the long run. Don't stop learning and helping newbies cause thats the essence of becoming a user here in forum.
5058  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain In Simple Terms? on: March 06, 2021, 11:20:39 AM
If gonna put it on simple explanation of mine.

It served as a temporary alternative for money (fiat) but not yet widely used. Technology evolves and most of the products and services nowadays need faster and convenient way to sort out payments and blockchain has the potential to do it.

There are deeper technical explanation for it but the idea is something like that. Difference is its decentralized and no party can have some rules about it. ( except those centralized blockchain)
5059  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My ADA BEP20 is stuck in limbo on the safepal wallet on: March 06, 2021, 07:51:18 AM
ADA is not BEP20, it is its own coin.
Yes its not. But exchanges like Binance allowed to have Bep20 tokenized form.

OP I'm not sure what kind of stuck are you talking about here, cause if you send it to a compatible Bep20 address too then there should be no problem provided that you pay for the small fee of transaction.

The only difference in format could be the ada own blockchain. Are you sure you are using which type before sending?
5060  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi project, the easiest scam gateway on: March 06, 2021, 06:45:08 AM
Even the brightest developers even fall on a code error or glitches. There are too many loopholes on code and sadly those wise scammers are blaming it to codes but the truth is they are using the codes to make it looks like an accident but in a decentralized aspect it can be a good plan to host a rug pulled event in any case.
