5041  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Think Its One Too Many on: June 23, 2022, 02:17:21 PM
I don't think it will degrade its reputation and if the casino has good feedback it will not commit fraud which will harm its reputation.  This case must be seen from two sides, the question is why a player can't withdraw his money?  what is the problem?  And why doesn't the casino allow such withdrawals?  Did the player break the rules?  cases like this that usually happen to every player
You are right. At least there should be further investigation into why the case happened because usually, a reputable casino will not leave a single case unsolved. It will still give their casino a bad rating, so they will always try to solve it. There will be other reasons why gamblers cannot withdraw their money, and casinos need to be open to explaining the problem. Reputation can harm the casino if they cannot solve a case that occurred in their casino.
5042  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet on transgender only events? on: June 23, 2022, 01:35:35 PM
It wouldn't be unfair to real women because they have to compete with transgender people. But if it is transgender who competes with other transgender people, it can be fair because they are the same. Maybe in the future, there will be more events for transgender because they may ask for or make a policy that they are the same as men and women. But for bookies, I don't know much about it because until now, transgender matches have not been very popular in many countries, and only certain countries allow it.
5043  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots is More Likely to Cause Gambling Problem on: June 23, 2022, 12:49:29 PM
In my opinion, slots is one of the most vibrant and emotional gambling games, so it attracts users. At least for me it is one of the games of chance from which I get a real pleasure in the game.
That's why many people love playing slots and keep playing with more money. I also enjoy playing slots, but I play just for fun and not after winning. But I realized that playing slots can make us forget the time and money we spend. And that is what causes many people to have gambling problems because they lose track of time and control.

5047  Economy / Gambling / Re: Neodice.com ⚡️ | Daily bonuses | 4,59 BTC Jackpot! 💲 on: June 17, 2022, 01:12:03 PM
Already done, huge appreciation for your feedback. Have you tried to play dice already?
I placed some bets with the free daily bonus only. I haven't made the plan to play with deposits yet. Because there is no VIP or loyalty bonuses at Neodice yet. You won't be able to survive in the current gambling world without having an attractive loyalty bonus system. Anyway, you have mentioned about welcome bonus in your ANN thread, I got 200 satoshi after creating an account. Is that all or there is something else too?
They need to give more to their users so that they can see that they are serious about their members and want to provide better service. Having a VIP is one of the ways to attract more people to join their site, and if their VIP program has lots of great offers, of course, it will attract more people. Hopefully, @OP can pass this on to the team so that it can be followed up and provide more to its users.
5048  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible that all cryptocurrency will become regulated? on: June 17, 2022, 10:33:53 AM
Crypto and regulations are two different things. Bitcoin was designed to be anonymous and sensorship free. While regulations bring bitcoin under sensorship. I don't think we can call a regulated cryptocurrency as cryptocurrency its just a digital currency. Cryptocurrency at its core is decentralized not centralised.
But bitcoin is used by people in different countries led by respective governments. That government has not fully recognized bitcoin and wants to regulate bitcoin or crypto. So even though bitcoin is anonymous, it remains under the control of the government as it runs the government. Indeed, crypto is decentralized but when it enters a country, it must comply with the rules that exist in that country.
5049  Economy / Economics / Re: How can I survive in a place where BTC is restricted? on: June 17, 2022, 09:04:37 AM
Things like these could happen if the government aren't blind about the importance of Bitcoin in our economy but in some countries, they're trying to get rid of Bitcoin because they can't regulate it which is too unfair. The government usually disagrees with anything that they couldn't handle and control so they just ban it just like Bitcoin. It's just a good thing that other countries are open to cryptocurrency adoption.
Governments shouldn't try to get rid of bitcoin just because they can't regulate bitcoin directly. Maybe people in government need to learn how they can use bitcoin for their own benefit so that the government can earn more from its users. This will only happen if they have an open mind to accept bitcoin and don't just try to ban its use. Hopefully, people from countries that ban bitcoin can still use bitcoin and there won't be any sanctions against them.
5050  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bottom For Bitcoin? on: June 16, 2022, 04:09:45 PM
Don't wait too long to invest because it could be too late to notice. If you see the price being dumped, buy some satoshi and wait a bit. If the price gets dumped again and this time the price drops deeper, then buy a little more and wait a little longer. But set a price range for you to buy, and don't do it if the price range is too short because the price can bounce back to the previous high price. We don't know when the bottom will be there and we can only try to buy at every low price.
5051  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How long do you think the market will take to recover? on: June 16, 2022, 03:48:11 PM
I am not sure how long this bear market ends but there are many factors that affects the current market sentiment. Covid19 pandemic still affects the livelihood of some countries. Many people are liquidating their investments on crypto preparing for the possibility of a global recession. Some says that crypto market will only recover again after the next bitcoin halving in 2024. Well for me, this is a the perfect opportunity to have huge gains for the next bull run. Accumulating at this price will give you easy 100% gain of your investment.
no one knows how long the market will stay in its current state. although there is some stabilization this does not mean the market has improved. we could see a more extreme decline. before going in, I think we should consider the possibility of another downturn. I have faith we're not done with the bear scaring everyone.
Yes, that's correct. No one knows when the market will change because it will depend on the sentiments of the people who trade in the crypto market. Maybe this bear market will be in the market for a while and give people more time to buy lots of coins before the market changes direction and the price of individual coins can go up again. But if you are thinking of selling your coins, you better recalculate how much you will get because it is not easy to see your money's value after selling your coins. But if your strategy is to sell the coins so you can buy them at a lower price, you can try, but there will be risks that you have to bear.
5052  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Problem, Is it Possible to be a Thing of the Past? on: June 16, 2022, 03:15:19 PM
Playing gambling does require strong self-control so that problems do not arise after we play gambling. Usually, for the first time we play, the problem doesn't arise but after we play for some time, say a month. Usually, there will be a desire to get bigger wins and if we don't have good self-control, it will lead to destruction in our life.

Another problem that arises from gambling is the problem of gambling addiction which will become uncontrollable and is also one of the causes of destruction in our lives. If we have good self-control, we can prevent these problems from arising and enjoy gambling as a means of getting pleasure.
5053  Economy / Economics / Re: How can I survive in a place where BTC is restricted? on: June 16, 2022, 02:12:47 PM
~snip~
Bitcoin is not just beneficial for us neither, it is great deal for the governments as well. We could literally pay taxes from our profits and those taxes would mean a lot of money for them.

Think about it, even if we paid just 1/1000 of our profit each time we profit, that would be a huge huge huge amount for a whole government because they will take it from each profitable trade made by every single citizen they have. That's going to be billions at least, use those billions to build something that will make them a profit, and they would be swimming in cash in a few years. That is at least if they use it smartly instead of just corruption and pocketing it.
That's what the current government should do instead of banning the use of bitcoin for the public. If governments do not or have not learned anything about bitcoin, they will be left behind by other countries and unable to see the benefits that they can get from bitcoin.

If more people use bitcoin and the government can get taxes from transactions sent to local banks, that will certainly be additional income for the government. This extra income can be huge as more people join and use bitcoin and it could be that it will be one of the biggest earners for the government.
5054  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you Considered a Career in Betting Consultancy? on: June 16, 2022, 01:17:59 PM
~snip~
In order for everything to happen as you described, you must be regularly stronger than the bookmakers and have a good public betting history where everyone can see that you are in profit. Do you really think this scenario is likely? In my opinion, this is like talking about how you can make money in poker - you just need to register in the tournament and beat all the other participants. It's real, but unlikely.
It will be our portfolio so that potential customers can see the history of the bets that we have done before so that they can be interested in using our services. This is very important because that is how we can get more potential customers to use our services. But this is not as easy as imagined because maybe there is already a service we want and we really have to have a good ability to provide maximum service to customers.
5055  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you are given this opportunity to choose which one will it be on: June 15, 2022, 02:33:57 PM
Seeing Avalanche lose 80+% of its value compare to its all time high looks like a very tempting buying opportunity to me, if you are given the chance to only pick a wallet with 5000 pieces of Cardano or Avalanche which one will you go for and why?.
Perhaps, I will prefer Cardano over Avalanche because I see the potential for Cardano to develop will be better than Avalanche. But if I could choose both, I'd choose Cardano and Avalanche Grin

But what is clear, the two altcoins are not two that have a high potential to increase because there are ethereum and bnb, which are still above the two altcoins. So ethereum and bnb will be my focus on altcoins.
5056  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODLing strong! on: June 15, 2022, 01:22:31 PM
Besides holding strong, you should buy back more bitcoin in this situation as the price is down deeper and give you the opportunity to get as many bitcoin as you can. But you should calculate how much money you should use to buy bitcoin and not use all of the money just for the price now but spread it at a much lower price. Selling at a down price is not recommended, but if you think that is necessary, you can do that so you will have money to buy back more bitcoin amounts.
5057  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Japanese man gambled away a huge Covid-19 relief funds mistakenly sent to him on: June 15, 2022, 12:08:46 PM
The man is a compulsive gambler and addicted to gambling, no man in his right mind will gamble away the money wrongly sent to him, a right-thinking man will ask where the money comes in and why they send the money, this is the kind of guy who will gamble any money that his hands will touch and will not regret it, he should be charged for not doing the right thing and he should take professional help because this addiction will eventually ruin his life.
That's right. Supposedly if the man realized that the money was a mistake, he would have immediately contacted the bank and returned everything. From there, the bank will surely reward him for his honesty by returning all the money, and maybe the man can change his life for the better. But everything has happened, and the man must return all the money, and hopefully, the police don't punish him for misappropriating money that doesn't belong to him.
5058  Economy / Economics / Re: How can I survive in a place where BTC is restricted? on: June 15, 2022, 10:59:21 AM
Yes basically every country has its own policies and I'm sure it won't be easy for Bitcoin to be allowed as a means of payment worldwide,
it will always be interesting to talk about this because we know for ourselves that cryptocurrency technology is very advanced,
We'll see what the future will be like
Hopefully, every government can see the use of bitcoin for their citizens, so they will allow the use of bitcoin and legalize it. Several countries have legalized the use of bitcoin and allowed their citizens to pay for transactions using bitcoin. But with the other benefits of bitcoin as an investment tool, I don't think people will often use it as an alternative tool to make payment transactions but will store their bitcoins and sell them when the price is at its best peak.
5059  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you Considered a Career in Betting Consultancy? on: June 15, 2022, 10:05:25 AM

Just like Tony Bloom and others, it is possible that you can turn your hobby into a profitable business venture if you are confident of your skillsets. Have you ever considered a career in betting consultancy?
Everything in our life now can be profitable specially as the help of internet? now things can easily be Sell , either skills, abilities ,knowledge or material thing so I believe that Gambling skills can be also as profitable as everything,
this can be considered as service so why not?
The answer is yes. Trying a career in gambling as a consultant can also be done, especially if we are used to giving tips about a game. The internet can help us get many customers, especially if we can give almost accurate predictions for many matches. Those who have used our services will return and try to place bets on other matches. Sooner or later, this career will develop as more customers use our services.
5060  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you Considered a Career in Betting Consultancy? on: June 14, 2022, 01:27:17 PM
I've never considered developing a career in betting consulting because I don't really know how to analyze a bet and don't have the resources to analyze it. This is not easy because we have to really understand the sport we are going to analyze, so maybe we need to learn to analyze a match and find which team or player has a chance to win. If we are used to analyzing this, we will have a good ability to analyze a match.
