Okay guys, here is a hand and how would you progress when you will have such hand?

In the pre-flop I gone with BB and then in the flop I think I gone with pot amount or called the guy khaleddj, really can not remember but in the turn what would you do?
I will tell mine after listening some of you although it's very much assumable 😝
However keep in mind that in poker you will have better hands always from the other guy.
I have the screenshot of the next turn and how we ended but let's hear all of you first 😀

Sry bitcoingirl.. in my head.. i thought u had a set or two pairs.. plus i had the chip advantage..one of the more important reasons i called.. wouldn't called probably if i had around 10k chips.. i calculated in that situation i had around 15-20 outs before the turn and river......other guy who called for sure overvalued his king since he had 7 as a kicker..that caught me as a suprise..
eventually guy who had crazy luck all night knocked me out..so i  finshed 16th..those 15 who remained.. alot of em had a great run whole night in luck department since i was at the tables they played .. calling all ins with mid range cards or ace with weak kicker.. wining 3 or 4 all in's where they were mayor underdogs... but i guess some of em got alt accounts so one out of 20 will eventually reach final table coz of crazy luck..
to reach final table u ll have to go 5-6 times all in and win..since sooner or later u ll run into these guys who plays agressive during later stages of the tour..and if one catches a lady luck which isnt that unlikely .. u are toast..
once again sry : )
There you are ajvar89! Good to have you in here.
Come on! There are no needed to say sorry. It's just another hand and another lose. When two hands are up against each others then one has to lose, last night it was me. This post to share with the community is just the way we go with this forum.
You had almost double chips than all of us on the same table. I think few hands before the hand I lost, you were ALL IN against Trofo and won that hand. Trofo had like over 20k chips so even after losing that hand he still had over 10k chips.

All good man. I hope you had fun there.

You should have called that second all in when I made you flop after we had 2-3K on table. I had nothing, like 9, 6 in the hand without even a single pair. Would feel a bit better if you got my chips.
I think on that hand after losing I was down to 7.5 chips. I can not remember the cards but I had a pair when I was folding but was not that strong I guess so I did not risk much. But in the 2nd last hand [hand before I gone out], I also had AJ and I had J pair, you rose in the pre-flop and in the flop too.  I was expecting wild play from you on on the turn but you flopped. Not sure what you had but I had this feeling that if you called I would get you with that AJJ.

Anyway, it was quick last night but was fun for a short time. I can't wait to see you guys again in the next tourney.

By the way, 2nd time me and Trofo had started on the same table. Imagine over 188 players and you have known face on the same table, twice. Amazing, isn't it?

efialtis and betwrong, your chips were sent guys, I feel debt free. 😛
I am ready for Saturday evening, unless I lose the chips I have now until then and fees are too high LOL

Who won last night's poker with Steve?
5050  Economy / Gambling / Re: #2 Bitcointalk Poker Series (0.05 BTC & BIG BTC Ticket sponsored by SwC Poker) on: May 20, 2020, 08:53:17 PM
I'm with you! We will play all bitcointalk tournaments!
I already sent some coins to deposit in my SwC for this week's tourneys. Besides, I owe 3k chips to efi and webtricks I guess. Need to repay them once I will have my chips available. I will give my best to earn some points from these two tourneys, at least 10 points. I hope poker God will be with me LOL

I got some tickets from playing some satellites, and those tickets were valid for 2 years! You can use them when you wish! Why would be different this time? If they credit your account it will be there for 2 years until you use it! Anyway it would be nice to hear more about this, for winner it would be madness to play two long tournaments!
Giving a good length of time make much sense. I never won any ticket so very little knowledge about them so far.
5051  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Main Club Partner of Watford FC ⚽ Fun. 🏀 Fast. 🎾 Fair. on: May 20, 2020, 08:41:46 PM
Well, the chance of getting that 1 hearts card in the next 2 turns is not really that small - I think statistically around 40%.

If he gets it, it's a winning hand so I can understand him taking that risk. Flush plays are the most risky though, because if you don't hit you are almost always left without anything that can win a hand.

I really had the worst time with flush decisions in our tournament - I would probably call this one as well.
But he was already taking chance in the flop. He called my ALL IN in the flop. It was just a coin flip for him not caring much about losing those chips. Even the other guy was too quick to call ALL IN with just a K pair.

i'm back in the game after 2 hands won vs that guy who knocked me down to 376 chips at the beginning. Smiley
It's a huge comeback. WoW!
I never had such ride LOL

That guy on my left, ajvar89 - how the fuck he call my ALL in with his J8 hearts in The Flop? It's okay that the other guy called it too coz he had a K pair already. In the flop I got a straight AKQJ10, I have no reason not to go ALL IN and I was wishing the guy on my left to call me and he did, I was super happy. Then when the guy in the right called too, I was in the moon! Then I saw both of them were calling each others in the turn and also in the river. I was silently enjoying it. But when the hands were shown - and when saw the river had this A hearts then I had nothing to do.

Calling big in the River make sense for this guy on my left but before that even in the turn how the fuck he was knowing that he is going to get another hears in the river and will have a fucking flush?

Crazy AF!

By the way, I had Ttofo on my table and he witnessed the show. Poker God! DAMN YOU!!!
5053  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker talk - Specifically Hold'em - Hands and or strategy on: May 20, 2020, 06:42:46 PM
Lol not a poker term. I was referring to the hand you posted here. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5214582.msg54340381#msg54340381

A couple of us weighed in on it, and I,m curious how the river played out.
That! damn it!!
I can not remember how I lost but I lost that hand. I think it was a flush with K. If I am not wrong then that guy had a K-hearts with another two hearts in his hand. He gone ALL IN and I was happy about it to go ALL IN too but after showing the cards I was shocked! I think I had the flush in mind too when I called ALL IN but still I called because it was nearly an impossible provability because I had the Q of hearts too.

Sorry guys, I should have followed up with it.

Edit,
Now check this

Pretty standard spot and play. These hands always suck for somebody, either Hhampuz gets coolered, or they 2 outer you for the win. I think the same amount of money would have gone in either way after the flop. I'm curious about how your hand on the last page went, nut flush draw and trip Aces.
Clearly it was his day and that was a great comeback.

Hand on the last page? What that means? Sorry, I am still learning the porker words LOL

By the way, I suck in River round most of the times, is there any tips on that to improve my river round?

I wait my whole week to join this tourney. It seemed the thread is not having much activities today so I came to make a post but I can see there are already few talk about it 🤪
I hope to see you on the table I am in with some other know faces 😜

Good luck everyone!

I am going to join this evening for poker with Steve but highly doubt we are gonna meet, unless we are seated on the same table from the beginning. I am playing those freerolls very loose and calling all ins basically every time I have anything in my hand.

Last time we had a very good first table so here is hoping for repeat of that plus Steve seated with us. I have never seen him on table and I played all sportbet freerolls until now Smiley
I will be going slowly and will try to finish with the top 10 if the poker God do some blessing LOL
This will be my 5th time if I am not wrong. I was missing all of the rounds because of my laptop that does not load the app then one day I realized that I can do it on my phone and since then I am a regular but yes yet to have Steve in my table.

In the last round with you and webtrick I guess was really nice to start.
5060  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker talk - Specifically Hold'em - Hands and or strategy on: May 20, 2020, 10:43:03 AM
Is anyone going to review this hand?

It was a good battle between me and Hhampuz. I think this was a 180 degree turn for Hhampuz to win this tourney. I had this feeling that he was going to win this tourney and he indeed won at the end.

P.S: That ALL IN from Hhampuz was in the pre-flop to answer my raise of the BB. I was very happy to call him once he gone ALL IN but the rest is history ðŸĪŠ
