5061  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain In Simple Terms? on: March 06, 2021, 11:20:39 AM
If gonna put it on simple explanation of mine.

It served as a temporary alternative for money (fiat) but not yet widely used. Technology evolves and most of the products and services nowadays need faster and convenient way to sort out payments and blockchain has the potential to do it.

There are deeper technical explanation for it but the idea is something like that. Difference is its decentralized and no party can have some rules about it. ( except those centralized blockchain)
5062  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My ADA BEP20 is stuck in limbo on the safepal wallet on: March 06, 2021, 07:51:18 AM
ADA is not BEP20, it is its own coin.
Yes its not. But exchanges like Binance allowed to have Bep20 tokenized form.

OP I'm not sure what kind of stuck are you talking about here, cause if you send it to a compatible Bep20 address too then there should be no problem provided that you pay for the small fee of transaction.

The only difference in format could be the ada own blockchain. Are you sure you are using which type before sending?
5063  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi project, the easiest scam gateway on: March 06, 2021, 06:45:08 AM
Even the brightest developers even fall on a code error or glitches. There are too many loopholes on code and sadly those wise scammers are blaming it to codes but the truth is they are using the codes to make it looks like an accident but in a decentralized aspect it can be a good plan to host a rug pulled event in any case.
5064  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Why P2P exchange is good and better on: March 06, 2021, 05:16:13 AM
You can still fall in trouble with p2p exchanges though. The money you could be receiving from your trading partner could have been laundered or stolen. If the bank has been following the transaction trail, you can easily become a suspect of money laundering.
Much as the platforms my protect you from the banks knowing what you exchanged the money for, they can still track the fiat money trail from account to account.

Thats harsh actually but possible. Its just a matter of denial and honest response when it comes such question where the funds from your account coming from and what kind of deal you made with the other person.

P2p is always the best way to trade without such fees and minor escrow payment is good deal. I'm always using Binance OP and so far didn't have any trouble.
5065  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie want to know more about Bitcoin and the Btclk Forum. on: March 06, 2021, 03:25:06 AM
1. What is the best step a beginner should know and do, to become better and more successful like the friends here who have been working here for years.
2. What is the percentage level of difficulty for doing something good here.
Less talk less mistake. What I've meant is if you are gonna be a long time user here in forum. Customed yourself into reading good posts. Also don't just comment or response to such topic, read what the current discussion and read their opinion, and when you grasp something is kissing then tell what you think. Forum is all about opinion and discussion, but with a conservative method for spams.

Goodluck on your journey here.
5066  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens if a stable coin fails. on: March 05, 2021, 03:30:05 AM
Hi,

Just a novice question here: what happens if you hold x amount of a stable coin in one of the many lending crypto platforms available (crypto.com, youhodler, nexo, etc) and that coin fails and goes Kaput? Do you loose it all? or are your assets moved to another token or FIAT?

Most of here will definitely says yes because thats a possibility. Those centralized platform have the option to use it but they are out of decision whether that particular fiat coin has been under an extreme problem( rug or became scam) cause it is likely should be blame on that stablecoin company that you bought. There are cases that some asset got freeze so centralized crypto are always at risk.
5067  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to find an old transaction in ETH block explorers? on: March 05, 2021, 02:15:48 AM
It's impossible to see an hash on a centralized exchange cause their server are not made that way. Like other said you would only see the tx hash on the deposit and withdrawal since its necessary for them to show it as validation proof of the clients. Anyway, the only thing you can do is ask them to give you information about it since you are a client and you have rights to ask for that.
5068  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Its a bull trap now on: March 05, 2021, 12:24:47 AM
If you have fresh investments , do not invest now. wait for 2-4 weeks lets see.  November to now almost 4 months came bull market without major bear signals. now pop out some signals. So now bulls are temporary. Please keep your hard earned money for weeks.
I can't say that is true but merely an opinion or speculation and also 2 weeks to 1month frame is not ideal to see whether we are now changing pace from bull to bear. But with the recent volatility, it's good for traders to buy and sell with this kind of market. I've been watching closely what will happened and safe already my funds for a big crash or a big pump.
5069  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Managers Wearing Bitcoin Signature, Funny Irony on: March 04, 2021, 12:42:00 PM
It's the manager prerogative to wear the signature they have been given the task too. Of course they will choose a more rewarding or satisfying compensation, this is a common sense I think. If you are a manager then you get a contract for handling campaign, usually you'll go for a regular signature that pays fiat or bitcoin.

Not saying his not supporting the project he handled but he is just commission to do the bounty service nothing more btt of course they make sure the project is legit so it wouldn't do bad record on their portfolio.
5070  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: About crypto mixers on: March 04, 2021, 02:11:42 AM
Tornado cash is the famous mixer I heard on ethereum but this was always used by scammers especially conducting defi presale and eventually rug.

For newbie you should be careful cause if ever you encounter a fake one then that's it. Even the legit mixers sometime have problems when operated make sure to follow the rules or your eth would goes to somewhere.

5071  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is happening to altcoins in this bull season on: March 03, 2021, 07:23:59 AM
We are already in March 2021 now, I'm guessing first quarter of the year is almost over, now how many altcoins really benefits from btc hitting 50k ? In 2017 when btc hit 19k all altcoins are pumping like no tomorrow, even shitcoins made incredible bounces but why aren't we seeing such this time around?
Because altcoins now have different perspective and also those pumped can be considered only as bubble unlike now that the pump is natural one. I like the way how it pumped now since its coincide with the market and not just totally rely on bitcoin movement. But of course still affects it. Since bitcoin has been paired by majority of altcoin and pegged to the value of altcoins too.
5072  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Major Risks in Crypto Business on: March 03, 2021, 06:43:51 AM
1. what are the major crypto risks that one should know and avoid by all means.
Here are on my mind about those risk on trading and investing on crypto.

Be ready to lose some money cause price could go down really hard. That means you should be emotionally ready when this happened cause one risk is losing your money.

Also, aside from devaluation of the price of the coin you traded. Chances that you bought a rug pull or project that will exit scam later on at a certain period of time. Make sure you are entering a legit one.

Just be ready for any associated risk cause there are fud that could somehow endanger the possibility of falling down.
5073  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Huge profit but how to withdraw on: March 03, 2021, 04:34:41 AM
I think even its prohibited on your country. You can definitely find any groups or institutional buyers that transact crypto even its prohibited. Peer to peer method is the best way or find an OTC where you could negotiate regarding price. 1million usdt is big money and I think some are be willing to buy it on a lower price selling point. At least you wouldn't have problem exchanging it to currency. Accept it even foreign currency and I'm sure there is an exchange of that currency on yours.
5074  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: what trading communities do you hang around? on: March 03, 2021, 03:27:07 AM
I've just usually follow some page and groups but not particularly on a group where discussions are open. I'm more on information page where they are sharing their thoughts and analysis on the market. But for trading purposes, I think the Trading Discussion section here on bitcointalk can give you enough hangout place for some ideas on how you could increase your chance to profit.
5075  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Non Fungible Token (NFT) questions on: March 02, 2021, 05:34:14 AM
Actually OP is right. Those nft associated with crypto project are not all into use case but just riding the hype. Only few projects are somehow exhibit the potential of nfts. We can say that there are rare created digital nfts but actually can't find any use at all, but appreciation only from those who are fond of having collections, there are people out there spend a lot for this and for them it's rare quantity plus design is already soemthing valuable.
5076  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: PancakeSwap vs Uniswap on: March 02, 2021, 12:42:31 AM
The battle is getting fierce but only one will be a true winner in the long run. I'm all in for Uniswap as it's the biggest decentralized AMM in the world. Just my opinion Smiley
I agree with you. We all knew that these AMM happened because uniswap started it all. The v3 should be a good progress and also helps on the reduction of paying too much gas, I think they can able to manage it as other platform using dex can do it. Not to mention that they are really making it as low as possible.
5077  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to exchange any wallet to wallet on: March 01, 2021, 03:00:54 AM
How to exchange any wallet to wallet & trade to trade. Any basic guide line.
Unless the wallet you have has a dex feature in it. Trading is enable, and also if that wallet supported the coin or token you are gonna trade.

Its not hard to understand the question but totally confusing. Based on my understanding of his question, he meant that if a certain wallet can received a coin from that wallet too. Means its a built up wallet with dex right? Like example of this are trustwallet, imtoken, metamask, safepal. Where all holdings are in just one wallet.
5078  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: what was the highest Merit given on Bitcointalk ? on: March 01, 2021, 02:44:02 AM
and is it hard to get Merits this days ?
For some yes for other easy. For me it's not so easy cause it will depend on how you interact or impart knowledge on some topics posted here. Also if you could open an interesting topic or idea which is totally unique thats a good plus to some readers and can easily give you merits. Or

Your response to some question is good and direct to the point and sometime humorous answer get merits too.
5079  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BUSD Vs. USDT on: March 01, 2021, 01:47:59 AM
My stablecoin that I prefer is Busd. Although usdt is mostly used on majority of exchange and even decentralized market, CZ knows how to keep their asset safe and secure. We all knew the risk of tether that has brought before through security and soemthing like that isnt healthy. I know busd is centralized but I like how it's management handle it well.
5080  Economy / Speculation / Re: I think it's time to go Short on Bitcoin on: March 01, 2021, 01:41:05 AM
I think bitcoin will drop to another Support in the next 24 hours, The volume is lower than the last weeks.

what do you think guys ?
If it's a future trading contract then yes but it must have been done during hitting the possible highest resistance or let say closer cause it will fall but based on the weekly record it's really volatile for the past few days last night the support is broken and have a new figure which is really worry some cause it could go lower later when it goes to bearish trend.
