I like to think that I am (at least partly) responsible for the latter. Nemoj tako, nakon gotovo 2 mjeseca ismijavanja Subbira i Negotiationa na svim mogucim boardovima, Srnja ih je izbacio iz bitvesta. I to ni manje ni više nego zbog... Zanimljivo, ova dvojica (iako sam i dalje uvjeren da se radi o jednom liku) su prestali shitpostanje istog dana kada ih je brainboss izbacio iz kampanje. Kao da su obavješteni (u što sumnjam) ili provjeravaju spreadsheet tablicu svaki dan... Hajde dobro, barem dva spammera manje na forumu! Volim misliti da sam barem dijelom i ja zaslužan za to. Just suggestion for OP.. this contest is lack of transparancy.. you should make screen capture or evidence (just like VOTING POOL, Chat or anything else) in order to proof that the winner is true choise from DEV Team.. the question, why need evidence? Because only 1 winner, no 2nd or 3rd winner.. so all contestant will accept gracefully and feel fairness for this contest..
I think this suggestion is not for this contest only.. maybe to all contest on this forum..

Same here. I actually managed to gamble my way to the minimum withdrawal limit (yes, I was lucky) but now I’m waiting for this withdrawal delay to be resolved. Since this is my first withdrawal from FJ, I have no idea if this is a standard check or something else. I can only say that I am not a big fan of casinos that do not process withdrawals in real time. |

If we have to gamble and lose part of the amount, fine. But it is not fair to require additional deposit just so we can withdraw the amount earned.

In addition, this type of purchase will certainly not allow for template updates or author support.
WordPress is open-source software, and I don't think it's even illegal if use some templates on two or more websites. I have already had experience with this type of resale, that's why I'm asking. I understand what you mean here that's why I tried to explain 'split licensing' from Envato market. WordPress is open source, but my design is not. Regardless of the GPL license of the WordPress platform, I, as the theme's author, have the right to protect my intellectual property. Therefore 'split licensing' comes into play. |

And yeah, maybe making the ToS less confusing should be the way to go. Reading it again and again, I'm quite sure the 'at least minimum one bet 50% requirement' is across multiple bets. It said 'at least one bet', so meaning it can be multiple bets.
ToS shouldn't be 'more' or 'less' confusing but clear and unambiguous. There is always the possibility of manipulation or abuse by either party if the rules are not clearly defined. I've never encountered such a rule at any casino before. As I see it, there are two possibilities: the rule is intentionally written vaguely so that it can be used against players in certain situations, or, more likely, the rule is erroneously worded and should be reformulated. And I've never experienced any shenanigans from FJ. They've been a great bookie for me.
I'm fairly certain this is not an issue here. It would be really good for FJ to reformulate the rule or explain it in detail so that it doesn't lead to a wrong conclusion. |
