It looks like Neteller is becoming as bad as Paypal, have they changed their policies regarding chargebacks recently? They probably had to, in order to continue using the banking system with all the bitcoin trade volume going through it. It is sad that people have lost such big amounts to this, but it looks like the community will help you track them down (just don't pay anyone for possibly faked info)

I think LocalBitcoins used to be good, but scammers are increasingly taking advantage of it. Now it appears that Neteller is as vulnerable to chargebacks as Paypal. It is probably best to stick with the fully verified traders who have done hundreds of transactions on the site - but even those accounts can be sold on and abused by scammers.

hi, reserved: 14 bitcoin penny 2015 1 crypto Imperator 10.000 dogecoin PM ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) These items have now been sold, the original post has been updated accordingly. Can you show a picture of what the damaged hologram looks like for the Crypto Imperator DOGE coins? I'm interested to see that. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Yes, there are two elements to the damage. On one of the coins there is what looks like a substantial melt mark, at the top of the hologram and I think it occurred when the hologram was applied. On both damaged Crypto Imperator coins, it looks like the area holding the private key has been depressed and one side of the rim has slightly cut through. Here is one of the coins, not sure whether it gives a good enough view: http://imgur.com/a/x5Olphttp://imgur.com/a/ybdQF

I'm not sure what you want the staff to do about it? Leaving negative trust is all that will happen.
You apparently bought a guide called "Bypass Paypal 21 Day'z Hold" - so you were trying to break the regulations of another company to achieve your goal. I don't want to condone ripoff ebook sellers, but customers sometimes avoid using common sense when someone offers their dreams on a plate. There is little you can do, unless you identify the person to file a police complaint, you might just have to accept it was a relatively cheap lesson on scammer methods.

You should put your username and date on a piece of paper next to them. As it is, you are an untrusted new user to the forum and could have taken those photos from any where.

Thank you for your suggestion, that's first time I trade bitcoin and want to have money fast then not using middle man or escrow.
Scammers will take advantage of peoples impatience, so you should take this as a relatively cheap lesson - do not rush these things or take shortcuts. The negative reputation Lauda has given this user should prevent it happening again, until they create a new account..

Maybe you could give an idea of the price you accepted originally, since you're looking for that?

"FakeAccount" could very quickly and simply have proved this, but dances around the question without answering it. If the payment has been sent, it is very simple to prove it - but alas, Crypto Imperator has been caught performing this shill bidding fraud before and it looks like a repeat. I have no doubt the other people paid, but FakeAccount is exactly as the name suggests.

I would love to bid, but can't bring myself to place an offer against such a suspicious character with the name "FakeAccount", who has shown very little interest in the collectibles section before and could quite easily be a shill account because of the manufacturers past activities. I have a feeling this auction will be quietly cancelled and the items relisted, when this one "buyer" doesn't come through. It is concerning you won't even do basic verification on the large amount of bids.

It looks like you're fully committed with the company name now, but did you know Dignitas is a large hospice network that has been around for many years?

Hi, can you try to explain why you would take such a big loss on this? There are a lot of scammers out there and you have a brand new account.
