5081  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reasons Crypto Players Skip Casinos with KYC on: July 26, 2019, 07:25:51 AM
I ignore casinos that require KYC because I want to experience a platform that does not love identity verification. I don't want my personality to revealed, and especially I don't want everything to be too complicated. Why do you have to spend a little more time with KYC and your identity reveal?
Keeping one's identity is a priority I don't joke with although I don't involved in shady deals the can warrant any criminal accusation its very obvious crypto players are very comfortable with gambling anonymously with any interference from any third parties while revealing their identities with a third party Cryptos had revolutionized the old fashioned way of divulging identities with casinos, gambling sites, banks etc before transacting any business, betting etc.
5082  Economy / Economics / Re: What's it like to live on crypto instead of Banks? on: July 25, 2019, 05:46:05 PM
Imagine living your life without depending on Banks ever again. Using only cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or Ethereum, you can make your own income stream and use the coins earned to buy stuff from merchants who accept them. Every day, cryptocurrencies have been going closer towards full mainstream adoption. However, there are still some things which prevent crypto from being used over traditional payment systems we've been accustomed to for a long time.

Nonetheless, what's it like to live only on crypto instead central-bank issued fiat money? Cheesy
Its a good experience to live on crypto and I can only imagine the the convenience in financial transactions it will bring to the world when it goes mainstream due to the elimination of third party interruptions which normally slow downs transactions or can even halt a transaction as the banks do. Crypto will definitely get there as  it gradually improve upon its services as the days go by.
The transaction of cryptos with the introduction of Lightning Network will be easier and swiftly done this will be a major achievement thus eliminating a third party as you rightly said and one of the consequences is that bankers will lose their daily jobs thus transactions with fiat will be reduced drastically while the central bank overbearing and autocratic policies will be checkmated by a decentralized cryptocurrency whose adoption is growing in leap and bound.
5083  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbetting odds, which do you prefer? on: July 25, 2019, 03:50:17 PM
I would like to hear some of your comments based on your experience here.

Sports betting is one of the favorite games in gambling and I always wanted to experience a long term winning.

Therefore I'd like to get some of your opinion based on your experience, which is odds listed below gives you a better chance of winning?

a) over 2.00 or b) less than 2.00

The lower the odd the better the chances of wining that is why bookies uses smaller odds on a potential winning teams while using a higher odd for the weaker team, I usually accumulates the lower than 2.00 odd by betting on sure games which in most cases often results to wining however despite the numbers of my accumulated odds the values are still small because my maximum numbers of accumulation is four or five matches which I considered reasonable with a much lower risk unlike accumulating ten to twenty matches if a match is loss that is absolute or overall loss.
5084  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN INVESTMENT IS BETTER THAN NETWORK MARKETING? on: July 25, 2019, 02:15:35 PM
Personally the two are incomparable as you rightly said network marketing is very tasking and demands a lot of dedication, commitment and enthusiasm failure to meet up has a damning consequence however investing in bitcoin is a like a safe heaven without much effort its a matter of researching the most appropriate time to buy and hodl while waiting for the price to pump invariably making some profits although I am not condemning network marketing there are skilled marketers who had create a niche for themselves in that aspect of earning income.
5085  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Stop Blaming Bounty Hunter! on: July 24, 2019, 09:35:09 PM
Bounty hunters are not to be blamed for any projects failure and we deserve to be treat  right, new projects will still need bounty hunters to create awareness in the future so we help a lot but its really sad how many developers are treating hunters like pests
Its a bad idea to always put the blame of price crash of any project to the bounty hunters when a coin is listed on any exchange no one blames the investors for dumping after all they want to recoup their profits hence dumping massively while no one put the blame on them its only the bounty hunters been on the receiving end the OP has proven critic of hunters wrong by giving out a detailed analysis of percentage distributions of tokens straight to the Point which is very laudable and commendable.
5086  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don;t be tempted to Sell OUT; HODL on: July 24, 2019, 08:01:10 PM
The past two months saw Bitcoin rose from 5k to 14k. obvious. the move looks like a planned market.  it is was a free Bull market just like the Jan ,2018. as a result of this move,Many traders Were deceived by selling out their ALTCOINS to bitcoin in other to earn from the Bull market.

Currently, The bears are back. it looks like a free fall. from 14k down to 9k within two weeks.  Honestly, selling out again will be a total lost for people that left the altcoin Market to bitcoin.
MY OPINION: Dont sell out. Just hold. to avoid loosing out in two places. from indications, the bear can hit hard for long. How long can traders Hodl or will they sell out in panic.  Huh Huh
On numerous occasions the price of bitcoin dumped while it recovers within the shortest period of time thus the bulls took over the market this scenario had repeated itself consistently thus I don't have any reason to panic and sell rather than hodl the your opinion is very reasonable why selling Altcoin for bitcoin and selling when it dumped? obviously losing at both sides is a bad trading idea the best bet is to wait again for bitcoin to pumped again which is imminent with some patience bearing in mind that price history repeat itself.
5087  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Man won 12 times in lottery on: July 24, 2019, 11:06:39 AM
To attain such a wining streak in gambling is a feat that must be lauded if done without compromising that lottery system he had also tried his strategy elsewhere at its proved to have provided the same wining results then he should be applauded I don't agree with those who described the feat as a luck why did other gamblers who tried their own strategy and lose? or  did he capitalized on a loop hole or bug in the system that triggers his winning streak? I believed he had a formulated a formula that worked perfectly for him which is very rare in gambling, lotteries and casinos.
5088  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much do you think the President’s recent comments have hurt bitcoin prices? on: July 23, 2019, 09:32:21 PM
President Donald Trump comment about btc has a minimal effect on the price of bitcoin I believed the decentralized feature of bitcoin was responsible for the modest action of the price which is  a clear picture and indication of how bitcoin will continue to weather the storm and continue to wax stronger, obviously the price witness a temporary dump or pullback due to the negative comment which was short-lived however the price recovery was rapid while its keeps hovering above $10K is an attestation to the fact that the bullish sentiment of the price is not over.
5089  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What timeframe is best for scalping on: July 23, 2019, 08:22:49 PM
Scalping might worked well in stock and forex trading with pair that has a very low spread or commission however it could be tasking and difficult if applied in cryptos trading thus I considers 15 Min time frame too small due to the noise and high volatility associated with cryptos trading which I considered as a different ball game while taking into considerations the high spread or commissions by brokers or exchanges I will rather advise you to start will at least 1 hour time frame although lesser trading opportunities will available however the chances of making profits is bright. IMO
5090  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Impossibility of a gambling system (Why methods don't work) on: July 23, 2019, 07:43:04 PM
There is no working strategy in gambling that is why people creating many strategies and saying that it will work and it might worked.

but this is nothing more than luck if the strategies we are using working for us and only for very short time.

True, there is no strategy that will give us a steady profits if we use it continuously. Indeed, strategy can work sometimes, but it won't last long. That's why we need to manage our balance and have to know when to end our gambling session or otherwise, we will lose more and more. Let's make simple logic. If there is a strategy to give us a steady profit in gambling, will there still be a casino?
You are right . No strategy can give us continue winning and if such strategies exist it will be manipulation! The gambling system is not designed for continuous winning and because of this you should prepare you mind for sometime things flow in your favor and sometimes it will not flow in your favor! If we can have this conclusion in our mind then we would no that no strategy work for continuous winning.
Gamblers had used all sorts of strategies to have an edge of winning many games I can only say its a pure luck thus there is never any working strategy or holy grail however what baffles is the proliferation of gambling sites, casinos on the internet that really shows that more gamblers are getting more interest in gambling of course the possibility of some gamblers earning good profits is certain while a lot of losers will also emerges while some might gamble for fun not minding winning or losing.
5091  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Imagine that you're new to crypto now on: July 23, 2019, 06:52:57 PM
Imagine that you are a new player in the crypto world and have no idea about this topic.
What are you doing now? Read the book? You invest your savings in bitcoin, maybe you look at other coins (alts) or maybe you see that the price is falling and you're waiting to buy even lower. If so, do you know when to buy? What's your plan for this moment? Smiley
Internet is has been a major source of cryptos information via google a new player should devote some little time to read, uderstand and if possible practilise every aspect or areas that had been covered by doing so such a person will grasp the whole scope of cryptos, personally I started with creation of a blockchain wallet and moved to capthers and fausets in getting some satoshis stored in my wallet furthered with reading more books on blockchain technolonogy and finally learning how to trade which of course is a long journey however slow and steady wins a race according to an adage.
5092  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trading is a big challenge. on: July 20, 2019, 01:11:16 PM
The best alternative in dealing with bitcoin trading is to research and buy when the price drops ie buy low and sell high with this approach or method a newbie can conveniently make profit without any hitches however embarking on day trading trading via Technical and fundamental analysis without any prior experience can be catastrophic and might resulted to a massive loss which is obviously a big challenge because of quick movement of the price of bitcoin within an hour the price can pumps or dumps in a range of $1K which is a wide margin and volatility.
5093  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Adoption In Your Country on: July 20, 2019, 09:31:15 AM
In my country central bank had make a pronouncement that cryptocurrencies are illegal that any individual that is one way or the other trade, buys, sells and hodl bitcoin those so at his or own risk indirectly the government has not adopted bitcoin however cryptos enthusiasts transactions of bitcoin is without any government interference and done at free will invariably encourages more newbies to join the cryptosphere without hindrance this will encourages individual adoption rather government adoption.
5094  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's the *easiest* profitable betting strategy? on: July 19, 2019, 04:14:45 PM
The most convenient and easiest profitable betting strategy I usually adopts is the second option  as a soccer fan I followed English Premier league thus I study the way some of the team plays particularly away and home matches hence I can place my bet having studied some of the team sure wins especially the top team like Man City and Liverpool however the odd is small three to four accumulated odds usually favors me while playing with the amount of money I can afford to lose thus ensuring well detailed money management a win ensures another source of income for me and  this is now much easier with bookies that offers cryptos for deposits and withdrawal.
5095  Economy / Economics / Re: LESSONS FROM CRYPTO MARKET on: July 19, 2019, 04:32:58 AM
A very good lesson from cryptoarket is that, do not make decesions quickly that mighy lead you to bankcruptcy. If you going to invest do some research thoroughly, know the coin if you find it good invest it without fear.
Personally one of the lessons I learnt about cryptomarket is that its a long term investment I never regard it as a short term investment and always take some profits at the appropriate period when the price reached high and avoid greediness, another lesson is that whenever the price dumps it is the most appropriate period to buy, accumulate and hodl obviously the price will recover and pump this had been the case with bitcoin on several occasions as you rightly said fears and emotions had been a major factor in decision making when it comes to cryptomarkets.
5096  Economy / Speculation / Re: Libras impact on bitcoin price on: July 19, 2019, 03:20:57 AM
Libra had been a subject of discussion in the last few days even by the most powerful president in the world however I don't believe those discussions have any huge impact on the price of bitcoin although I might agree that Trump bashing of BTC had some little impact, as it is now the price had regains its upward momentum and started to pump this really shows that despite the harsh criticism its recovery was quick and swift of course investors have more confidence in it compared to a centralized Libra which had been struggling on arrival.
5097  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Question on: July 18, 2019, 08:09:07 PM
Is it normal that projects will not pay bounty rewards because their sales doesnt reached the target?

Is the bounty manager will be liable to here even its not in their control that ICO failed?

I want to joined Soc Med campaign but I read somewhere that some projects really dont pay at end because of ICO failure.
Every job has its own risk likewise bounty campaigns too failure of an ICO if both Soft Cap or Hard Cap is not reached some ICOs will make an announcement through the bounty manager declaring non payment of rewards this will definitely affects all the participants  thus  these are some the risk attached to bounty hunting, imagine working for several months promoting an ICO and at the end no payment was made this amount to wasted time and efforts and very discouraging however a through research is a way out of avoiding non paying bounties.
5098  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Congress: Bitcoin Is Unkillable And Unstoppable! on: July 18, 2019, 06:50:21 PM
What do you think about this statement? Yesterday, at the Libra Facebook hearing, we heard positive bullish news for bitcoin and negative statements about Libra.
A Congressman: Bitcoin is Unkillable and Unstoppable. TV news already discussing possibility of mainstream adoption.  Talking about regulations and allowing emmergence of cryptocurrencies. They are talking about bitcoin and how mainstream could it be in the future. So they are slowly considering crypto adoption.
The congressman has realized that bitcoin has come to stay and it will stay for life the only options is available now is about regulating it after it adoption, that of Libra will be subjected to a lot of screening and scrutiny already there has been a lot of it criticism when it was pronounced how it going to survive will remains a subject of discussions in days ahead already President Donald Trump had cast his aspersion on it already.
5099  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why the martingale system sucks! (doubling down on losses) on: July 18, 2019, 05:52:40 PM
Martingale system might effectively work if the player has a working strategy applicable in binary option, forex trading but I don't believe it work in gambling where the chances of wining is 50:50 and a bit of luck of course their is no holy grail however doubling your stakes in system in the name of martingale that has no assurance of wining in a row will amount to total loss of income.
Its will be very interesting to see successful gambler who had applied that system to prove its effectiveness.
5100  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: TRADING of Bitcoin in a broker or exchange? on: July 18, 2019, 12:25:37 PM
Do you have any preferences in to trade the Bitcoin by a broker or by an exchange?

If it´s so, let us to know your opinion, by this more people can feed theirselves, write advantages or disadvantages you have personally when you trade.

I think in 1 advantage with exchanges. When you buy any amount in an exchange you can hold and to sell when price go up and if the price go down you will continue having the same amount of BTC. The opposite would happen in a broker, if you buy any amount, your account can burns if the price turns down enough.
My preference for daily trading is via a broker the reason is that candlesticks formed on MT4 platform is easier for my analysis as per technical analysis, Candlesticks such as bullish and bearish engulfing, pin bars etc are well formed invariably aiding Price Action while I found it difficult to do same on exchange platforms more so there are some customized indicators that works perfectly well on Mt4 these are useful tools that aids my trading decisions based on TA while this won't work on exchanges platforms however the spreads on many cryptos pairs are very wide thus price has to move in favor of the trader else losses will be incurred in most trades.
