5101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is now the 6th largest world currency on: September 13, 2020, 04:47:54 AM
If Gold isn't a currency then obviously bitcoin can't be called a currency. Gold was once globally accepted as a medium of exchanges, although the fiat scams has overthrown all that, still Gold has value and would be gladly accepted by some individuals just as bitcoin currently is.
Bitcoin and Gold are not the same thing and Gold was not currency and was seen as an investment/federal reserved even since fiat currency was introduced and when Nixon concluded the USD to no longer be convertible for a fixed amount of Gold.

Never said they're the same thing although they have a lot of similarities which one is, they are currently the only real assets that can be valued as a currency. Before fiat was introduced gold was the general standard. It was a gobal currency used for exchanges of goods and payment for services. You saying good was never told s currency is wrong. Don't forget gold was more demand f a currency than what bitcoin is right now. Bitcoin is like the best version of gold and with it's decentralized advantage it can be said to be the best any currency can ever get.

Before now we all know the USD was backed by Gold, but the corruption and greediness of our politicians to create more note made the fiat to lose its focus and now a piece of worthless papper been given value because the government says so.
5102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin difficult to understand on: September 13, 2020, 04:37:54 AM
Peoples fine it difficult to understand what is cryptoccurrency most especially bitcoin, but their interested over cryptoccurrency.
I just suggest that their should be a TEXT BOOK that will discuss about cryptoccurrency in order to educate people who are interested because referring them to online shows that know Manuel evidence of cryptoccurrency. And if their is any article that guide bitcoin.

No doubt people want physical things they can touch and feel. Many still think bitcoin is a made up stuff that isn't real. They still want to be able to feel their money been spent that's exactly why they intentionally don't want to learn about bitcoin and not that it's too difficult to understand. If you're already good with operating your mobile phone you won't find it difficult learning the sending and receiving of bitcoin procedures.

It took me not more than minutes to learn them meaning it most likely won't take others the same. All I know in using bitcoin was self taught. You do not have to go reading books how how to do them when you can use a visual representation via youtube or personal coaching but if that's what you enjoy doing than that's cool. The best way to learn something fast in the industry is through experience.
5103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It is possible that bitcoin will use nowadays in cash less transaction? on: September 13, 2020, 04:27:02 AM
Nowadays government thinking is a cashless society to avoid corona virus spread out to the community or society.

No, this is unlikely to be the case, the government haven't bought into the ideal that bitcoin is trying to sell. Sure they believe in cashless transaction but there are numerous ways to achieve that that would still give them (the government) control over our finances as that's only what they're after. They won't want to risk losing that control by making us be our own bank which can be easily achieved with bitcoin.

Centralized digital currency are the perfect currency for the government as they push towards a cashless society, that's the currency they'll be advocating for but then it's left for us citizens to choose which is best for us.
5104  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] ★☆★ 777Coin Signature Campaign ★☆★ (Member-Hero Accepted) (New) on: September 12, 2020, 07:16:06 PM
This amount was life-changing for me. In my place, the average salary amounts to around $100-200 per month, and these earnings played a large part in making my life easier. Thanks a lot!!!

Thanks @Vishnu.Reang for your story. It means alot as it shows not only are we (777coin) benefiting from the participants but they (the participants) are also acknowledging our little token we send out for their contribution in creating awareness for the site. In times like this is when I wished I hard some spare merit on me to award but since I'm out for now, I'll do that when I get some spare.

Not many have this in them (showing gratitude), as you have done. Kudos, more blessing shall come your way for just this ack be it on or off the forum. Enjoy the rest of your stay in the campaign and keep giving the best you can offer to the promotion of 777coin.

5106  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Legit trading courses on: September 12, 2020, 06:38:14 AM
I really do not like trading courses because they are teaching you what they know and how they learnt it, not the way you may learn it.

That's mostly because most courses out there don't teach you anything productive but just playing on your intelligence, probably get you into subscribing to the signal channel with the promise of giving you some quick return before you perfect their trading strategy. While since actually teaches you something you can hold onto it very important not to totally rely on what they teach instead get inspiration from theirs and develop yours.

The professional traders you see in the space today 99% of them were self taught, they didn't have to rely on any trading guru or signals so if you want to achieve something similar like what they have done, you have to understand that 'each teacher out there can only teach what they knows that's they can't give out what they doesn't have'.
5107  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is the crypto market saturated? on: September 12, 2020, 06:29:37 AM
Well this is true, shitcoins are appearing out of nowhere and shockingly having a value. The project concepts of some altcoins are just repeatedly introduced in the market, Project teams are just tweaking a little bit of concept and code and proposing it as a new concept project and it is awfully got some investors in it like wth.

It's not saturated but it really feels like saturated.

The centralized exchange are making is saturated, and also the so called new project are just relying on existing code like we both highlighted. When the focus is just fixed on one area to me that can be considered saturation. Basically what happens in the space is, immediately a new trend begin to pick up momentum it because the new go to technology with little or no effort in improving that technology for the betterment of the industry but simply because the easiest way to cashout big by project founders.

Do some research, currently 80% of the project under development phase are DeFi related with no unique feature getting introduced to the current one. Is just getting irritating what the industry is turning into. The evidence are everywhere, the market is saturated.
5108  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: DEX : what features you want in it on: September 11, 2020, 01:13:32 PM
The defi exchanges are already in existence I think they are already perfect because they don't ask KYC and only protocols that work in all transactions. The only feature I guess that is needed here is to make it available for bank transactions like BTC or ETH cashout where USD will go to the bank account or going to PayPal account. If this feature will be added, there could be no users going to major CEX.

For starters they're not perfect, they still need some improvement which with time they'll improved on themselves in giving us a better decentralized experience. Before we had just IDEX like decentralized exchanges that supposenly was the best but in recent times exchanges like Uniswap are making the industry proud with the number of trading volume it's recording (most time surpassing major centralized exchanges). You suggestion can't be achieved, only centralized exchanges can do that.

For it to be done on decentralized exchange we have to used stablecoins which obviously is already been used as you can trade your UDSC with wrapped BTC on dex. The deposting or withdrawing aspect via banks has to be an agreement with the banks to start accepting decentralized dollars or what ever currencies you intend depositing which is unlikely to happen anytime soon.
5109  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Voted best trading platform on: September 11, 2020, 12:45:16 PM
For newbie please use Hitbtc but for pro trader/ investor with high quantity and quality Binance is the answer. Hitbtc have simple rules and layout, for people who start trading/ invest this platform is very good. Binance have high quality than other exchange but have rules with high protection, very fit for person with high capital. Use any exchange you like, as long can finish your transactions on time please stay.

Don't get why Hitbtc exchange still get mentioned in conversation involving quality exchange. 99% of traders I had a convo with in regards to their Hitbtc experience alway had a negative one. From their outrageous fees to constant system maintenance that would cost you to either miss out on taking profit or buying a coins before a sudden price movement assuming you had your trading funds on the exchange.

The only time I can ever think of patronizing the exchange is when I'm interested in buying into an altcoins before it goes mainstream and the only exchange I can buy it with comfort is Hitbtc apart from that then obviously it's a no go exchange for frequent trading for me.
5110  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: List of Threads to Earn Legit Merit on: September 11, 2020, 12:30:02 PM
I had a similar thread sometime back titled; List of Active Merit Giveaways threads. it did help alot of users get their very first merit and other merit they needed especially when their post were going unnoticed. I got lots of thanks back them so I know the thread served it purpose. I updated the thread for about 11 months straight before I slowly forgot about it especially as it was move to a board I don't visit that much.

I hope you can keep yours active to for a very long time without having other intentions like hurting for merit with this thread. One more thing the board you have this list on is kind of irrelevant since most of the giveaway threads are created here that means anyone visiting the board would already have a fair chance of seeing the thread. It been hosted on a separate board who had been the best idea.
5111  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Perfect Money safe to store big money or not ? on: September 11, 2020, 12:20:22 PM
Just don't trust these centralized digital currency, they're are even less secure then your banks. Your account can be compromised with the excuse, the fault was from your end. I have a friend that lost some huge amount of funds from his luno account when he tried depositing some funds after writing to support they claimed the fault was from the users ends meanwhile I was present when the transactions was initiated and the luno app he used was gotten through me (shared this him) which obviously has to be original since I have been using it for a long time and haven't encounter any issue like that.

What I'm trying to explain is sometimes the server from their end most have been compromised that'll lead youy account been vulnerable and at the end of the day you get all the blame. Another advice would be not to put all your eggs in one basket. Bitcoin wallet has to be the safest option out there. I'm still on the desktop electrum stage so meant not have the knowledge to suggest you a reliable hardware wallet but from my findings they are the best.

You can divide the funds into two or different amount and use the best of the suggestion by does who have the knowledge but also conduct personal research before patronizing any of them.
5112  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Modifying a signature code, can or should this be considered as plagiarism?. on: September 11, 2020, 12:04:48 PM
this is plagiarism, it would not be considered plagiarism unless you asked for permission to modify the subscription.

I wasn't referring to a campaign in my statement. For every Campaign I launch, there's a requirement from me for them to provide me with the signature code. In a situation when they (project owner) doesn't have an idea on how to do that then I put them through via linking them with a signature designer that give then something of their choosen.

I meant my personal business or when I intend passing a message across via my signature space (but I get your point). From the contributions so far I think there's a mix reaction and not mixed view on the question.

5114  Economy / Services / Re: [Open] ▄■▀■▄ 🌟Bitvest.io🌟 - Plinko Sign Camp (Member-Hero Accepted)(New2) on: September 11, 2020, 06:11:42 AM

Welll said, everyone is welcome to contribute to the success of the campaign. This can't be a one man job due to some human factor I'm bond to miss some clear errors which meant be visible to others but where I might get offended is when things are over done. Burst posting can't be the same for every Campaign. In Bitvest since there's a maximum of 60 post to be made weekly, anything within 10-15 posts supposenly they're quality contributions and written within a decent about of time apart would be ok by me. But that won't be the case in other Campaign that requires less maximum countable posts.

The users in tier E are very tiresome to handle, just exploring some measure I employed to handle them. When I see them go against the rules, sometimes I intentionally decide not to warn so they don't try to outsmart the rules by doing the right thing in the present week then probably go back to their old ways in the next week and follow that pattern.

The user in question has been identified as a users that doesn't follow the rules of the campaign (his time in the campaign are numbered already) previously he was removed before giving a second chance. He was also inactive before doing what you just highlighted the past week. I'm aware of all that, sometimes I give grace.

Ps: I'm open to contributions from all users of the campaign in giving the project the best we can. Kudos to everyone doing that.
5115  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Modifying a signature code, can or should this be considered as plagiarism?. on: September 11, 2020, 05:42:25 AM
...

Nice point buddy, out of smerits if not I would had sent you some.I love how this is going. With your example I think it all depends on what the owner of the code what. If you observe closely, on countless occasion especially on the signature thread of chipmixer the signature code are usually modified by some members to either make a point in an argument or welcome new members, if I'm not mistaking too there's this user (Gyrsur) by username (just browse that out) promoting a separate project with the same design, Darkstar seems to haven't done anything about if which probably means he's cool with it.

I understand that some designs are so unique that it represents the project, like in the case of chipmixer that one doesn't need to see what's written before he associate the designs to chipmixer. When such design are user mostly it's just for clickbait. In a situation when such code are modified to an extend its doesn't have much similarities to that of the original, who that be ok?.
5116  Economy / Speculation / Re: If market crashes, BTC will crash twice as hard. on: September 10, 2020, 10:43:32 PM
I see there is a strong correlation between SPY and Bitcoin prices.  BTC has a higher beta, however.  Whenever SPY tanks, BTC tanks twiiiiiice as hard, (as it was the first time, I said good byeeee)
In March, BTC dropped from $10k to $5k.      I am calling for another BitCoin wipeout when the market crashes.

Not trying to be the odd guy here or acting unreasonable but I think I'll be vouching for another bitcoin correction not minding how dip it goes. I was taken unprepared with the previous that occurred days back, wiping my portfolio approximately -50% since I had early increase my altcoins holdings with hopes to trade them within the weeks in acquiring more bitcoin. I got screwed big time. In regards to your observation, the corrections we think we're observing is just as a result of the impact of the pandemic in the global economy and nothing more.

Every market whether, assets, stock or currency got hit in March and not just that you of the cryptocurrencies market so that won't be an accurate comparison. That same fate repeat itself doesn't justified that too until everything returns back to normal.
5117  Economy / Service Discussion / Modifying a signature code, can or should this be considered as plagiarism?. on: September 10, 2020, 10:29:11 PM
So I was thinking, the signature code are like open source code that anyone can modify since there's no restriction to who can use them (correct me if I'm wrong here). Personally when trying to create a signature ad for myself to wear in advertising my currency exchange business or other personal business, I chosen some signature code I found their ads to be attractive or perfect, do some adjustment and used the code on my profile to advertise my business. I'm not a coder nor have any indepth knowledge of creating the bbcodes. On no occasion also have I used any of the ad code in decieving users with clickbait.

So my question goes as this, if such event occurs when two projects have similar or exact signature ad format meaning the later obviously copied that of the first advertisers can this be deem punishable especially when permissions wasn't taken from the code owner.

On several occupations, I have seen project using similar signature code most especially as most knew code designers get their inspiration from previous designs.
5118  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why are scammers everywhere, it is obvious online on: September 10, 2020, 06:30:50 AM
Just know that there's always someone out there ready to steal your coins from you. It's left for you to either protect your funds by staying inform and updating your security measures or risk lossing them to others who knows the value of what you currently hold. The scams this days aren't new so with just few click away you can save yourself from falling victim. Always make it a priority to research before investing your money into any new adventure you find online.

Be very skeptical about anything you find online especially when it comes to cryptocurrencies because 99.9% of the time they're usual false at whatever they promise. Instead of trusting your funds to stranger invest that fund or some percentage of it into enlightening yourself. The scams are everywhere but so are the warnings, don't let ignorance lead you into losing your funds.
5119  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Invest for beginners on: September 10, 2020, 06:09:46 AM
Buddy, Ethereum has payed its price to be dim worthy of been called a trusted cryptocurrencies. If I'm asked to give an advice on an altcoins for anyone that wants one to invest in, that's if the users don't doesn't want to Invest in Bitcoin or already has bitcoin and seriously want to own another coin then it has to be Ethereum. Scammers use bitcoin, does that make Bitcoin a scam? I believe not. Therefore Ethereum shouldn't be called a scam just because it provided a platform that's been user mostly by scammers for now.

Ethereum has contributed positively to the progress of the industry from creating decentralized platform to emerging new crowdfunding medium. That this new feature are been abused doesn't mean they can't be used for good. With time new innovation shall be introduced to better the development of the platform.

Our ignorance is what is costing us and not Ethereum itself. More development are needed if we want the industry to advance further. Bitcoin is a currency, Ethereum is a platform. Both can work hand in hand but still Bitcoin is superior and always the most recommended to patronize. Just do your personal research properly as there are great opportunities to profit from both project.
5120  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Have you lost btc at some point of the time ? What is your story on: September 10, 2020, 05:54:21 AM
Luckily I haven't lost my bitcoin to any of your listed ways but that doesn't mean I haven't lost bitcoin entirely. Infact any enthusiast currently in the space at one point or another have lost Bitcoin, the most common has to be via trading. Most time we trader make profit in USD per se but actually are losing our sats. Which means it would had been more profitable/idea to just hold our bitcoin and make that profit without risking anything as the moment you send your coin to a exchange (especially centralized ones) you risk getting screwed.

As for the other means that involves clear scam, that I haven't fallen victim doesn't mean I'm immune but with few precautions you can keep your funds safe. Avoid any free money event like airdrop, giveaways etc and you will reduce the success rate of getting scammed by those scammers using that means and if you must participate get the link via an official social media handle or website.

Typically, when you make the security of your funds your number priority, you'll be very vigilant that this cheap scams would hardly take advantage of your ignorance.
