Thank you sir. I agree with you. If i want use escrow system to do crypto otc ,do you have any sites for suggestion? Obviously, i will pay for the price of anonymous.
Escrow is also offered by renowned members here in the forum. For such offers there is a separate section in the service section where you can post your request for an Escrow. You ill get answers very quickly I think. You can then choose the Escrow according to your requirements. For me, for example, one requirement would be that it is a renowned participant (eg. not a newbie account) with a very high trust rating. As far as I know there are also "professional" escrow services that offer their services there, but I personally have absolutely no experience with that.

There is some trusted escrow that OP can use. And probably going in batches is better than doing an all-in trade. IIRC, some of them manage more than 10 BTC deals in the past so maybe it's worth doing that. Of course, the fee is another matter. But it's probably a price you need to pay if you look for anonymity.
That would definitely be a possibility, that's true. Regarding the anonymity you mentioned, the Trade BTC <-> FIAT is the least of my concerns. At least here in Central Europe, proof of where the money comes from is required at the latest when the FIAT is to be transferred to an bank account. In the EU, with AML 5 and the new money laundering guidelines, a lot has happened here since the beginning of the year: in particular, the AMLD5 - extends the scope to virtual currency platforms and wallet providers, tax related services and traders of art
- introduces strict enhanced due diligence measures for financial flows from high-risk third countries
- ends the anonymity of bank and savings accounts, as well as safe deposit boxes and creates central access mechanisms to bank account and safe deposit boxes holder information throughout the EU
- ...
SourceAML5 is one of the reasons why European stock exchanges and brokers (Bitpanda, for example) now require proof of where the BTCs come from even for small BTC deposits (< 0.1 BTC) ... I am not sure if OP is from the EU or not, but if he is, trading the coins for FIAT will be the lesser problem.

I'm pretty sure there exists a technology wherein they can make it look like the stadium is fully-packed and emulate the noises done by those same fans.
The technology certainly exists, yes. The comparison is a bit misleading, but if you look at how well the fans are animated at current FIFA games and how good the atmosphere is, I assume that this is also possible for TV broadcasts. But the art is to create the right fan scenery at the right time (goal celebration, indignation with red cards, ...). This is relatively easy with computer games, but I imagine it to be much more difficult with TV broadcasts. So I don't assume - especially because of the short preparation time - that we will see something similar here, but "only" cheers etc.

It is not that weird to play in an empty stadium but if you add noise with the use of speakers then it will be pretty weird. -snip-
Of course, the sounds would not be heard in the stadium but would only be played during the TV broadcast ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) You can roughly compare this to the clapping and laughing you hear on shows like BigBangTheory. I must honestly admit that I missed a lot of atmosphere at the games on the weekend, watching the games is not really that exciting when there's no atmosphere in the stadium. So I don't think the step of the artificially created atmosphere is good, if one prefers a silent stadium you could switch off the volume anyways.

If I have understood this correctly now you want to exchange BTC/ETH in larger quantities for FIAT, right? Big Exchanges like Bitfinex offer this possibility, yes: Many traders have expressed interest in the ability to make larger trades directly with a counterparty without having to go through the public order books.
To make that possible, Bitfinex is pleased to officially announce the launch of our new Over The Counter (OTC) Trading Desk. Through our OTC desk, traders will be able to access digital currency liquidity without affecting the exchange market price.
But you won't get over KYC that way. One possibility without KYC would be direct sales here in the forum, but for larger sums I think it's almost impossible to find anyone there. The risk of being cheated is just too high.

Should the fan support be taken into consideration when it comes to placing the bets, does the current situation change much in this regard in your opinion?
Some time ago we had a discussion here, initiated by tyKiwanuka, about what constitutes the so-called "home advantage". Several studies were also quoted and discussed in the thread. In short summary: The fans play a big role, but they're not the only ones. Issues such as travel stress, familiar surroundings (players' cabins, the familiar field, ...) are just as important. But in my opinion, the most decisive point of the home advantage is the so-called "referee bias", which is mainly caused by the fact that referees subconsciously prefer the home team in order to avoid being targeted by the fans: The second article lists a lot of factors which influence home advantage. According to this article the so called "Referee Bias" is the most influental factor on home team advantage: There is overwhelming evidence that referees decisions are biased towards the home team. Moskowitz and Wertheim (2012) found that the referee was the most influential factor on home advantage, and that home teams gained a small bias from the referee. They did make it clear that this is not done consciously, instead, the referees were affected subconsciously by the emotion of a home crowd. So if both the support of fans is lost and the so-called "referee bias" is weakened, it is quite possible that away teams suddenly have a better chance of winning. Statistics and evaluations as soon as the season is over are certainly very interesting.

Just a little over 2 days to go before the next LB Happy Hour starts. We hope to see all of you there participating. Lot's of great prizes to be won.
I must honestly admit that I am surprised about the wagering contest, I think the idea and the format is very good. Also the lottery draw is a very good incentive to at least log in and play a few times. Because of the very tight time frame I hope that the servers of Luckybit will be able to cope with the rush - which will hopefully come ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) The promo made me create an account and start working on the site.

This indicates that JPMorgan Chase is prepared to defend this activity to regulators and clearly represents a major thawing in how major financial institutions view cryptocurrencies. If nothing else, it acknowledges that customers are interested in making investments in, and holding, cryptocurrency assets.

-snip- But, why don't we prepare from the onset against hacking?
In simple terms: because it is not possible. A company can only take measures to keep the probability of being hacked as low as possible. The more worthy of protection the company's data is, the more money will flow into these measures.A bank will have to take completely different security measures than a small local webshop. However, it is impossible to protect against any kind of attack. If you read the linked article about the Bitstamp hack, you will see that administrators or people with access to sensitive data (private keys, ...) have been attacked and scammed: In the case of Bitstamp, those behind the attack used Skype and email to communicate with employees and attempt to distribute files containing malware by appealing to their personal histories and interests. Bitstamp's system became compromised after systems administrator Luka Kodric downloaded a file that he believed had been sent by a representative for an organization that was seeking his membership. SourceOf course you can say that bitstamp should have trained its people better to prevent something like this from happening. However, such attacks sometimes go on for months in order to build trust between the attacker and the target ... until the target becomes more gullible and makes a mistake. No one, I dare say, is immune to this.

-snip-particularly as we've got no idea how unfit any of the players are. -snip-
Today a team of the Austrian Bundesliga was convicted of fraud. Hidden cameras were installed in their training center to prove that the team had continued training despite the ban of regular team training sessions. The team justified itself with close meshed Covid tests whereby an infection was next to impossible, how the Bundesliga reacts to it remains to be seen. I do not assume that this was the only team that continued training despite the ban, but it was the first team that was convicted - and only because cameras could be installed in case of a break-in. So I honestly do not assume that the teams and players are in bad shape ... ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Clubs in Austria are only supposed to hold training for small groups of players under social distancing regulations before full training begins Friday. But the league says it was sent multiple videos showing “a regular team training session” which supposedly took place “recently.” LASK has been charged with a violation of fair-play principles. The team could be fined or have points deducted. Source

I am trying to do a little analysis on the matter as mention in the subject. However, I am unable to find anything (a comprehensive study with data) which can help my analysis. I expected a surge in online gaming activities due to the Covid induced lock-down the world is facing right at this moment.
"Research and Markets" publishes studies 4 times a year that focus purely on online gambling. In the Spring-report there is also the following section: 1 - COVID-19 Impacts - Impact on overall revenues
- Betting will be hit the hardest
- The light at the end of the tunnel
I think this might help you. The reports are unfortunately subject to a fee and anything but cheap (access costs around 850€). But there might be other sites which publish details about these reports and may also provide excerpts of them. At the same time, I also looked at statistics on dicesites.com to see if you could read here that Covid is making crypto online gaming more. But I definitely do not see it that way: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.postimg.cc%2FBvpgxCJ1%2Fscreenshot-141.png&t=663&c=gQ3J5qQrXgnCtw) The graph cleary shows that there aren't any spikes in total bets during the lockdown phases in March/April/May. Additionally, compared to December 2019 or January 2019 the number of total bets is way lower. Could also be related to the second point of the report linked above ("Betting will be hit hardest"). Without wanting to reinterpret too much, I can well imagine that in times of crisis (job security, layoffs, ...) there is not much money left for online gambling.

Not that it doesn't make sense to join, but you will be basically deciding if you want to join or not yourself. Nobody forces anyone to join at all, just make it "top 10 people who wagered and didn't want their names hidden" and you would basically have people either declining to put their usernames there and that way you would have people who want to keep hidden will hide themselves and decide to not join. However that is not really ideal for wagering situation, as a casino you would want everyone to gamble hence I think the second option makes more sense as well.
I think it's more about protecting the players. At wagering contests like this there are sometimes very high amounts of money involved, you see players who have wagered 50 BTC and more on 2-3 days: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.postimg.cc%2FtTFdhxFx%2Fscreenshot-141.png&t=663&c=9b60yDgqNQJ7hg) These numbers can be reached without a bankroll by betting a lot of small bets, that's for sure. However, the chance that a whale is behind the player with such sums (the loss by House Edge at 1% alone would be around 0.5 BTC) is quite high. Especially in casinos that offer chat, PM and forum functions, for example, the chance is quite high that these players are specifically choosen for a scam attacks.
