I'm just curious about how that online casino is still operating. I have seen people win so many BTC there in videos and I don't know if they are having a problem withdrawing it. It's mostly all of the said "winnings" that they actually post their winnings and not making sure if they have got it. I'm pretty sure it's just for marketing business making people seem eager to play in that casino because there are a lot of winners. With all the negative reviews that @TimeTeller posted in the thread. There should be an action against that site.

I hope this becomes a Global standard in BTCT. Like every manager uses this kind of system and rulings so that everyone would know how to follow and what to follow, correctly. I think it could be applied here in the forum just like the different ISO standards that are agreed upon on different industries.
Maybe it could increase the quality of members partaking in the signature campaign too.

A player who is unsatisfied with the site has given. Maybe all the other gamblers who lost will create another topic and say this “xxxx gambling site is a scam!”. That’s the problem with most people because they tend to blame others first before themselves. They are not looking for something wrong in themselves and try to fix it, instead they lash out at everything including the ones who he thinks “cheated” on him and lost a lot.
If this was always the case, think about all the traders who got liquidated when a big move has come with Bitcoin. Should they complain in the site? No. Traders have the complete control over what they are willing to risk. Just like in Gambling.

CryptoMania should be able to answer it (or maybe theymos with the IP log data). But it seems like DontMe has managed their ANN thread, and possibly their communications on this forum. I guess they trusted DontMe.
What bugs me the most is that there's even no warning that they would be changing "managers"/"accounts" in the old thread. This is the last post in the old thread before it was locked. Definitely not a warning message. Just out of the blue. Contacting the site would be ideal.

The person you quoted also acknowledged payments were made. Is it me you are talking about? I did say that they got paid assuming that the participants didn't complain, as simple as that, but having actual proof that the transaction happened, I don't have that. I don't know if there's a way unless the manager deliberately shares the transactions. All of it. Making sure that it's on the correct timestamps as well.
Dontme is clearly not accepting the most qualified candidates into his signature campaign. I applied for his CryptoMania campaign, was not accepted, and looking at who was accepted, I was passed over for multiple people with no merit received. I did notice this while I was scrolling in the page of the CryptoMania thread. There are a lot of usernames that I was familiar but skipped on it. It's like they purposefully accepted the ones that they like or have a connection to.

I'm one of those people who use the hardware wallet, Ledger and it has been good to me so far, and I have the Nano S and Nano X. Anyways, if I have the opportunity to invest in their coin, why not? I'm just going to look over a few factors to consider before actually buying the actual currency. - Would it be the best use for your money?
- Checking the risk knowing that it's another cryptocurrency.
- Do you immediately need the money back in case it takes a long time?
- What's the actual use of the coin?
- Would you be able to earn more when you have it? (Like staking the currency)
These are the things that I think I need to consider with the factors at hand because why would we not believe it? I would like to own some of it, but I would use my extra BTC to invest in it and to hope and learning that Ledger is a massive company in the cryptocurrency world, it may grow. As long as you don't regret what you are doing, I think it would be beneficial to your self, mentally and emotionally.

I'm worried that you're only method of turning a profit is by cheating on your heads and tails game - you know the server seed and know the opponent's client seed, so you can easily create a client seed that generates a win for you.
I'm quite confused right now because upon reading the website it's a PvP type of game. The most plausible way to have their profit if they give an advantage to your opponent and that said opponent is a player from the house. Right now there are a few people using the site so they need to use somebody to play in the site because they "do not support a bot-api." Even without a bot, you could decide on where you would give the win (generating a win to the favorable side) then profit from it. That's just my take on the situation. No other way they could profit, no affiliates, ads, etc. Great initiative though.

There are quite a number of signature participants that are from the Philippines. It might be a case of the interconnected culture resulting in a quicker spread of Bitcoin, not to mention the infrastructure that readies users for bitcoin adoption (like coinsph)
It's quite convenient for the users to use a service like coins.ph to distribute the payments. It saves them time and the transaction fees are non-existent so which is good. It's great that they are using that, I wasn't aware the first time I looked into it. Nevertheless, at least they got paid. Also it is quite common within local communities to share new campaigns with each other as soon as they pop up. And when in that case the filipino-community found this new campaign first and applied for it first, too + the manager does accept applicants on "first come, first serve" basis, than this could possible be the reason. Did not check for the timestamps, so just an idea for the moment.
I understand. That would definitely be an advantage on being part of a group where you exchange ideas and lift everyone else in that group for the betterment of everyone. For a new campaign, I think that "kind-of-rule" will apply because maybe good posters would apply first and you can lose a spot.

Because most devices have a single multi purpose port now. Any USB cable with data pins, even if you think it is just for charging, can send or receive data from your device too. You don't know what's inside the charging adapter. It could quite easily be hiding a few microchips ready to send malware to any device which connects. This article by the verge is quite recent and it's a good read too. This shows that a cable looks and functions like a normal lightning cable but it has an additional feature where it has a wireless point (additional hardware) making it a remote hacking device. It's definitely a scary place we live in now, everything can be remotely hijacked. And guess what, it says "it's nothing new". It has been going around and I have no idea until recently. Good. Paranoid is good. Yoy shouldn't be plugging any unknown USB cables, drives, or devices in to your device. Or never borrow from someone you don't know. #neveragain #officialproductsonly LOL. Absolutely. There is a public charging station at my nearest airport with about 20 cables of various sizes. Every time I am there, they are almost all being used. That's hundreds of devices each day.
It's better to use a normal socket using your charging cable and adapter instead. This is what I usually do in an airport.

I didn't know that this exists already. Thanks for sharing this. It's definitely scary to use cheap stuff that might compromise your status. I do have a cheap cable for charging (it's an L-type of cord, so I could play while charging), I don't know how they would be able to get my data because I just stuck it in the charging adaptor.
Anyways, this reminded me of a story by my boss at his previous work that he knows someone that is a good programmer and he created a flash drive that once you stuck it in your computer, it's going to get your files in the background while it's still inserted. This story makes me paranoid and makes me want my files to be secure.
So basically, this is a warning for everyone to NEVER use cheap cords and plug it in your computer. Now I'm more paranoid
@o_e_l_e_o Is it really going to be effective to hack someone or infect a virus when you just use a public charging station? Infecting the one you are charging?
So you could say that your smartphone would be getting HIV.

I supported the flag as well. It is a shame that he is able to earn money this way.
I don't think that earn would be the right term. Hijacked/swiped/robbed. Lol You wouldn't know the right time to be trusting but it's just better to be safe than sorry. Don't trust anybody so easily without checking the background or something. I was a victim with scamming because I didn't get a background check and believed that there are good persons still to transact with, it's just not the reality we live in.

Frankly speaking, I do not really care if I lose it all as it happened to me several times already (not only here). I do play here because I like the game and obviously because I do like gamble, not only trying to get the extra satoshi to pay for the withdrawal fee. Even before I joined the campaign, I have tried this site with my own deposit.
That's awesome. You must really enjoy the fruits that have come to you when you were early in this forum. You have a lot of BTC earnings probably. At least, I know that it's not just me that has become bust just because of playing. It's the risk you are willing to do and getting the satisfaction in winning the game is even better. What game do you like most in MintDice? For me, I really like the slots game because I just enjoy seeing all the rolling and graphics. Lol.

^ I read payment is done thru coinsph. Maybe that'll explain some of the "irregularities".
Thanks for the info. Upon checking, the manager said this Hello there mate. I’m using an app wallet. Coins.ph. Kindly wait and I will send it right away on this wallet. Thankyou I did check it, that's probably why there are a lot of unknown transactions. So of all the people that are included in the campaign, the majority are Filipinos? That's quite a coincidence. Hmm. Anyways, just pointing it out.

Its been a while for this thread here on our Local Board. Nakita ko yung post ni crwth sa kabilang thread ko sa services, although hindi ko masyadong binasa lahat pero I know na may binabalak na naman sya 🤣 Just for you to know guys, I also want you to support him kung ano man ang mailatag nya upang makatulong sa kapwa natin, I'm just a student I lack some things and knowledge pero isa lang ang alam ko, at ito ay ang tumulong.
Thank you sa pag support, @cabalism13. Matagal na ako nag iisip kung ano yung pwedeng sunod na activity for the Bitcointalk Charity and to my realizations, the farmers really need our help. Kahit anong support, kung hindi man makapag volunteer or bumili locally, the best is still to donate.
Nakakatuwa yun.

I also sent a small donation: ~snip
Hey there Lucius, thanks! It doesn’t matter how small the donation, it’s the effort that counts. I know it’s not going to hurt us to give a little to those who needs it but certainly will help. As long as the donation wouldn’t let you feel regret, then that’s good to go.
I think you should've made a different thread with this. it's a bit off-topic here. in this forum you can only spread awareness about this issue. but you can't get that large funding to fix this issue from here.
I don’t think I should create another topic because what I’m proposing is another project for this program. I would be getting some help from the Bitcointalk Charity Program. All help are welcome. To have a significant impact towards the problem would require a large fund, like you are suggesting. I know for sure that 1 BTC wouldn’t be enough to solve it, but in a small way, with these donations going on, it would definitely help people.
Remember, that it’s still significant no matter what amount you give to as long as you do it with full heart.

Nice to hear that there will be something like reward for players. I guess it will something similar to rakeback where players will be rewarded based on their level or activity on the site. Although it wont be ready until the end of this year, at least it is a good news for players. I do not play that much here but I do believe I have wagered some money, at least I do not withdraw my earning from the campaign directly after I received it but I always spend some of it to play.
I do that too, where I play some of my earnings in the signature campaign and hoping to exceed a little towards the transaction fee that is being implemented. Maybe earn like 20k sats and then withdraw. At least you could somehow get the return of the fee, getting your paid amount in full. Just be careful not to play with it too much, you could lose it all. (Almost happened to me, lol)

Hey there guys, bumping this thread. I just had a sudden realization on how lucky we are knowledgeable in some ways to discover this forum and to make money from it. It's a blessing to have, and I'm thankful for it. So let's talk about a real problem that is currently happening for years now in the Philippines. Probably there are a lot of people who have seen this issue or may have done something, and I think it's time we could make a difference in some way. Christmas time is fast approaching, and I'm suggesting this to help the fellow Filipinos who need urgent help. Let's talk about first what Rice Tariffication and what it has done to the Philippines The Rice Tariffication Law titled “An Act liberalizing the importation, exportation, and trading of rice, lifting for the purpose the quantitative import restriction on rice, and for other purposes” Basically, it's for the Philippines to comply with the international commitment with WTO (World Trade Organization) and target the possible problems that could happen in the future (Rice Shortage, Expensive Rice, etc.) [1]Positive effects of this Law are- Lower Price for Consumers
- Addressing the Rice Shortage
- Lower inflation Rates
- Supporting Rice farmers (they could export it to the world market, more possible consumers from another country)
This Negative Effect is what I want everyone to focus on, as the Bitcointalk Community, and evaluate what we could do. - No Assurance / Safety net for Filipino Farmers
- More importation
There are more to this list, and it's all in this article So knowing some part of it, what's the Big Problem that we are talking about?- The possible Over Supply could negatively impact the Local Farmers and it has [2]
- Farmers are getting poorer and poorer
As a Bitcointalk Member and being a concerned citizen of the Earth. We wouldn't want other people to suffer. What could we do?
There are a couple of things to support the Filipino Farmers[3]- Buy Locally (Wet markets, Online Markets that sell local products, etc.)
- Don't be a cheapskate when buying (Practice fair trade)
- Support Restaurants that use locally grown produce
- Volunteer or Donate
I think the last part is the most applicable right now for us and how we could use the funds that we have collected. (Thank you to those who donated) There are a couple of organizations that could accept donations towards improving the quality of life of the Filipino Farmers.[3]- MASIPAG (Magsasaka at Siyentipuko para sa Pag-unlad ng Agrikultura)
- PAKISAMA (Pambansang Kilusan Ng Mga Samahang Magsasaka),
- https://www.cropital.com/
With all listed above, I could try to contact them on how the process would go and how it could help the farmers. Let me know guys if you agree with this. I hope everyone would agree and feel free to suggest that could help References[1] - The Philippine Rice Tariffication Law: Implications and Issues by Annette M. Tobias[2] - Pangilinan: Farmers worse off after signing of rice tariffication law by Dharel Placido[3] - This Is How We Can Help Our Local Farmers! by Bea Faicol

Good point, the fact is here that's why they are prefered to use cryptocurrency rather than fiat. When you using fiat in online gambling most probably they are asking KYC or it will be linked to your bank account which is not good because it might be the reason for blocking your bank account to the bank. It's very fit if they used cryptocurrency in all gambling aspect online. Nevertheless, this process is I have seen in the majority of all gambling platform online.
There could be a lot of reasons why you want to hide your identity. - Protection from DOX
- You committed criminal acts
- Famous
And more of other reasons why but why wouldn't you want to do KYC? It gives back and forth protection with the casino. Personally, I don't like to do KYC but if the company is trusted by other people and is registered with the right authorities, that's okay. I just don't think everyone would use cryptocurrencies with gambling because they are already making a lot of money using fiat. Think about it.
