5121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some altcoin up by 10x in a day on: May 12, 2015, 12:57:39 PM
There have been many coins arose, I myself have earned more than 20x on a coin (prefer not to mention which one) but yes, it was a great feeling when I turned BTC0.2 to BTC4 in not more than a month.

But always remember, every coin has its days, when you are in at the right time, you will make, either you might break.

True, very few coins stay at that high level reached after fast pump. In 90% of the cases, there is a dump. Look at BTC, LTC.....

You can continue with the jealous guys thread

5124  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is cloudmining still profitible? on: May 12, 2015, 09:30:19 AM
It takes much more money then 2 BTC to make some meaningful money both in the cloud and home mining. ROI is about 300 days, do not forge that and new miners about be available this summer.
5125  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: 10PHs in 1 day vs 1PHs in 10 days on: May 12, 2015, 06:49:40 AM
It s hard to answer this one, it would depend on difficulty, pool luck, uptime, etc.

I would go with 10 PHS.
5126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you do to Earn your coins on: May 12, 2015, 06:45:34 AM
I had 1 GPU back in the days, then I had 1 rig, then 3 rigs.....
5127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Diamond (DMD) Evolution v 2.0 | NEW wallet, 50% POS Active on: May 12, 2015, 05:24:21 AM
Another question for you guys, sorry.
This morning I woke up and it said I minted some coins and I was like, "Awesome."  But after I got ready for work it still said it had zero confirmations.  I didn't have time to mess with it so I went to work.
I just got home and it said I minted two more chunks.  I only had two transactions that were minting total.  The original one still has no confirmations.  It seems like maybe it is a duplicate.  I ran repairwallet and that did nothing.
How do I make that weird transaction disappear or start confirming?
Thanks!

No need to do anything, it s a probably an orphan block, simply put, another DMD block staked at the same time and the blockchain accepted the other block's stake rather than your stake. Just keep your wallet as is and continue staking and your DMD block will continue competing for stake, you did not lose any coin age that has accumulated. It ll stake again. This is not DMD Diamond issue, it happens with all PoS coins.
5128  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Hashnest 's newest PACMiC Cloud Mining Contract on: May 11, 2015, 06:02:38 PM
we got some interesting offer here, really considering this kind of investment in this dark days where most of mining systems cant even make a ROI, safety with low earning rates seems the way.

22% per year is a low interest rate for you? Where do you live, third world?

Don't forget all the risks involved, it's not bad, but mediocre given all involved risks (which are incomparably huge compared to stock market)... One of the better options these hard times though, I agree.

Probably the best option, considering fixed interest rate.
5129  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Nucleus Market Review on: May 11, 2015, 12:32:19 PM
It's a darknet market.

Oh no. Not again.

Dont we have enough references of BTC being tied to illegal activities, terrorism, etc. NO! Fuck that.

Fiat money is also used for the same purposes.

Likewise gold, oil and diamonds.

Fiat. gold and diamonds you can trace, at least in theory. BTC provides really anonymity and helps criminals do their stuff. Why the hell would I support it in any way?

5131  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitin.co Scam on: May 11, 2015, 10:52:48 AM
I have already contacted skrill but they told me that it is impossible to pay me to a particular transaction. I do not understand how these scammers always rip people freely without any penalty, and additionally protects skrill that way.

I m sorry for your loss but in this case it s your mistake. You simply do not do online transaction with unverified websites hosted who knows where and using payment methods which do not offer charge back option.
5132  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Nucleus Market Review on: May 11, 2015, 07:10:59 AM
Anyone have any experience with Nucleus?

Seen a mixture of positive and negative reviews - hard to  tell who are and are not shills?

What is nucleus? Can you elaborate pls?

5134  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitin.co on: May 10, 2015, 02:26:54 PM
hello,

I ordered bitcoins on the site bitin.co May 5, I paid the ordered through my skrill account, I had confirmation that payment has been made, but I have not yet had no response from bitin.co I contacted skrill to get my money they say it is irretrievable, I like to know if this site is run by a scammer, and how I can get my money.

thank you.

Why would you buy BTC from some anonymous provider? Internet s full of scams. What do you mean money s irretrievable, dont they have some charge back policy?
5135  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Block split - 25 - 12.5 on: May 10, 2015, 12:37:05 PM
Not a think will happen directly related to block halving.

Feather coin and Vertcoin wanted to do the same by changing their algos to disable ASIC from mining these coins. The entire idea was to limit supply and guess what, nothing happened, the price even went down.
5136  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Reputable place to deposit BTC with interest on: May 10, 2015, 12:34:19 PM

You guys really need to do more research lol Smiley

Delta-Financial

5137  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Reputable place to deposit BTC with interest on: May 10, 2015, 09:26:21 AM
Why not use an interest-bearing wallet from a large company? There are several options out there Smiley

Like what?
5138  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Reputable place to deposit BTC with interest on: May 10, 2015, 07:57:39 AM
Bitfinex, BTCjam or Bitbond could give you big interest
Or you could loan your bitcoin with interest rate

I do not think he s searching a place to lend coins. He just wants to have some form of BTC savings account, risk free saving and earning interest.
5139  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Has anybody used "Weselldoges" before? on: May 10, 2015, 06:37:58 AM
Yes. It is a legit website to buy altcoins. Their main website is https://wesellcrypto.com/ and their BCT thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=853175.0.

I want them to add Bitcoin. It is now one of the best way, maybe only best way to buy Bitcoin with PayPal -- PayPal -> Altcoin -> Bitcoin.

Selling Doge and not selling BTC? Why?
5140  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Starting bitcoin mining on: May 10, 2015, 05:25:31 AM
Well a nice test of what s going to happen will be LTC block halving. I do not expect much to tell u the truth.

Scrypt has become such a different game.  I don't think it will do much for us sadly.

At one time Scrypt was doing great and I thought it was going to do great.  Today I see BTC as in another league.  Scrypt just lost a lot of money over all I think.  And there is no one even releasing new miners for it, it's profit is so low.  I mean bitmain canceled the L1 i think it was, as profit was expected small or none.

Well, I expected things to change when FTC changed algo and I expected the same when VTC did so. Nothing happened with the price. I do not think anything major ll happen with LTC block halving or BTC block halving.
