5122  Economy / Economics / Re: Biggest winner during COVID? on: July 13, 2020, 09:10:12 PM
I do not want to comment on whether China had a part to be played with the situation we are in right now but I would actually focus on who are the real winners of this situation and for me the industry that profited the most from this situation is actually "Online Gambling". because online gambling has been not as popular and now when people are sitting home unable to visit local casinos and bored out of time they usually visit online casinos and it is my personal observation that the gambling market has benefited the most.

It is very easy to say that the biggest winner during Covid-19 is China without any doubt. They are the biggest influencer in the world now and may be they will rule the world very soon. The fragile USA will take time to recover all the things which they already lost in this pandemic.

There are no real evidence to back your words and at the same time china will loose a lot of cross border trading because a lot of countries have now stopped to import products from china and actually a large part of the economy in china is being run by the level of export they do and the profits they make off it.
5123  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where will we stand at the end of pandemic? on: July 13, 2020, 07:43:22 PM
Firstly the end of pandemic is not known yet because the problem is only getting more serious with time and there are no genuine signs of the pandemic slowing down by any means even as Russia has developed some vaccine but it is still not tested.

Now coming back to the crypto future when pandemic ends, basically I don't think much has been happening to crypto price and investors aren't too worried about the situation because almost every sector is as badly effected and there is no better opportunity if you divest from bitcoins where will you use that money? Gold is not the best option because the price is going to be stable or even negative in coming days since most of the people are saving money so gold can't be a good investment in near future.
5124  Economy / Economics / Re: Proposed Bill Would Give Americans $2,000 A Month Until Economy Recovers on: July 13, 2020, 02:47:31 PM
In USA? Are you guys crazy? Whoever put this out as a bill has literally no idea who controls the senate and doesn't have a clue about republicans and corporate democrats. I mean this is the type of thing that wouldn't pass but not only wouldn't pass, but would require a lot of work to be in even voting. They only allowed that 1.200 check once and that was with giving out hundreds of billions of dollars in bail out to companies and gave this 1.2k small amount to each person so they wouldn't care about the huge bail out to companies.

Now you are telling us that government should give 2k and help out people who are in dire need of it? They would give out 10 trillion dollars to banks and their buddy companies before they give 100 billion to people who need money, that is how terrible politicians are.
5125  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it true that Corona Virus may effect trading? on: July 10, 2020, 07:26:50 PM
It is not really trading, it is economy that was under attack. Think of a world (shouldn't be hard) where people never go to work, they are at home, many business closes, nobody makes money, everyone is out of a job, and you think bitcoin wouldn't be affected? People keep forgetting that bitcoin wasn't created so that you could make more money during crisis, it was created because after the crisis (this one and on all other previous ones) governments managed to give rich people tons of money while poor people got screwed, hence that is why I think bitcoin is valuable.

If you had bitcoin during this period, you made your money back to what it was, if you had dollars you got help from government while rich people got 10x more than you did (probably even more) hence bitcoin makes people equals even if they are poor or rich.
5126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Keep your loss at an acceptable level on: July 10, 2020, 06:23:34 PM
It is not always easy for some people to stop chasing losses, that is the problem. This exists in crypto gambling world as well, some people make excessive losses and they end up continue that losses with more gambling yet they can't stop because they believe "eventually my luck will turn". Same goes for traders, they find some coins and they think it will 100x somehow, didn't before they invested but for some reason it will right after they invest, it keeps going down and they sometimes even buy in more because they think if it was going up when they got, it will certainly go up now that it is even lower.

There is really no way we could stop those people, they will do whatever they think is right for them and they will find a way to lose even more money than they already lost.
5127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TikTok PUMPS Dogecoin Cryptocurrency | ÐOGE going to $1?!!! on: July 10, 2020, 05:10:55 PM
Voskcoin is one of the best youtube channels about crypto mining in general, what they do about mining and education people about it is just incredible, they talk about it in depth and really helpful for newbies who would like to start small (I am sure 10+ million investing big farms already doing more detailed research anyway).

However doge pumping is just that.. a pumping and there is no way that it could reach 1 dollar because that would be way too much cap and would require a ton of money. Sure tik tok people may have played a big role (only role even) about the increase but I doubt they have enough money to make it go even further, they must be doing fine but that money eventually will run out and people will start to get out and realize their profit instead of keep increasing it forever.
5128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how big? on: July 10, 2020, 04:01:20 PM
I am also aware of the how fast the crypto casinos grow. It was first Primedice, Stake now Roobet, the total turnovers are more than what I have thought. I was curious about the competitions on the "games and rounds" board and decided to check one. The Yolodice has announced new low number hunt competitions a week ago with 20 ETH prize pool plus the 50% profit of casino. At the end of contest, the total prize pool has climbed to 64 ETH...
Yeah, the casino in your signature is pretty huge in itself and the forum is actually dominated by signature campaigns that are being dominated by our sweet casinos and sportsbooks industry which is amazing.

I don't think there is a realistic way to measure the gambling market but I would imagine every 10 transactions that happen in the bitcoin blockchain, at least 4 or 5 of them are related to gambling or similar services. The number of transactions have reduced because the casinos have their own wallet system so you don't have to make a transaction as you make every bet, like directbet used to operate on that model earlier.
5129  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to Overcome and Handle Your Mistakes in Trading? on: July 09, 2020, 09:59:55 PM
Learn from your mistake- Use it to step forward and don't stack to it.
I would say learn from others mistakes and that saves time and loss, for example a new trader can learn how to avoid panic selling by looking at others and how they suffered.

Focus on your mistakes- If you're worried about your mistakes, what will you do to avoid it?Focus on what you've done and you'll be taking a productive action.
If you know your mistakes in advance why would you even make them? So mistakes can only be worked upon after you have committed them and so I don't think there is a realistic way of avoiding mistakes unless you see someone else do it or you yourself do it.

The points you mentioned confuse me a little but I have a simple answer for the thread's title

"How to Overcome and Handle Your Mistakes in Trading?" I have a 3 step solution for that

1- Don't make the same mistake again, someone who does the same action and expects different outcome is anything but not a trader.

2- Avoid copying others and distance yourself from copy trading.

3- Implement what you learnt yesterday and do this vigorously until you make a habit of it.
5130  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Automation Nowadays on: July 09, 2020, 09:13:54 PM
I am the project Manager of "Trading Automation Nowadays" . This is software that will engage in trading and it is absolutely free. But you must remember that free cheese is only in the mousetrap! For this reason, after receiving the software, you will need to give 50% of the bitcoins that the software will earn you. Isn't this a cool collaboration? Places are limited! If you want to get into a closed project, then contact the founder in the telegram @McSiena
So you come singing to the forum and you expect people to firstly try your software and risk getting hacked and then if somehow your software if legit then people need to make profits and if they loose you aren't going to refund them or are you? If you are refunding them 50% on loss then sure go ahead. If you do no plan to refund people on losses then you have no right in any sense to expect 50% of the profits from users and if your system was robust with no mistakes possible then you would never be asking for profits rather investing yourself.

There is no risk. You pay 50% of the profit you earn. You don't have to pay anything! The software is currently in the last stage of testing and will be provided at the end of the video software, how it works!
Yes traders need to pay 50% from the profit but that profit was generated because they risked their money and believe me, no bot in the current marketplace demands 50% of the profits from their users.
5131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Kudos to Bitcasino.io on: July 09, 2020, 08:25:06 PM
Great, congratulations to you. I suppose you were convinced that you were right with the choice of online casinos.  Cheesy I think this is a great example laid out in the right place at the right time.

A lot of crypto casinos are advertised here, which means they have something to think about when looking at the above situation. A great example of rewarding loyalty, it’s a pity the amount is small, there could be a very interesting precedent.
I don't think the amount would change anything because the casino did not meant to recover money lost to the gambler but they just wanted to make sure their customer does not feel upset because of what happened and they greeted him with spins so that he can forget about the hack mvoing forward while if can we win back some lost money via free spins it is always a great bonus.

I mean if even he lost 1 bitcoin that would have not changed anything since they would still offer some free spins and they are not liable to provide any bonus but that is truly an amazing display of customer satisfaction from their team and I can tell you from my experience not all the casinos have the heart to do it.
5132  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can we still enjoy the anonymity in gambling in the long run? on: July 09, 2020, 06:53:28 PM
I am pessimistic that we can continue playing anonymous in gambling, because the number of gambling sites without KYC is decreasing.
The reason is to get the legality of online gambling must follow government regulations which must enforce KYC. Therefore many online
gambling is now illegal, and now many people are victims of fraud from illegal online gambling. Therefore there is a possibility that
all gambling will apply KYC for the security of its users, and if that happens anonymity in gambling is already don't exist anymore.
That might be true but if anonymity is sucked out of the crypto gambling industry than it would be pretty useless.
There are mainly 2 reason why I believe crypto casinos are as popular that are as follows:
1- Anonymity
2- Provably Fair games

Now you remove the biggest pillar that is anonymity than there is nothing unique left about gambling and people would rather prefer to bet with bet365 than a crypto casino, I am being harsh but honest.

People who gamble legally are usually the ones who gamble on williamhill, bet365 and similar websites while certain countries that prohibit gambling, users from those countries have found a new lifeline into gambling with bitcoins and crypto.

5134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: One game vs a variety: which gives higher potential to a casino? on: July 08, 2020, 09:32:42 PM
I would, of course, prefer a casino which offers various games. Whether it is online or land-based, a casino where you can hop from one game to another is much preferable.

After a few hours with one game, it might grow a bit boring or you feel too unlucky with that game. If you are playing in a one-game casino, your only option is to leave or to continue gambling without having much fun or lengthen your losing streak. If the casino is offering several games, however, your option may be to shift to another game.
Me too because while it is great to have casinos that offer a single game like Primedice never added more games but they are still one of the biggest casino but that is because dice is quite popular and primedice is the most reputed casino.

I have been following bitsler since a long time and they are a gambling giant because they always innovated themselves further and added new and cool games along with vip levels and that is why they are as popular now.

Casinos need to either make a game exclusive to their casinos or they need to continue adding new games like stake adds new slots and recently added Slide too.
5135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best eSports Betting Sites on: July 08, 2020, 08:23:38 PM
i use GGbet. mostly because i don't aware of other only E-sports betting sites
Here you can find a good selection of Sportsbooks who specialize mainly in eSports: http://100bookies.com/best-esports-betting-sites-eng/
You already mentioned that in the OP so I don't think you need to post it again every time as a reply to anyone.

I haven't been into e-sports betting as much lately but I would have to admit that sportsbet.io has the best coverage as far as I have seen and they cover almost every small league and event. There are LPL (League of Legends) matches daily and you can easily bet there and I haven't tested any other sportsbook for e-sports so can't compare any other with them.

Sportsbet also runs some nice promotions like Return of champions where you can win tshirts and cool bonuses. I am not promoting them but if a website is good, I don't step back from saying good about them.
5136  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com | Crypto Powered Sportsbook and Casino | 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 🎲 on: July 07, 2020, 09:38:54 PM
I know many of you’ll are facing issues with their sports book, but I feel it’s wrong to say that the staff doesn’t care about helping user’s, because I have interacted with them on many occasions whenever I needed help, and they have always provided instant solutions for my queries.

Further I also remember when there were some questions put up here which were not answered, and I left them a message on their live chat, and within a hour someone from their team came here and provided the required answers.
Well, now that we ALL complained about it, I am pretty sure they will eventually do something about it. They have a support channel and they probably have reports over reports over reports on what people complained about so I am 100% sure they know what we dislike already and they know what needs to get better, so in the end we are going to see some change. Remember this is the best casino out there to many people and they didn't become the best casino out there by just ignoring people, they listened and they improved and made it better, they are quite smart in the business side of things as well.

So, there will definitely be changes made to sportsbook part and it will get better. We just have to wait unusually long for them to fix things, normally they are faster but this sportsbet thing is a bit new to them so it might take longer due to that.
5137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: July 07, 2020, 07:38:28 PM
These days even if you are as good as Ben Simmons, without a three point shooting skill you are going to hit a cap that usually other players can pass above you. Even Giannis managed to put a bit of three pointer into his arsenal and now he shoots a bit of it, not too much but enough that you can't just leave him wide open like you can leave Ben Simmons wide open.

I am sure he is a great kid and he will have his time, but unless Giddey puts a bit of three pointer into his arsenal there is really not that much he can do in NBA that others can't. Also playing on a league is definitely much better than playing in college for personal growth but not so much for draft. Luka Doncic was the youngest MVP ever and I said he was 100% clear cut no doubt first pick easily, yet he went third (by the team that had fifth pick on a trade) so you may realize that its harder to get scouts attention that way, but it definitely improves your play into a much better way.
5138  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐺WOLF.BET - $500 Daily Race! 30% Rakeback! 🎲 DICE with the best autobet mode🥇 on: July 07, 2020, 06:27:45 PM
^That cannot right at all, not even close to being right. Casinos would love it if people would gamble in martingale, that way they would be capable of actually making a lot more profit as well.

I mean right now people are actually losing money with martingale, why? Because if you gamble it long enough you are going to get 10+ time lose in a row and you are going to run out of max bet and you are not going to profit anymore. This is why I think gamblers playing martingale is better for the casinos, they want people to do that. What I say about wolf.bet putting premade strategies is the fact that you are going to lose a lot more money to them, and they are going to profit from this, which is why it makes no sense to actually congratulate them on something like this.
5139  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to $150K and Ether to $9K on: July 05, 2020, 08:41:48 PM
Obviously this type of calculations are wrong, people who keep saying "it was $1k and moved to $20k, so if it is $10k that means we can go to $200k" type of calculations of basically with the mindset "it went up 10x amount it can do it again" will be all wrong and will never be right ever because they forget one thing; money required for it. I do not get why people never consider that to be a problem but when you are dealing with these type of economics, going from 10 to 20 dollars in price is not the same as going from $10k to $20k.

You can get a whale that owns like 10 million dollars for this and he can make some small altcoin that is 10 dollars and move it to 20 dollars if the market cap is small, that was bitcoin years ago when it did it, however when you are trying to move something 10x and the volume is in tens of billions, no human (even bill gates) can do it alone, he would need others to get hyped about it with him and not sell against him.
5140  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will a BTC bull market begin in July? on: July 05, 2020, 08:03:00 PM
I feel like the worse thing that could happen right now (which is not really that bad at all) would be a fall first and an increase later on.

It looks like we need some sort of "bow and arrow" type of thing, I don't know what it is called in economics but the thing where it drops a bit first then shoots sky high when nobody expects, there must be a name for it. That looks to be a realistic thing right now, like break one support level down and go to the other one without breaking it, that means it will be at the second support level. Then shoot back up and break like 3 resistance levels which would put it above $10k once again. This is however the "worse" thing that could happen, the better ones like going directly up to a higher level is still quite valid as well.
